After I gained a better understanding of my new status I decided to look for the boss.
Being cautious of gaining any extra skills I attempted to avoid all monsters during my search and after two hours it was found.
In a specific part of the swamp, with a lot of trees, there were a group of spiders with one particularly large spider which was 30 cm tall. After identifying it, it was confirmed to be the boss.
I was completely sure that I could easily kill it, with Diablos experience with the previous boss, but I decided to wait for him.
After half an hour he got here and I shared its status panel with him.

"Most likely," I said. "She probably gave birth to most, if not all spiders in the dungeon."
"Sigh, well that'll be a pain to deal with. Do you just want to bombarde the area with fireballs?"
"We could but that wouldn't be any fun." I teased. "Plus, it would be pretty loud, and we don't want to attract too many eyes be it monsters or people."
"That's fair, but it doesn't change the fact that we should kill them quickly."
"I wasn't disagreeing with you. I was just saying that we shouldn't wipe part of the swamp off the map."
"I know, I know. But I still want to deal with this quickly."
"Hmm, then how about we just use magic spears then?"
And with that both of us started to create magic spears with various affinities ranging from fire and darkness to ice and metal.
With one quick bombardment, all spiders within ten meters of the queen were killed, and the queen herself was pierced by four different spears.

Seeing the system notifications, I was surprised then confused at the fact that I could be incompatible with a skill, but I quickly realized that it made sense. I was neither female nor a spider, so it was completely reasonable to not gain the skill.
Once I accepted this fact I started to debate whether to just give up the skill, as that would allow me to save space for more skills, but I decided against it.
If I gain a skill remotely similar to 'mother of spiders' I could suppress any spider type creature and be unbeatable when facing them, or I can have an army. Either way it was too good to pass up.

"Cough, cough." Seeing the first path I was instantly shocked and coughed in surprise, but after regaining my senses I started to debate it.
After giving it some thought I was against it. Becoming female could be debated since I could always just turn back to male with transformation, but based on the name, I would probably have to give birth, and I was against that, so the skill would just become useless.
Looking at the second path, I felt happy with it. It could suppress spiders and I could most likely control them, so it was a good and safe pick, but I decided to still look at the remaining two.
Similar to path one I was against the third path. I could gather that the skill would involve having children but no longer as directly. Either way It wouldn't bring any direct benefits to me and to maximize the skill I would have to become a player, so it was a hard pass in my book.
When it came to path four, I become quite interested in it. It didn't bring me any power and if anything, I would give my power away instead, but it was quite the useful skill. Not mentioning whatever connection could possibly be formed with whoever I give power to, simply having it could save my life. Afterall if I am ever about to be killed by someone, I could just reveal the skill, and they probably won't kill me.
Once I looked over all the paths I decided to debate over the second or fourth paths but after a bit of struggle, I chose the fourth.
The second path may be useful but if I'm ever in a situation where it's more useful to have an army than to increase my own power than I would probably be fucked. Afterall even if I can't kill, I can always teleport and run away so if that's not an option, then I'm most definitely not making it out of that situation alive.
Plus, I can probably sell some of my less used skills for money.

After seeing my new skills I was extremely happy, especially with 'inheritance of power'.
The skills effects were a lot more powerful than I thought. Originally, I thought that I could only grant my skills to others, but I also receive some feedback too.

After completing the dungeon and going home I decided to train for the rest of the time until the exam.
But before that I needed a permanent solution to the soul storage problem, so I decided to use creation again.
