The young man's vision is completely blocked by whatever book the woman had thrust onto his face. He casually pushes it away to get a better look at what the woman is showing him.
"Oh!! That looks like me!!"
Teio instantly shouted when she saw someone who resembled her. The picture she pointed to does carry some of her characteristics, just older, with a more mature aura to her image.
"Is that… me?"
McQueen couldn't believe her eyes. Below what seems to be her older self-portrait is the title 'Matriarch of the Mejiro Family'. She always thought that it would either be Ramonu or Ardan who would inherit the title, not her.
"The Emperor who would become Japan's first umamusume Prime Minister…"
Rudolph read the paragraph near her image and couldn't believe what she was reading. She knew she had potential in the world of politics, but she didn't think it was to this extent.
"Trainer!! You look bold and brash there!!"

The young man saw a red-haired, crimson-eyed older gentleman with a pronounced jawline, accompanied by a perfect jawline beard. He looks exactly like all those Chad pictures look. The only thing missing is some random text next to his face.
"CAN I GET YOUR AUTOGRAPHS?!?"
"First of all, are you sure that it's us? And are you really from the future in our dimension? My trust isn't easy to earn."

The young man follows the ecstatic woman to her basement. Normally, he would be on high alert since he is in that kind of story, but you only need to worry about umamusumes in that kind of story, not the human women.
The woman turns on all the lights and pulls a blanket that is covering something big. The young man tries to identify things that he can understand from the futuristic items.
I always correlate the future with slickness, but I guess she did build this on her own, considering how she reacted when she assumed I was a time cop earlier.
"This is my vehicle to come here. Well… Crash into this dimension and time."
"Uuhh… What am I looking at? Can you make any of it, trainer?"
"Computer… Chair… Keyboard… Screen… I need to study it to know more."
The young man activates his [Truth Seeing Eyes], and information panels fill his field of view. Since these items come from the far future, where there is a massive leap in technology, the content of the panels reads like a conspiracy theorist's book. It's layer after layer of future knowledge that he has no idea about.
"This might not look like it, but it's really something that can travel between space and time."
"Do you have the manual for it? I want to believe you because you sound like someone from our world, but space-and-time travel is still a long way from the technology of our era."
"I should've bought a physical manual book, huh…"
"...It's inside that thing, isn't it?"
"...yes…"
"How do we power it up?"
"Well… It kinda needs… Ten nuclear powerplants equivalent of power…"
"...Just the computer or the entire thing?"
"The entire thing…"
"Then how about just the computer?"
"I… don't know… I haven't thought of separating them before…"
"Great, now we know our next move. For the time being, we should get some rest. It's getting quite late. Miss Mirai, can we borrow a room? I can sleep on the couch."
"Eh!?! Of course!! You can sleep in my room, Mister Igo!! I can sleep on the couch!!"
"No, this is your house. You will sleep on the bed, and I will be on the couch. Only these brats will sleep on a bed because they'll get cranky if they don't."

These sets of cables carry information from the time dilaters to the main computer… These sensors shouldn't be my main target. My main target should be the cables that give power to everything that is not the main computer. That way, I can open that goldmine of information without having to build 10 nuclear power plants.
Although considering when it came from… I may still need to make at least 1 nuclear power plant. I'll worry about it once I start running through that bridge. For now, I need to stop thinking about anything else but separating the computer from the rest of the machine.
*Creak*
"I know you'd be here, trainer."
"Did I not tell you to go to sleep, McQueen?"
While the young man was busy dissecting the time-traveling machine late at night, one of his trainees came to greet him down in the basement. It was the Mejiro Lady in casual nightwear.
"Perhaps you should be looking in the mirror first?"
"I'm an adult. I can stay up at night all I want."
"If you won't be sleeping anytime soon, then so am I."
"You're going to get wrinkly if you don't get your beauty sleep, right?"
"We're going to get wrinkly together then–a pair in love and death."
"Sigh… You really know how to push my buttons, don't you? I'm trying to figure out our ticket out of here, McQueen. Can you be a nice girl and let me ruin my body?"
"Nope~~ I don't want to live alone in my old years. Let's get to sleep, trainer."
"Sigh… I'm going to need something to hug if you're going to force me to sleep, fatty."
