Kogetsu stops in his tracks avoiding a massive meteor that hits the ground destroying the massive building
People scream as the fall out when a man in a black suit,black hair,around his 30s free falled gliding through the shattering glass as he clasps hands with a women in a light blue suit who had blavk hair and grey irises
The man shouted
"Jessica,I'm sorry for not telling you this but I love you"
The women tears up as she hugs the man
"I love you too Richard"
As the two embrace each other while falling
Kogetsu stares at all
In his eyes everything appeared in slow motion
'Wonder why a meteor hit the building'

Before raising his hand as everything around him stopped

Kogetsu is immediately surprised as he thinks

Kogetsu sighs when another explosion erupted collapsing a multitude of building across the city
Kogetsu seeing this grunts
"What a nuisance"
Immediately he evacuated the entire city in an instance
While doing this Kogetsu halted infront of the bathrooms
He sighs once more before continuing
Kogetsu sees more meteors descending
His body was enveloped in dark green energy as he said
"Downgrade"
All the meteors became small pebbles
While Kogetsu was doing this he saw a kid around 10 years on a skyscraper
In slow motion laughing
He had scarlet red hair
Clear white skin
Glowing red eyes and firey red orange black clothing
Kogetsu stands infront of the kid staring at him
The kids eyes dialt as he stares back at Kogetsu
"Oh you can actually see me at this speed"

Kogetsu sighs as he neck chops him
Picking him up before putting him in the crowd if saved civilians

Kogetsu takes a deep breathe before turning to the city as his eyes stop glowing yellow
The city was immediately engulfed in destruction and chaos from all the meteors
Raining down
Richard and Jessica still hugging each other immediately separate cleaning themselves
"Want to have dinner later then Jessica?"
"That would be nice Richard"
Kogetsu turns to the citizens as he says
"Dont worry everyone i managed save all 500 000 of you"
An old man wearing a white shirt walks up to Kogetsu
"Thank you very much General sir"
"We saw how you saved us"
Kogetsu tilts his heads confusedly
"Saw?"
The man smiles warmly
"Oh you must not know but each and every civilian of the Ultra strike planet has enhanced physical and mental abilities"
"Due to all the calamities we've been through"
The old man along with everyone at the front stare at Raen
"This isn't the first time he's done this"
"But his still our angel"
"Our angel of trouble"
Kogetsu groans
"So your saying you guys would've survived that?"
"Oh definitely not but we've been through worst"
The man gestures with his hands while explaining
"You see when Ultra Strike survives a calamity the System increases everything by a Multplier of 2"
Kogetsu Interupts
"Meaning you guys are two times stronger then the average human?"
Kogetsu questions
Everyone nods
The old man continues
"Though it doesn't change the fact we all die at the age of 100 though"
'This world just gets more and more absurd the longer I stay in it'
Kogetsu thought
"Wait so if each calamity Axior survives"
"Everyone in it becomes stronger?"
"Umm yes"
"So how many events has the planet been through?"
"Ummm around 50 since that checks out the amount of people who's have an awakening"
The man turns around asking for reassurance for his assessment
The people nods in approval
"But you can go to the Alchemist Tower to get more information on it"
Kogetsu slowly nods before saying
"So what will you guys do now that the city is destroyed"
"Oh don't worry about us since all of us have a pocket dimension that can sustain us for life"
Now Kogetsu is even more confused
"What do you mean...you know what nevermind"
The old man nods as he takes out a microphone from a system inventory
"Okay everyone we got a code white protocol 124 is advised"
Everyone cheerfully agrees as they all pull out a ring from the system storage before a multitude portals opened
The next moment
All the citizens dissappeared leaving Rean alone still knocked out
4 hours later
The sun was setting when Rean finally woke up
He groggily rubbed his eyes when he blinked a few times to see someone standing in front of him
He looks up to see Kogetsu staring at him sun like eyes
"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?"
"I'm you're bodyguard but also you supervise until Forge comes back"
Rean crosses his arms as he turns around
"I don't need a body guard"
Kogetsu retwarts
"Good...Neither do i want to babysit a brat"
Reans hair glows
"I care to remind you I'm over 1 million years old"
"And yet you look like a kindergartener having a tantrum on losing there lollipop"
Rean now flustered shouts
"I am not not in Kindergarten!"
"Want a lollipop?"
"Yes please"
Kogetsu gives him a rainbow lollipop before walking away
"Follow me"
Rean stares at the lollipop before staring at Kogetsu
"Okay"
As they walk down the hill Rean remarks
"You're not so bad weird guy"
"You really are a kindergartener"
