"Exactly the difficulty of creating a formula for Time Alchemy even Zenta prohibited it"
"He said that the precision needed to create the formula is inconceivable high it'd need someone at the Omnipotent XXX rank

Milin gives him a casual smile

Milin conjures a screwdriver half her size with a long chain at the end of it
The chain was black in color but had blue glowing ruins similar to symbols of the tower
The screwdriver was red and black but had a weak purple glow around it when it vanished entirely
Milin throws the screwdriver into the air as the chains follows
Milin grabs the chain and wraps some of it around her whole arm before pulling the screwdriver back as she holds and points it towards Kogetsu
"Alrighty then Kogetsu lets start"
"Also I'd suggest you don't hold back since I don't hold back when I figh people I li..."
Milin stops midway as she blinks in surprise before slightly turning red as she shouts slightly flustered
"Lets just start!"
Milin immediately launches the screwdriver at Kogetsu as if a bullet the screwdriver darts through the air
Kogetsu barely manages to side step it as the screwdriver rips his cloak off
Revealing him wearing white black striped long pants with a long sleaved white shirt with black clock patterns on it
Kogetsu's eyes narrow as he dashes towards Milin
Milin calmly stands in one spot smiling
She pulls her chain back as Kogetsu jumps avoiding the darting Screwdriver
'How the hell does that thing work'
Kogetsu touches the ground as in his mind He sees glowing white ruins
The white ruins turn green as Kogetsu touches the ground
A dark green symbol appears on the floor
The symbol was a hexagon with a circle inside that had an arrow pointing downwards in the circle
As he continues charging at Milin
Each step he took formed a that dark symbol
'Alright im use to it now"
'Lets increase the output only if slightly'
Kogetsu suddenly accelerates but changes directions as he runs around Milin when from her right he lunges at her
Kogetsu charges up a fist as he unleashes it towards Milin
Milin still with her causual smile effortlessly blocks Kogetsu's attack with screwdriver as she exerts force she pushes Kogetsu away before lunging at him
Kogetsu goes for a leg sweep but Milin plants the screwdriver into the ground begore swinging on it landing a vicious kick to Kogetsu's face which her narrowly dodges as he steps back
Milin lands and picks up the screwdriver simultaneously delivering a vertical slash that Kogetsu unfortunately couldn't dodge in time
Instead he raised his arms up as the screwdriver lands
Kogetsu's feet plant into the ground by a few meters
Milin retracts the screwdriver as she prepares a piercing attack she steps forward when a symbol under her foot activated as her right foot is crushed out of existence
Milins smile fades as she jumps back she stares at her now lost foot
Blood dripping slowly
"Well damn you actually took my foot off"
"Wait aren't you going to regenerate?"
Kogetsu questions
Milin shakes her head
"No my body is incapable of regeneration but it heals fast see"
Milins foot already stopped dripping blood when green goo suddenly seeped out from her stumped foot
The goo then formed a foot before changing to a pale ivory skin
"Unfortunately you destroyed my heel Yeni gave me for my birthday"
Black goo then shot out from her foot forming a new heel along with fixing her black stocking
Milin stares at Kogetsu
"Well it seems I don't need yo hold back on you then"
Milins expression goes cold as she gives him a dark smile
Grey energy that seemed to devour the color around her slowly spread out
Though It didn't get far
Kogetsu feels shivers run down his spine as she stares at Milin when he blinked and Milin was gone
Kogetsu's eyes dialt as he feels a shadow behind him as the color around him went grey

He slowly turns to see Milins cold eyes hold the screwdriver that's about to pierce his head
'Downgrade beyond...OUTPUT'
Suddenly Milin shined a dark green light as she shows Kogetsu a dark smile
Suddenly an explosion of energy erupts sending Kogetsu back
Tinrian and Kirasia stop there training

Kogetsu then heard Milins ominous giggling
In the green dust cloud of downgrade energy
The clouds turned a bleak grey as Milin is seen in the dust
Her clothes were gone replaced by a tight black suit made from goo as she glares at Kogetsu with crazed excitement
Dark green goo shoots out from her heels wrapping around her forming a dark green dress of roses

Milin locks eyes with Kogetsu as it triggers a memory for Kogetsu

Milin charges with terrifying speeds Kogetsu thinks

A massive downgrade symbol appears beneath Kogetsu as Milin steps inside

Milin is hit both Kogetsu's trap and downgrade beyond as she receives a system message
