Leaving the inn, he walked onto a sparsely populated road.
The sound of hooves suddenly came from the distance. Shortly after, two tall men with partially covered faces appeared in Ah Chen's sight, each seated on a horse. The leader had a scar on his face, clearly showing he wasn't a good person.
The galloping horses stirred up a cloud of dust on the road, just as they were about to rush past the carriage where Ah Chen was seated, they suddenly stopped unexpectedly.
"Big Brother, what's wrong?" the man on the horse, who was half a step behind, inquired.
The scarred man in front chuckled, picked up the knife at his waist and lifted the curtain of the carriage: "Suddenly smelled a fragrant scent of a woman, there must be a pretty little lady inside."
As soon as the words finished, the curtain of the carriage was pulled open, revealing Ah Chen's appearance.
