After bowing respectfully, Shen Xiubai reluctantly walked down the stairs from the Black Water Pavilion.
Shen Yuan chased him down to the first floor and saw his Divine Spirit emit a brighter glow under the moonlight. He immediately shouted in a deep voice, "Child, listen to your great-grandfather, don't force yourself."
Shen Xiubai paused for a moment, then continued without turning back, heading straight to the back mountain.
Once his figure disappeared, Shen Yuan silently returned to the Black Water Pavilion, looking out at the water surface rippling from the breeze, his expression changing for a long while before resolutely sitting cross-legged on the meditation mat behind him.
