Master Fu Yang, once a disciple of Qiyun Valley, lived in seclusion at Fallen Immortal Lake in Danzhou after being expelled, contemplating the enigmatic array.
Later, Shen Wen'an sought Huang Lingshan to find an array master to help Yunshui City set up the City Defense Array, and they found Fu Yang.
Subsequently, after setting up the Ren Water Concealing Spirit Array for Yunshui City, Fu Yang ventured alone to the front of the Void Combination Corridor Array, which separated the Southern Border from Yangnao Land, to contemplate that array.
Somehow, he became a Yin Envoy of the Underworld.
Slain by Shen Wen'an, in his final moments he condensed all his lifetime insights into a legacy pearl, leaving it to the Shen Family.
Only after Shen Xiubai manifested his array talents did he receive the legacy pearl and inherited Fu Yang's lifetime knowledge.
