"Who dares to get angry with you," Summer Lowell put away her paintbrush and tidied up the tools at hand, "I've finally figured it out; someone like me shouldn't go against you."
"Speak properly, don't be sarcastic," Maxim Sinclair noticed her demeanor seemed to suggest she was about to leave, "Finished with the painting? I can see it's only a third done. You just don't want to be in the same room with me? Do you want to run away as soon as you see me?"
"The things in your study are too valuable, and the situation is ambiguous, so it's safer if I leave."
"I'm not scared of you stealing files, so what are you afraid of?" Maxim Sinclair pressed his hand on an empty part of the painting, leaning slightly forward, "Or are you deliberately trying to avoid me?"
"If that's what you think, there's nothing I can do," Summer glanced at the painting under his hand and abandoned the idea of taking it away. She left with empty hands, "I'll leave the room to you, so I won't disturb you."
