Guo Fengyan felt something moving above his head. When he looked up, he saw those eyes, large and small, open and closed, as if growing from the wall.
He felt dizzy, his hands and feet tingled, his body stiffened, and he almost fell to the ground.

He said nothing more, dragging the chains and following the Prison Guard, the clinking sounds echoing in the hallway.
It was very quiet here, even the wailing above couldn't be heard, as if separated by a layer of space.
