The Base Commander did not mean to disparage Zhang Yiming, but simply felt that his own son seemed cold and, apart from the Bai Family, didn't have much interaction with others.
Such a highly destructive weapon falling into the hands of an intelligent Zombie King would be a disaster for humanity.
The Base Commander thought Zhang Yiming was fine, but was not quite reassured to tell him the location.
