Vivian looked at her mom with sleepy eyes, then raised her head to glance at the clock on the wall. She tugged at the corner of her mouth and said, "Mom, it's only six in the morning. You dragged us out of bed just so we could eat noodles??"
"Silly child, these are longevity noodles!" Mrs. York casually handed a fork to Vivian, then handed another fork to Ethan and said, "Hurry up and eat. You can go back to sleep when you're done."
