As soon as the words were spoken, Sean Bell narrowed his dark eyes in a dangerous manner, looking at her with an unfriendly expression.
"You were the one in the wrong first, isn't apologizing the right thing to do?" Thea Lynch glared back, not giving him a pleasant look either.
The two were at an impasse, "Tsk, I can't communicate with you."
Sean Bell turned away first, refusing to engage with her.
He didn't want to bring up the issue again, and continuing to talk with Thea Lynch would only lead to one result—a fight.
Right now, he simply couldn't stay calm.
Seeing the situation was dire, Silas Cheney quickly stepped in to ease the tension, fearing that Thea Lynch might truly get angry with him.
"I'll accompany him tonight, just don't worry about it." Silas changed the subject, "This cold is quite severe, why not go to the hospital?"
Thea Lynch's throat was a bit sore today, and she didn't want to waste words with Sean Bell.
