Thea Lynch threw aside the clothes in her hand and immediately called Sean Bell back.
Perhaps as payback for her not picking up earlier, the phone rang for a long time and was only picked up right before it was about to automatically disconnect.
"Saw the message?" Sean Bell's tone was carefree, lacking any of the urgency from when he had called her earlier.
Their roles reversed, as soon as the call connected, Thea Lynch impatiently demanded, "You told him, didn't you?"
One takes responsibility for their own actions.
Had it been anyone else, they'd likely have lied here.
After all, admitting the truth would definitely anger Thea Lynch.
But Sean Bell's thought process was always different; he insisted on being honest.
He openly admitted, "Yes."
"..." Thea Lynch furrowed her brow tightly, clutching the phone until her knuckles turned white, "Sean Bell!"
Her voice trembled with anger.
