Inside a manor in the central district of Metropolis, Eric was conversing with his subordinates.
There were Bart, Jenna, and the Wonder Twins.

The commanding officer explained to the people on the helicopter.
"So we're going to arrest everyone? There are tens of thousands of residents here, and I don't have that kind of ability!"
Ivanna looked at the area below where the helicopter was flying, her expression somewhat grim.
