Golan walked toward the newly erected grave, built just a couple of meters from the Ancient Purification Grave. At first glance, there didn't seem to be any major differences between the two structures. Curious, he focused on the glowing interface hovering above it.

[Underworld Summoning Grave (Beginner White): By offering a corpse as a sacrifice, you will receive a recruit from the Underworld of the same rank as the slain creature. Current daily limit: 5 corpses for 5 Underworld recruits (professions are random).]

[Territorial Talent Notification: As the Lord's Territory grows, the daily summoning limit of the Underworld Grave will increase, and new graves with different functions will also be constructed.]

"Holy hell…" Golan muttered, genuinely shaken.

If the first grave had enhanced his personal strength, then this second one amplified the strength of the entire territory.

"This building increases my territory's growth and defenses by two hundred percent!" he thought aloud, clenching his fist. "Even with the summoning cap, that's a problem for the future. For now, this is beyond incredible."

His attention shifted to the Ancient Purification Grave.

[Purification in progress. Time required: 20 minutes.]

"The speed has more than doubled… perfect," Golan nodded with satisfaction. It had only been five minutes since he placed the corpse, and that included the upgrade time.

At that moment, several notifications rang in his ears:

[Your subordinate Leonard has slain: Frost Hyena (Beginner Green).]

[Your subordinate Suleiman has slain: Frost Hyena (Peak White).]

[Will of Chaos Notification: Congratulations! Your subordinate Suleiman has advanced to Beginner Green rank.]

"Oh?" Golan's eyes lit up. "The boys are starting to shine."

"Two Green-ranked fighters already! Excellent!"

He hadn't expected Suleiman's breakthrough so soon, but he wasn't about to complain. To him, this was nothing but a happy miscalculation.

With nothing else pressing to do, Golan opened the Global Chat, curious to see what other Lords were discussing.

---

[Lord Amir of Iraq]: Brothers! By chance, I asked one of my followers about his personal background—just to test it out—and guess what? He gave me a detailed answer! Damn it! I thought they were just NPCs!

[Lord Sasuke]: Wait, what?! Is this true?! I'm going to try it now!

[Lord Guevara]: Of course it's true. Everything from the beginning should've told you this isn't a "game." We were dragged into this world beneath that mysterious white dome, given system-like notifications, magical summoning gates… It all shattered the logic and science we once relied on. Too many of you still think this is just a game. That way of thinking is dangerous. Deadly! Unless you adjust your mindset to survive in this world, you'll end up corpses.

[Lord Desert General]: Adding to what Brother Guevara said—remember the very first notification? It told us humans are only one of many races. Don't forget the empires and kingdoms of the natives who rule this land. Think carefully: are they going to see us as allies? Or enemies? And don't forget—we were only given seven days to prepare. The first day is nearly over already! For the sake of Earth… for the sake of humanity… I wish all Lords the best of luck.

[Lord Flower Blossom]: Thank you, wise brothers. I've finally woken up.

[Lord Matthias]: +1 Thanks to the wise ones!

[Lord Dragon Rider]: +2 Thanks to the wise ones!

...

[Lord Storm Leader]: +889,456 Thanks to the wise ones!

"Heh. Finally, someone spelled it out."

Golan exhaled with relief. Honestly, he wanted the other Lords to grow stronger. Yes, they were competitors, but he also understood the perilous future that awaited them. Against the other races, humanity couldn't afford weakness.

He had read many books in his past life, and he firmly believed in the Dark Forest Theory. The first part—that intelligent civilizations beyond Earth existed—was confirmed the moment all races were transported into this world. The second part—that every civilization would see another as an inevitable threat—he now held as iron law. Especially after witnessing the Will of Chaos encouraging endless slaughter and conflict.

A notification snapped him from his grim thoughts:

[Purification Complete. Confirm collection? Yes/No]

"Haah… don't overthink it, Golan. The future's still unknown," he muttered, calming himself. He confirmed.

[Purified energy transferred to the Lord.]

[You have acquired the racial talent of the purified creature: Enhanced Sense of Smell.]

[Talent adapted to suit the host.]

[Ancient Purification Grave is now idle.]

[Your Power Level has increased.]

Suddenly, warmth spread through his body, followed by a prickling heat deep within his nose. It wasn't painful, just… intensely uncomfortable.

After about a minute, the sensation faded. Instinctively, Golan drew in a breath.

At once, his brain overflowed with new information.

To his left, fifty-eight meters away under the snow, he could smell a small dead animal—probably a rat or a vole.

Six hundred meters to the north, he detected the scent of eight beings—six human, and two freshly dead beasts. The iron tang of blood lingered in the air, sharp and raw. His nose told him it was the hunting party returning with spoils.

For a normal person, such overwhelming scents would drive them insane. But thanks to his Legendary Talent's adaptation effect, the flood of sensory input quickly became manageable. Within moments, Golan had fully adjusted.

[Enhanced Sense of Smell: A passive racial talent. Detects scents within a 1000-meter radius.]

"Not bad at all," Golan smirked. "It's not a direct combat ability like Wind Speed or Savage Roar, but it's just as valuable. With this, I can monitor everything that happens in my territory… at least for now."

Thinking like a true Lord, he was completely satisfied.

Without wasting time, he moved to the grave marker and chose to collect the corpse's remains.

---

[Loot Acquired: Triple-Tailed Lion Meat ×35 units, Complete Lion Pelt ×1, Tri-Spike Spear (Beginner Green) ×1, Chaos Gems ×5, Blueprint: Public Latrine (Beginner White) (Reusable) ×1]

---

"A Green-ranked weapon… and a reusable blueprint?" Golan's eyes widened.

This was the first time he had obtained a weapon through purification, and the first time he had seen a reusable blueprint.

The latrine blueprint especially delighted him. His people—especially the women—would no longer have to suffer the indignity of the open wilds. This wasn't some game where bodily needs didn't exist. Here, they were real people, and proper facilities mattered.

[Building Name: Public Latrine (Reusable)]

[Rank: Beginner White]

[Function: For daily necessities]

[Requirements: 20 Wood, 20 Stone, 1 Metal]

"Not resource-heavy. Good."

His gaze shifted to the Tri-Spike Spear lying before him. The weapon was 160 centimeters long, its three jagged heads sharp like wheat spikes. The central spike was longer than the others, and its faint orange hue seemed to shimmer faintly. Touching it, he realized it wasn't made of metal or wood, but of bone and the lion's own tails.

Golan wasn't fond of spears—his love was for swords. But as a Lord, he thought beyond personal preference. He had already planned to reward Suleiman for his advancement, to motivate loyalty and hard work in his new city. Now, this spear was the perfect prize.

At that moment, his nose picked up the returning hunting team delivering their spoils to the civilians. Excitement surged within him. He couldn't wait to see the new Underworld Recruits for the first time.
