He reappeared behind Kagaya, immediately forming hand seals, attempting to see if he could catch Kagaya off guard again. But the moment his hands rose to form the seals, Kagaya instantly appeared beside him and seized Danzo's right arm.
"Come to think of it... you are not worthy of using the eyes of us Uchiha."
With that, Kagaya forcefully tore off Danzo's right arm!
"ARGHHHH!!!"

If Kagaya continued to stall, Danzo, with his Hashirama cells, would soon be able to use Kotoamatsukami again. By then, it would truly be checkmate.
Kagaya had to take Danzo down now, during this cooldown period for Danzo's Kotoamatsukami!
The crow turned its head, fixing its pupil—Shisui's other eye—on Danzo.
"Kotoamatsukami!"
Seizing this window while Danzo's Kotoamatsukami was on cooldown, Kagaya directly used Kotoamatsukami on Danzo!
This was the ultimate genjutsu that directly manipulated a person's thoughts. By using Kotoamatsukami to continuously implant the command—"You cannot use Izanagi"—into Danzo's mind...
Then, no matter how many Sharingan Danzo had, they would be useless.
