Some few days have passed since Mao, has taken Talon to a whole new world, Vendetta was strutting through the hall of her domain, Doomfist...begrudgingly became her second, and has his gauntlet reattached and taking care of the broken supply line, along with Maximilian, and Domina, that originally wanted to a ally and silent backer, but now a official member of the organization.
And trying to create a new company, that Talon will own and gain funding, Reaper, Widowmaker, and Sombra swore alligance to Vendetta and her cause to rise in power in this new world, Moira returned to her lab, and Doomfist convinced Vendetta to leave Sigma as a scientist and agent, instead of a weapon that she tried to make him.
Mauga didn't care, he was excited to enjoy the excitement on this world, Vendetta respected his honesty and battle hunger.
Ashe and Bob joined, offering their skills to better train the grunts and soldiers within Talon, as well as seeking out new recruits, in a subtle way.
Emre, he didn't have a choice, as he's cybernetic still need maintenance and only Talon can keep him alive, and grant him some illusion of hope of being free, and through him, Freja, she had no choice but to remain and work under Talon.
But Marzia is no fool, she knows that at any chance, Freja will betray her and Talon to insure this does not happen, she and Doomfist agreed to keep a tight leash on Emre, plus having Freja in her side is a necessary risk, with their new enemies.
Marzia, she is both excited and enraged that she now has more rival for power and domination, she'd growled in anger and frustration, as she'd reached for her hard-light edge greatsword, swinging it, and slashing through a random statue that didn't care for.
As it split in two, huffing in anger, as she remembered the humiliation against Mao, right now she must consolidate power to rival HYDRA, the Kabal, and other forces that stand against her.
Sombra suggested that they'd "recruit" some renowned criminals, that might prove very useful to Talon, from the still growing list of candidates, from a hacking genius name Noah Kuttler the Calculator, Eric Williams the Grim Reaper, Roulette, and couple of others, while she'd preferred knowing every detail on these individuals, before she makes any choices to recruit new members.
Sighing she continued on, sheathing her greatsword back on her back, and kept on walking...
Location the HYDRA Submarine, Special Detainment Cell
In a dimmed room, with some HYDRA grunts working around the room, Red Skull watched as MODOK showed a hologram that Talon has arrived on their world, but for some reason aside from confirming that they've arrive, through techno-kinetic manipulation, MODOK couldn't find the exact coordinates and location of Talon, instead of rage or frustration on either supervillain, there was excitement at the potential that Talon technology can provide them.
At that moment, a grunt came to report to Red Skull, that Octavius was ready to proceed with the acquiring and taming of their new "subordinate", Skull smiled, as he'd ordered his men to open the shutters, as he wanted to see, the return of the Lizard...
From behind the leader of HYDRA, some panels, slide away from each other and revealed a window, that overview another room, a cylindrical containment cell, with a man with brown hair, strapped onto a device in the center, this man is shirtless, and didn't have his right arm, this is Kurt Connor.
As the chamber opened, a slightly disheveled man, with four robotic tentacles, holding him up, as his reddish lensed goggles, loomed wickedly at Connors, as he'd recognize this man immediately, Otto Octavius.
Connors, tried to futily struggle against his restrains, the doctoc didn't need a doctorate to deduce what Dr. Octopus wanted...he wanted the monster, sealed within his cells, Connors, pleaded to Octavius not to do what he is about to.
This made Octavius chuckled, as he spoke, "Ahhh. Connors, you have always been one of the few gifted individuals, that I've acknowledged." as Dr. Octopus "walked" inside the chamber, going over to the containing device that held Connors.
Using one of his "octo-arms" to operate a control panel at the base of the device, shifting Connors position, and shifting the device into a table, Connors continued to struggle.
As the collar around Connors neck, injected him with special nanites, that will make him, and the Lizard obedient, once that was finished one of Oc's arms, changed into a syringe with green liquid inside it, Connors continued to fight, struggle, and plead in futile despair.
With that Octavius injected the improved Lizard serum to Connors, taking some steps back as Connors' thrashing and struggling increased, along with him screaming as well.
As his missing arm, started to rapidly regenerate, but soon the wanted affect began, Connors' muscles increased rapidly in mass and number, turning his skin into scales of various tones of green.
Breaking through his straps, and falling onto the metallic floor, as spikes and barbs started sprouting out his back, losing his hair, along horns and spikes started to grow out his neck and head, as a massive reptilian tail, tore through his pants, as he became larger in everyway more and more, as the seconds passed.
Transforming into a huge reptilian monster, a lizard head with razor sharp fangs and a split tongue, massive arms with spikes on his lower arms with huge claws, a pair of huge, strong reptilian legs which have four huge, sharp claws with a small talon of the back, at last the Lizard has returned.
Roaring and using his tail to smash the restraining device, smelling the air, Lizard turned toward Octavius, growling as he lowered himself close to the ground, about to pounce, when Dr. Octopus just said, "Heel." immediately the nanites, within Lizard was shocked and rewriting the aggression, and forced to obey Dr. Octopus' commands.
Making Octavius pleased, along with MODOK and Skull, as they saw Lizard in a submissive posture on the floor, with this the Lizard is under the control of HYDRA, along with MODOK's techno-kinesis those nanites will work completely under their desired outcome, as well as maintaining them operating, and secure.
Another useful tool for HYDRA, with that Shmidt congratulated Dr. Octopus, and now they can proceed with plans to go find the next mark, on the North Pole.
Location the Void of the Forsaken, Castle Nightscream; Throne Chamber
Mao stood in the center of his throne chamber, dark chandeliers with purple burning torches, the Moon shining through the great window, as Mao was over ecstatic, one-billion souls along with some of the heroes most precious people are now in his grasp.
Mao couldn't help but laugh in joy and excitement, to prevent these people from dying without a chance to entertain him, and his own, he'd kept them in the black fog, and since time doesn't work naturally in the Void, he can keep them their without risk.
As maid drones served the queens, Looma, Shego, Jinx, Cyn, Lilithmon, Morrigan, an Vector snacks and drinks, along with all the gathered Infernal Lords, including Blackmore in his reddish clothing, sitting on a chair of the side, with a chalice filled with fresh wine, like a real gangster, and also Doflamingo was also called.
In his usual swagger, he was sitting cross-legged on the floor, with a mug of liquor and food offered to him, his wide, disturbing smile still plastered on his face, as he was talking to Blackmore, the new tall, lanky, and disturbing ink demon, Bendy, and the matchmatched flamboyant clown, magic caster, Kefka who was floating there with a cup of wine, laughing as he spoke with his colleagues.
As Bendy was bonding quickly with the Harlequin of Sorcery, Bendy was offered...ink drawned food and drink, seems that Bendy prefers cartoon food...as long if isn't a living soul.
Kothoga, Candymare, and Sabrewulf were sharing a bloody banquet...literally, Mao wanted to make his Infernal Lords happy, and they've craved bloody, and fresh meat, so offering some leisures to the Chicagoans they've willingly offered, dozen of people to be slaughtered, and served to the Brazilian Chimera, the Candy Nightmare, and the Apex Wolf.
As the more...feral...of the Infernal Lords, tore apart human legs, arms, chests, and Kothoga even shared half the skull of a woman with Candymare, who was very grateful, and even proclaimed that Kothoga is her bestest friend, making many laugh as the candy pony and chimera continued eating.
Off the side were Golem and Abathur, they were enjoying themselves in the merriment, Golem asking Abathur for some help with his engine.
But the high zerg, with claws crossed responded in his usual broken speech, "Unit Abathur. Evolution. Gene manipulator. Not. Terran mechanic. Unit Golem." they kept talking...in their own way, while Nomu-King, he was almost exactly like Candymare, Sabrewulf, and Kothoga, just sitting around stuffing his face with food.
Arakune was alone, laying as a ooze over a massive amount of books, reading them with vigor, as he'd ignored the minions trying to poke him, as a skeletal insect leg emerged from his side, and impaled a brown, as he spoke outloud, "Annoying gremlin..." going back to reading, another Infernal Lord that was alone is Scarface.
The predator is under cloak, surveilling everything in the throne chamber, like a silent guardian, meanwhile the queens, were either together or joining the others, in this little get together, that Mao arranged.
Cyn seeing the bloody buffet that Kothoga, Candymare, and Sabrewulf were eating, she smiled and joined them...it was kinda adorable...in a messed up, and gorery way.
Looma to Scarface's surprise, walked over to him and offered a large piece of meat, as she spoke, "A warrior, needs to feast a victory. Same when preparing for a hunt, my yautja comrade." Scarface, he growled lightly, before dropping the cloak and taking the food, slightly bowing his head in respect, as he re-activated his cloak, letting Looma let of a laugh, as she'd drank a chalice on her four hands.
Shego, she the more classic villainess, she went over to join Blackmore, Doflamingo, Kefka, and Bendy, as she gave her input on Blackmore and Doflamingo in their criminal empires, making all four Infernal Lords laugh, as they converse, in a corner surrounded by maid drones, holding trays of snacks and drinks for these queens.
Which are Morrigan and Lilithmon, conversing and even sharing some stories, like long acquiesced sisters, lastly Vector and Jinx have just joined Abathur and Golem, talking about various things, involving Jinx upgrading Golem, and Vector with Abathur about the adaptations of pathogens on the zerg.
Everyone was enjoying themselves, along with Mao himself, as the villains and heroes are about to fight it out on the pole, for the next mark to the Nature's Heart, he might have to shorten that chase, since he has something that has to take his priority.
And that is a massive survival game, with all the captives as contestants, which lead to the real reason that he called all the Infernal Lords, and his Queens, as their challenges will be apart of the game.
He'll admit he was inspired by an old story, that he read a long time ago, creating a massive forest that is disconnected to some measure from the rest of the Void, surrounded by black fog, with various death traps, "mini-games" and challenges to earn their freedom, plus giving the audience from the New Earth poles to give the "players", advantages and disadvantages, or even add global effects for the players.
From letting loose zerglings and baneling for some hours, cause a typhoon for a bit, and more.
Not only will this farm, a massive amount of Chaos Points, and entertain everyone, while sadly Doflamingo and Blackmore in his human form can't participate, they can still add their ideas of the upcoming survival game.
These thoughts fill the Lord of the Forsaken with eager excitement, he could hardly wait to share the upcoming idea with his lords and queen, but for now they enjoy.
Location the New Earth; Metropolis: Lex Corp, Luthor's Underground Facility
Joker, and Scarecrow were making a whole new batch of Madness Toxin, as Luthor and the other members found the toxin quite useful, Black Archer was with Captain Cold a handsome man, with shaved hair wearing a indigo colored long coat jacket with white fur edge on the hoodie, blackish blue undershirt, a pair of dark blue gloves and pants, as he was discussing some plans to go to the North Pole.
In search for the next marker, Cheetah a sensual cheetah woman was standing inside a lab, with a group of woman that look like ninjas, lead by a new member to the group, sent by the Demon's Head himself, a beautiful Asian woman with long black hair, dark lipstick, wearing red top with yellow colored dynasty style accents, a long, long-sleeved black leather coat open, and showing the red underside, tight faded gray pants, with black heeled boots, she is Sandra Wu-San, also called Lady Shiva.
Luthor was overjoyed that Ra's al Ghul was open to make some cooperation with him, and his "associates", especially with the League of Assassins, also losing a large amount of their rank when the Forsaken abducted a billion people, thus while Ra's was recovering his losses, he sent Shiva to represent the League, and alliance with Luthor.
Shiva was preparing poisons, weapons, and data-link between their group, directly back to the League, while Cheetah she was there...cause she couldn't deal with Joker and Crane, while Merlyn and Snart are un-interesting to the former archaeologist.
Lastly the man that is the supposed leader of this...alliance, Lex Luthor, he was securing the subtle and inconpetious travel to the upper pole of the planet, keeping the Justice League and Avengers from interfering with the upcoming plans of his group.
All the darker forces of the world are planing a big moves, especially with Mao's words that villains are becoming complacent with the status-quo of the world, Luthor, Doom, Vendetta, and Red Skull, all of them and those under them are too power hungry, egotistical, and much more to be insulted and be complacent with what they have now.
All the while, Mao was celebrating, completely satisfied with what the Forsaken has done...for now, everything was going as Mao wants, the villains coming out the shadows and act more, then scheme, as things are going to become more chaotic...
