Queens – Parker Hydroponics Research Facility
It was late. The Hydroponics facility was quiet, the hum of nutrient tanks and artificial sunlight panels echoing through the halls. The gleaming towers of crops were a testament to Peter's scientific ingenuity. Scientists worked in silence, unaware that danger crept outside.

Black vans rolled up along the perimeter, headlights dimmed. From the shadows, armed men in matte-black combat gear emerged. Secret HYDRA strike units. Silenced rifles, cloaking rigs, and demolition packs glinted in the faint moonlight.
The squad leader raised two fingers. "Objective: destroy data servers. Make it look like a civilian accident. Go."
They moved with clinical precision. But inside the command center, a red icon flared across the holographic display.
A calm, modulated voice broke the silence. "Unidentified hostiles breaching perimeter. Authorization granted for interception."
From the lower levels, heavy doors slid open. Boots hit the steel floor in unison.
The Spartans moved.
Armored, towering, their helmets gleamed under the dim lights. Each one a fusion of bio cybernetic augmentations and powered assault armour. Their visors lit up, HUDs alive with combat data.
"Alpha squad, flank. Bravo on me."
The team leader's voice was steady, almost mechanical.
Perimeter – Moments Later
The HYDRA strike team breached the outer fence, silent as shadows. One raised a cutting torch to slice open the main door when a massive hand caught his wrist mid-motion.
The HYDRA soldier barely had time to look up.
A MJOLNIR visor stared back. Cold. Unyielding.
With one effortless motion, the soldier was hurled across the lot, crashing into the van so hard it caved inward.
"Engage!" the HYDRA commander roared.
Gunfire erupted. Suppressed rounds lit the dark. But each shot ricocheted harmlessly against shimmering energy shields.
Then the Spartans struck.
Silent, brutal, efficient. One ripped a rifle in half like kindling. Another pinned two operatives with a single strike of a fist. A third caught a grenade, crushed it in his fist and tossed the fizzled shell aside.
"Target neutralized."
"Sector clear."
"Minimal resistance."
The HYDRA commander staggered back, realizing too late. "What are you?"
A Spartan closed in, visor glowing a sharp crimson. "Your nightmare."
The last thing the commander saw was a gauntleted fist before everything went black.
Command Center
Peter watched the skirmish unfold on the holo-feed. He grinned as she saw a SPARTAN toss an entire HYDRA operative through a reinforced wall like a ragdoll.
"Your pet projects are terrifying," She teased.
Peter didn't smile. His eyes stayed locked on the feed. "They were meant to protect. But tonight proves one thing."
"That HYDRA's still crawling out of the woodwork?" Asked Gwen.
Peter finally looked at her, his expression dark. "No. That they're not afraid of S.H.I.E.L.D. anymore. They're afraid of me."
Gwen leaned back in the chair, smirking. "Good. Let them be."
But Peter didn't reply. He could feel it, the escalation had begun. HYDRA had tested his defenses. They would be back, smarter, harder, hungrier.
And when they came, the Spartans aren't the only thing that would be ready.
