Nicolas walked into the hospital carrying take away and his virus box. Made looked at him with worry because he was drenched in blood from head to toe.
A nurse rushed over to him and grabbed his hand pulling him to a chair. She slide the chair under him and helped him to sit down.
"Go get the first aid kit ", she said to one of the other nurses as she gave him a check up.
"You really don't need to , I got somewhere I really need to be at ", Nicolas said.
"What do you mean it's obvious that you are badly injured ", the nurse replied .
"Am not really so can I go now ", he said.
"Did you get brain damage sir?, just look at your self your drenched in blood", she replied.
Nicolas stood up a walked a little bit and stopped just behind her .
"You don't need to worry about me , non of this blood is mine, but I appreciate the dedication to your job, thank you", he said before leaving.
The other nurse reached shortly after with a box in her hands.
"Ummm, where is he ", she asked.
"Don't worry it's nothing to be stressed about , let's go check on the other patients ", she replied.
Nicolas opened the door and entered into the room where Lilith lay in bed. Then suddenly he was pushed and forced against the wall by Prometheus causing him to drop both the box and takeaway on the floor.
"Why , why did you let this happen ", Prometheus said with tears in his eyes.
"Why not ", Nicolas said.
"You told me that you told her ages ago, Nic", he said.
"You lied , if you told her if you only told her that time, she wouldn't have... ", said Prometheus in a low tone tears rolling down his cheeks.
"What could it have changed ?", Nicolas said a cold look in his eyes.
"It would have , it would have ", said Prometheus lost in words.
"It would have prevented her form going?, is that what you are trying to imply ", said Nicolas.
"Let's be honest we all know that the love she gave us wasn't full , she questioned her life more than us ", Nicolas followed.
"It still would have allowed us to go with
her ", Prometheus said.
"Why didn't you do so right now", Nic replied.
"Well that's because.", Prometheus said.
"She didn't want you to", Nic replied.
"Well she told me to look after Lilith ", Prometheus said.
"When has a request ever swayed you so much"Nicolas said.
Prometheus stood there in silence he was shocked to the very core he let go of Nicolas's shirt.
"You where always the on going one , you never followed an order without your own consent ", Nicolas said.
"It's fear , you fear loosing the one you love so you followed her request to ease her nerve while straining yours " , he followed.
Prometheus fell to his knees and grunted and bit his lip so hard it tore.
"And that's your problem to deal with ", Nicolas said.
Prometheus stood up and grabbed his box and run off out of the room. The thunder boomed as the light sound of rain started to clutter on the roof above them. Nicolas slet out a gentle smile and and sigh as he leaned down and placed his head on her bed.
"I guess it's just you and me again then Lilith", he said.
Mira stood on a beach looking in the vast clouds of storm clouds that blocked her way home or so . She looked down and saw crabs ,she bent down to curry one of them but a sharp sting strung in her arms.
She looked grunted for a little then it stopped she looked at her bandages that had been put on by Nicolas and started to shake as a single tear shed form her eyes onto the beach. The clouds rumbled and started to drop tears themselves, she looked up and started to head back to the resort.
She opened the door and found a woman dressed in a stunning black dress and black hat.
"Everyone just seems to find me amusing don't they", Mira said.
"I have no idea what you mean", the woman replied.
"Hahahaha, what do you want here , surely Venezuela's very own Terror of judgement wouldn't just come to visit a random like me " ,Mira asked with a sarcastic smile on her face.
"Hahahaha, you flatter me miss Mira , am merely a rook unlike master Nicolas himself", she replied.
Mira understood that the reason she came was to solidify the rumors about Nicolas loosing most of his power.
"Of course, Nicolas is far stronger that you are ", Mira said.
"Yes he is ", she replied.
"If you came here for a visit on you ex sister in-law then am alive and well so you can live", Mira said.
"Ohh , come on we barely exchanged greetings, and besides I came to help my sister in-law", she replied.
"Help with what ?", she asked.
"I heard you are looking for a private flight to fly you into the eye of the strom ", she said.
Mira hesitated for a little before doing a gentle smile.
"Ohh, the rumors are true , any way I could get you a flight tomorrow so what do you say? ", she aksed.
Mira new that the woman in front of her could not be trusted after what she pulled four years ago. But she also new that if there was a person that could make it happen it's her . The richest woman in Venezuela.
Something started to rub Mira in an odd way what would she stand to get from this and how did she know of her presence so quickly. But for the meantime those where not her problems to deal with.
"Okay, I would appreciate it ", Mira said .
"Wonderful I will have a plane ready for you by eight tomorrow", she said as she stood up and started to leave the room then she stopped at the door.
"By the way , how's Atlas doing", she asked Mira.
Mira stood there frozen and looked at her with anger and fear.
"Take care of him alright", she said before leaving.
