Trafalgar Law, who had just finished a surgery, walked out of the operating room, holding a snow-white towel to dry his hands.
Outside, the vibrations and sounds from the running crowd echoed, occasionally interrupted by loud shouts. Through the frosted glass door of the clinic, dark silhouettes of people rushed past.
Law's expression remained calm as he asked in a neutral tone, "What's going on outside? Why is it so noisy?"
Lying lazily on the floor in his orange work clothes, the white bear immediately stood up, "I'll go check."
Just then, the clinic's door was suddenly pushed open, and Shachi and Penguin from the Heart Pirates rushed in.
Panting heavily, Shachi trembled as he spoke, "The 'Four Emperors'—the Dawn Pirates have come to this island!"
"The Dawn Pirates, why are these big shots here in the North Sea..." Law's voice remained calm, but his brows furrowed slightly, his gaze sharpening.
'Could they be looking for me? Only Bepo, Shachi, Penguin, and Wolf know about my Surgery-Surgery Fruit ability, and none of them could have told anyone... Is it really just a coincidence that the Dawn Pirates came here?'
Penguin suggested, "Let's run quickly!"
At this point, Law calmed himself. As the captain of the Heart Pirates, he had to stay composed and make the right decisions.
Unlike Straw Hat Luffy's spontaneous actions, which were rare among other pirate crews.
"Stay calm. If the Dawn Pirates just happened to come to this island, we shouldn't reveal ourselves too easily. If they're here specifically for us, we won't be able to run anyway," Law said, sitting down, hands crossed. "The answer will soon be revealed."
Seeing Law's calm demeanor, the anxiety of the other three crew members gradually settled.
After a short while, as the people fled in all directions, the noise outside began to fade until it was as quiet as a pin dropping.

Footsteps approached from afar, gradually drawing nearer, beating in their hearts.
Shachi and Penguin's heartbeats began to match the rhythm of the steps, growing faster and faster, their forced calm expressions slowly cracking.
The footsteps stopped right in front of the door, and dark shadows appeared on the frosted glass.

Eric pushed the door open and saw Trafalgar Law sitting in a chair. "Look, we've found him."
Upon hearing Eric 's words, Law immediately realized that the Dawn Pirates' target was him.
Bepo, Shachi, and Penguin immediately assumed battle stances, their legs trembling, yet they refused to back down.
"Why did the Four Emperors come to the North Sea?" Law remained calm, "You three, don't put on fighting stances."
"Yes, Captain," the three obediently straightened up.
"Please help me treat my companion, Kurome." Eric gestured for Kurome to come over, with Akame closely following behind.
A few days ago, Akame had finally discovered her sister's health problems and gave Eric a stern scolding.
"There are many famous doctors, why did you have to come all the way here to find me?" Law was confused. "My medical reputation has spread to the Four Emperors? I'm only sixteen! Could the notorious Donquixote Doflamingo trace me here because of this?"
"If even you can't help, then no other doctor can." Eric smiled. "I don't want Kurome to suffer any more pain from treatment, so I came to you, Trafalgar Law."
"!" Law clearly understood that Eric knew about his Surgery-Surgery Fruit ability.
Eric bent down and bowed. "Please treat Kurome, I beg you!"
Shachi, Penguin, and Bepo were shocked, "The Four Emperors actually bowed to the Captain...!"
Esdeath shot a fierce glare at the three, who were frozen in place. "Shut up!" The three immediately stood still.
"… I'll need to do a full check-up. Follow me." Law didn't say much else and stood up, leading the way.
The entire Dawn Pirate crew wanted to follow, but Eric stopped them. Only Eric , Kurome, and Akame entered the room.
Esdeath walked up to Bepo, who trembled as she was startled by Esdeath's sudden proximity.
Esdeath smiled, "Earlier, I think I heard this white bear speak."
"Yeah, it seems so," Porche cautiously leaned in, as women have a natural weakness for furry things.
Bepo stammered, "I-I can talk, yes."
"Oh?" Esdeath smiled, grabbing Bepo's face and began to knead it. "I've never trained a talking bear. This should be fun."
Bepo began to tremble all over.

"What happened? Why is her body like this?" After examining Kurome's body, Law's eyes were filled with anger.
"She forcibly enhanced her strength with drugs, causing her body to be overloaded, on the verge of collapse, with large amounts of drug residue... I thought the actions of the 'Four Emperors' Eric would be stronger than other pirates…"
"No!" Kurome, lying on the bed, defended Eric , "It was the empire that injected me with the drugs, it has nothing to do with Eric . He only rescued me from the empire and brought me here to get treatment."
'Brother-in-law?' Law mentally muttered, the anger in his eyes slightly diminishing, "If it's those damn countries, it is indeed possible."
"How is it? Can it be cured?" Eric didn't mind Law's attitude.
Akame's gaze was fixed on Law.
"It can be treated, but it will take some time for recovery." As a doctor, Law was responsible and turned to ask, "But, how did you hear that I have the Surgery-Surgery Fruit ability?"
'Of course, from the One Piece manga...' Eric obviously couldn't say that.
"I know a lot about you." Hearing that Kurome could be cured, Eric answered Law's question as best as he could. "I know your painful past, and I also know that Donquixote Rosinandi from the Donquixote family is your savior…"
"… and I also know what you most want to do now."
"!" Law had never talked about his past with anyone. Only those from the Donquixote family knew his history, but Eric , the "Four Emperors," clearly couldn't have connections with Doflamingo.
Causing chaos at Doflamingo's auction house and slaughtering Celestial Dragons was essentially a slap in Doflamingo's face.

"By the way, do you want to join my crew?" Eric changed the subject, offering an olive branch, "As the successor of the Will of D, the enemy of the gods, don't you want to overthrow the World Government?"
"Huh?" Law looked at Eric like he was a fool.
"That look of yours is really unlikable," Eric scoffed. "But this isn't something that can be accomplished in a day or two. Don't you want to be part of a great event that will stir up the world?"
"Ha…" Law sneered, not commenting on Eric 's bold words.
"What you really want to do is kill Donquixote Doflamingo with your own hands, right?" Eric said leisurely. "Since your only purpose for living right now is that, I'll help you achieve it. I'll help you kill Doflamingo!"
"!"
"Then you can rest assured and entrust the rest of your future to me!"
Akame interrupted, "Is this a confession?"
The air became silent.
"No!"
