"Since I have now evolved into a Divine Dragon," he declared proudly, "I believe everyone should address me with the proper amount of reverence."
Several players nearby looked at one another.
One of the Earth players cautiously raised a hand.
"...Lord Oreo?"
Oreo lifted his chin.
"Better."
Another Zetharian knight immediately bowed.
"Divine Lord Oreo."
The dragon's wings twitched happily.
"Excellent. You're learning."
I buried my face in my hand.
"It's been less than an hour."
"It has," Oreo agreed without the slightest shame. "And greatness should never be kept waiting."
Zeref chuckled under his breath.
"I think his evolution made him even worse."
Oreo gasped dramatically.
"I prefer the term... more magnificent."
That finally broke the remaining tension around us.
