And of course, like everyone, they were listening along when Rosie came. Kurt's day had to be almost over by the hours that had passed. At least maybe this would be one with a meal, Ishtar never passed up an opportunity.
Rosie always had a professional air to her. Never hiding her wings. She could back up that attitude. If there was anyone Kurt didn't want to fight it was Rosie.
"Lord Kurt," said Rosie, "Lady Ishtar has requested."
"Where is she?"
"The normal place, sir."
"Hey Rosie, hold back for a second. I want to talk to you about something," said Sara.
"You're not seriously thinking of…"
"Why wouldn't I invite them?"
"Whatever," said Kurt while he slipped to the pillar to try to find Ishtar in the mess hall.
Kurt did find Ishtar in the mess hall but he got himself some food first, as well as some cake for her.
"Long day?" said Ishtar, "You normally don't rush right towards the food."
"You're certainly not making it shorter."
