A few days later he was about to have his normal daily morning meeting with Betsy but she had brought Homer with her again.
"Hello," said Kurt looking at Betsy.
"My fiancé would like to make a request," said Betsy.
"A request?"
Betsy nudged Homer, who finally spoke "I'm ahh, would like you to train me, sir."
"Train you?"
"It's hard for me to find partners that can withstand too many blows from me, and harder to find one whose strikes I truly need to avoid. Having someone like that, I think, would help me."
"Hmm," said Kurt, "I don't think so, I don't think I would be a good fit. I'm too fast and graceful, you have to use your body differently, more power than speed. Bigger weapons."
"I'm sorry to ask, I shouldn't have," said Homer.
"I'm not done," said Kurt, "Has Betsy introduced you to Boris yet?"
"No my lord, who is Boris?"
"Kurt, the Minotaurs? Really?" said Betsy.
