An exquisitely crafted orange Job Watch, filled with countless interlocking gears, condensed onto Ethen's wrist.
It looked less like a weapon—
And more like a perfectly engineered tool.
"So this is the Job Watch…"
Ethen gently brushed his fingers across it.
He took a deep breath and tapped the screen.
Click.
The screen flickered.
The silhouette of Heatblast appeared—
Holding a welding torch.
Heatblast: Welder.
"…Figures."
Ethen let out a dry laugh and continued scrolling.
Past countless forms.
Until—
He stopped.
Alien X.
As if guided by something beyond reason.
Ethen pressed the screen.
He chose Alien X.
Transformation
Orange light erupted, flooding the entire room.
"What the hell—?!"
"Why did he suddenly transform?!"
"Enemy attack?!"
Grandpa Max, Ben, and Gwen all stirred groggily, barely opening their eyes as the overwhelming light washed over them.
Slowly—
The light faded.
What remained was not the Alien X they knew.
A slender Alien X, wearing a triangular helmet, his green eyes calm and distant.
Orange patterns flowed across his body like engraved circuitry.
Tattered cloth—like scavenged rags—hung loosely around his thin frame as he sat cross-legged on the bed, motionless.
This was not a normal Extraterrestrial God.
"…Ethen?"
Grandpa Max had just begun to speak—
Whoosh.
In an instant.
Grandpa Max.
Ben Tennyson.
Gwen Tennyson.
The Earth.
And even—
The entire Ethen Universe.
Everything was erased.
Reduced to absolute nothingness.
No explosion.
No warning.
Just annihilation.
The entire universe vanished in a single thought.
Only one figure remained—
Alien X, sitting cross-legged in the void.
Motionless.
Consciousness Space
A gigantic demonic face manifested, its voice echoing with ancient authority.
"Destruction has arrived. It is time to return your power to you. My Lord… The world needs you again. It needs the work required by your profession. It is up to you."
A gentle angelic face appeared beside it, her voice filled with unwavering faith.
The demon was Satan.
The angel was Seraph—
Or rather…
A Seraphim.
Ethen froze.
Then—
Who was he?
He was—
Alien X God.
Whoosh!
Alien X God's eyes flared with blinding light.
His consciousness snapped back.
Endless memories surged into him.
Knowledge layered upon knowledge.
Vast, intricate, incomprehensible.
So profound that even Azmuth or Dagon would fail to fully process it.
Simply put—
These were memories teaching him how to be a God.
"Yo, yo… Ethen. Haven't seen you in a day. Why do you look so worn out?"
A mocking voice pierced through the void from countless light-years away.
A massive figure stepped out of nothingness.
Muscular.
Demonic.
Overflowing with deathly authority.
Error Alien X.
In his hand was a gigantic scythe.
Upon closer inspection—
The scythe was pure white.
Forged entirely from fangs.
This was no longer just Error Alien X.
This was—
Error Death God.
"I am Alien X God… A God should create everything."
Alien X God (Ethen) murmured softly.
His voice unconsciously carried divine authority and boundless majesty.
He had fully immersed himself in the profession of God.
And his personality—
Had already begun to diverge from who he once was.
