The one attacking Law is Killer from the Kid Pirates, known as the Slaughter Warrior, with a bounty of 162 million Belly, while the one attacking Killer is Urouge, the Captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates, with a bounty of 108 million Belly.
The captain's personality determines the crew's style. Under Hawkins, pirates dress like a sect, Bege's crew is dressed like the mafia, and Law's crew also has a uniform.
These are just the visible appearances, and even more influential are the invisible styles of operation. For example, the Kid Pirates' propensity for battle. When Kid and Apoo didn't get along, Urouge and Killer started fighting, gradually moving closer towards Kid.
Urouge is large in stature but not as agile as Killer. After Killer noticed Law's actions, he abandoned Urouge and turned to attack Law, which made Urouge unhappy, and naturally, he followed suit.

"Cooperating well, huh? How about teaming up to solve these guys?"
The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Seeing that Law actively cooperated with him, Urouge immediately proposed working together.
"Ahahaha, want to take care of him? Count me in then, I've been annoyed with him for a while."
Law hadn't responded yet when Apoo chimed in. He was the one who initially fought with Kid, so he wouldn't miss this chance.
"I just want to teach him a lesson."

Kid Pirates' captain and vice-captain were now stiff. The rest didn't know what to do, standing alertly and watching the surrounding pirates warily.
The others dared not approach Rami, defeating a pirate with a bounty of 315 million Belly with a slap exceeded their understanding.
Even Drake, lurking in the shadows hoping to impress Hundred Beasts, was stunned. It was completely different from what he envisioned.
