They didn't really make things difficult for Muto Yugi.
Even though by now they were very sure that Muto Yugi was absolutely not some "ordinary game designer" but, on the contrary, a powerful Duelist that was hard to describe in normal words, they actually didn't feel like they'd been deceived because of that.
After all, they had tested Muto Yugi's personal game-design and Card-design abilities, and knew that Muto Yugi really was a game designer — he just happened to have another identity on top of that.
What they actually found harder to accept was that this overly powerful Duelist, the kind of Duelist whose normal Summoned Monsters could generate Duel Energy, might affect the development of people in their world, so they hoped Muto Yugi wouldn't casually Duel.
Since the Duel was over, then of course it no longer mattered.
Muto Yugi had no objections to Leo Company's words and strategy. After all, he wasn't a human of this Dimension, and he had no right to question this world's operational strategy or other considerations; more importantly, Leo Company was actually quite rational.
Regardless, even so, Leo Company still hoped Kaiba Company could follow up and then rearrange personnel for another visit.
In a sense it counted as a subtle way of seeing the guest out, but it wasn't especially forceful; if Muto Yugi was willing to promise and actually refrain from Dueling again, he could in fact stay.
However, in the end Muto Yugi still contacted Kaiba Company — not because he'd lost interest in this place, but because he felt a bit embarrassed.
After all, he'd originally agreed to come only as an ordinary designer for a tour, but after he saw an interesting junior and with the birth of a new Summoning Technique, his hands got itchy and he couldn't resist having a Duel.
Although Leo Company didn't mind, and was instead quite interested in Yugi as such a powerful Duelist, it was still a breach of the original agreement, so afterward Yugi decided to return to his own Dimension, and then go to other Dimensions later for fieldwork and illustration.
Many days later, after the two sides finished exchanging information, Muto Yugi sat in Leo Company's reception room, bored out of his mind, and used the spare time to flip through the teaching plans and courses of Leo Duel Academy.
A tiered teaching syllabus built around the three major Summoning Techniques, Deck-tactics development courses that include modern Duel studies, Life Points management courses that cover advanced techniques like trigger skills at the 2000-point critical threshold… what is this last thing supposed to be?
He was a bit confused.
Just then he heard Leo Company's liaison tell him that the Fusion Dimension's contact had arrived, and only then did he put down what he was holding and say his goodbyes to the people there.
It was a bit of a shame he hadn't gotten to chat more with that boy.
He might misjudge other things, but when it came to Duelists, he was dead-on.
He could see that that boy named Sakaki Yuya was not someone whose emotional knots could be undone by a single Duel.
Still, with the Kuriboh he'd given him, at least he'd have an extra companion...
He greeted the designers who'd come here; those designers, upon seeing him, cheered excitedly and asked him for autographs. That only further convinced the people at Leo Company that this Muto Yugi was definitely no ordinary person — but after that, Muto Yugi had already returned to the Fusion Dimension.
The moment he appeared in the Fusion Dimension, he once again drew a crowd of nearby staff, and besides them, he actually saw a few familiar faces.
"Ah—Lyuzakii? Mr. Rishid? It's you?"
"Yugi? Tch…" Dinosaur Lyuzaki, upon seeing Muto Yugi, looked a little ill at ease.

A few girls who were close with Ruri cheered along with her.
Though they were a bit reluctant to part with Ruri, this companion who was smart, pretty, and strong, Ruri's home wasn't here. Besides, it's not like they'd never get to see each other again in the future. In fact, if Ruri wanted, she could totally come study abroad in their Dimension; their Dimensional Teleportation was already very mature, so they could easily make Ruri into that "star of diplomacy."
