Everyone burst into laughter.
Harry stared in shock, this octopus didn't seem like a creature that would exist in real life; it looked more like a cute character from a cartoon.
Then he thought he understood.
"Is this Vid's newly made Poppet?"
Harry looked at the big guy, seeing it trying to wrap its tentacle with round suction cups around his leg, hurriedly stepped back two paces and asked, "What can this octopus do?"
"Haha, I knew that's what you'd think!"
Fred gave Harry a hearty slap on the shoulder and let out another loud laugh.
Suddenly, the octopus's body started twisting and transforming, gradually elongating until it became a tall, handsome Michael.
"It's so amazing!" Michael gestured wildly: "I could feel every single tentacle! But controlling eight legs at once is super difficult!"
"Who's next?"
Vid smiled and raised a glass jar filled with marble-like candies.
"It's Hermione!" Padma shouted loudly, giving Hermione a push which made her stagger forward two steps.
"Oh, oh, oh…"
Fred and George began to bang on the table simultaneously.
"Pick one, Hermione." Vid handed the jar over with a smile.
Hermione bit her lip, chose a white candy, and put it in her mouth, feeling both excited and fearful.
The next second, a pair of white wings "shooed" out from her back, her nose elongated, her ears stood up, and a long tail grew from behind.
Hermione had turned into a Pegasus!
But it wasn't any Pegasus Harry had seen, as her mane and tail were pink, a unicorn-like horn on her forehead, and her eyes were astonishingly big.
"Oh, Merlin's beard!"
The pink Pegasus suddenly let out a cry and instinctively flapped her wings, sending her entire self… no, the whole horse flying up into the sky!
Hermione screamed, flapping her wings, and then "bam" hit the ceiling and fell onto the sofa with four legs splayed.
Neville, the nearest, hurriedly reached out to pull her but didn't know where to start, utterly bewildered, as the Pegasus transformed back to Hermione with a "bang."
She lay amid the cushions, her hair in a mess, struggling for a moment before being pulled out by Neville and Padma.
"I hate flying!"
Hermione said angrily, and the whole Umbrella House was almost drowned in laughter.
"What's this?" Harry asked in astonishment, "Octopus cookies? Pegasus cookies?"
"Not bad, Harry, you've got keen insight." George proudly patted his back and said, "Only you got its name wrong!"
"Allow me to introduce, this is our new invention developed in collaboration with Vid—Illusion Gummies!"
Fred took the glass jar, jumped onto a table, and announced loudly:
"We've improved the Canary Cookies, added more diverse transformations; each piece conceals a surprising transfiguration effect! Just like Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Bean, full of surprises!"
"Have one, Harry!" George encouraged him, "Let's see what you'll turn into!"
With everyone's urging, Harry hesitantly swallowed a blue gummy.
He subconsciously chose this color, hoping to turn into a creature that could move freely underwater.
The gummy wasn't bad, carrying a sweet taste and a strange fruity aroma. The candy quickly went down, and Harry suddenly found his perspective lowered, unable to control his limbs, his body stretching suddenly!
Neville and Hermione suddenly stepped back, Padma also exclaimed and rubbed her arms.
"Wow!" Michael widened his eyes, pointing at Harry and laughing: "Harry, you've turned into a snake!"
