However.
When Ian arrived at Hagrid's hut, he still couldn't see the three figures. Hagrid's hut appeared extraordinarily tranquil in the night, warm light seeping through the window's cracks, and there was snoring inside, thunderous as Hagrid slept soundly, lying on that worn-out big chair.
The fire in the fireplace was burning.
Hagrid's dog, which seemed fierce but was actually timid, lay at Hagrid's feet. But, animals are said to have sensitive senses, Ian merely landed outside and it sensed him.
Not for any particular reason.
Yaya curled up in the corner, suddenly lifted its head, sniffed forcefully, then its fur stood on end, emitting a faint whimper with eyes full of fear.
It did not howl.
But didn't dare to breathe heavily.
This wasn't because Ian's presence was terrifying, but because Ian had stroked a dragon in the Misty Illusion Realm, a true Ancient Giant Dragon, it was the scent of the Ancient Giant Dragon that frightened it.
Dragons now are already at the top of the food chain, not to mention the purebred dragons of the past which were the rulers among rulers, even a dog that hasn't seen such a creature would instinctively fear.
Just like many people have never been bitten by a tiger, but would tremble upon hearing its roar at the zoo, it's an instinct engraved in the bodies of all animals.
"Could it be that they directly ran into the Forbidden Forest? Indeed, I know a few secret passages leading straight to the Forbidden Forest, but they shouldn't be on the grass outside the school."
"Are there secret passages unknown to me, Ian?" Ian didn't believe this. He directly took out his Living Map, the parchment glimmered faintly yellow under the moonlight.
As Ian activated it.
Ink lines spread like a spider web across the paper, outlining the entire Hogwarts. Ian's fingertips moved over each domain, checking where the secret passages in each domain led.
And there it was.
He found a secret passage he'd previously overlooked—a passage located within the Quidditch Pitch, one that leads directly out of Hogwarts to the Forbidden Forest.
It's no wonder he didn't notice it before. After all, except for the first time he went to the Quidditch Pitch to watch Quidditch, he rarely showed any interest in this sport.
He rarely goes to the Quidditch Pitch, naturally not paying attention to the secret passage there. As for the passages within Hogwarts leading outside, Ian was extremely familiar with them.
"How did these three find such a remote passage? Without Harry Potter, the Quidditch player, do the three still love the sport of Quidditch?"
Ian really couldn't understand the majority of wizards' love for Quidditch. Of course, he respected others' preferences, but felt it really bizarre that they found the passage and knew where it led. Was it Ron, Hermione, or perhaps Neville who proposed using the passage?
Perhaps Gryffindor College students are born with this exploration gene.
Thinking of this.
Ian flew towards the Forbidden Forest once more.
What can I say.
Expecting to only catch three little wizards sneaking out at night, he could never have imagined what kind of events he would encounter on this Forbidden Forest expedition.
