Chapter 765 - Chapter 399: Dragonite! Dragonite! Dragonite!

Today's training session is temporarily over, and Naoki sets off with a bunch of Pokemon back to the ranch.

Before Koraidon even lands, Naoki sees wisps of smoke coming from the chimney of his house.

He knows it must be his sister Indeedee preparing lunch for everyone.

It has to be said, having a caretaker-type Pokemon at home really lightens the load!

Naoki simply hands over the entire lunch preparation to his sister Indeedee, and the first thing he does upon returning home is to take out a Translation Nuts Cake from the cabinet and eat it.

"Tell me, what did you all gain today?" Naoki turns around to find Dragonair and the newly evolved Dragonite in the ranch.

To be precise, it is Dragonite No. 5.

The family Dragonite is Dragonite No. 1, and the other three working Dragonites are Nos. 2, 3, and 4 respectively.

Currently, there are a total of five Dragonites and four Dragonairs on the ranch, even for the Dragon Taming Clan, it's quite a terrifying number.

Dragonite No. 5 looks a bit goofy compared to the other Dragonites.

It scratches the back of its head and responds, "Roar!" (I've evolved into Dragonite!)

All thanks to the battle training from Koraidon over the past few months and Naoki's guidance!

If it were left on Dragonite Island, it might take quite a long time to evolve into Dragonite.

"I know." Naoki slightly nods and then looks to the Dragonairs nearby, "How about you all?"

The Dragonairs babble together in response, "Woo!" (We've learned new moves!)

With that, the Dragonairs in front of him start demonstrating one by one.

The first Dragonair gathers a wave around its tail and swings it vigorously, creating an atmosphere like a raging storm.

"Aqua Tail." Naoki recognizes the move immediately and nods, "Very good."

The second Dragonair opens its mouth wide, water swirling inside, and after the energy is built up, it explodes like a cannon, sending a thick column of water blasting out.

Naoki's eyes light up, "Hydro Pump? Impressive!"

This move is considered a super powerful move among the moves Water Type Pokemon can learn.

Not only is it powerful, but it also has tremendous explosive force, with hardly any drawbacks except its low accuracy.

Thinking of this, Naoki looks eagerly at the remaining two Dragonairs.

The third Dragonair learned Water Pulse, and the fourth Dragonair learned Surf.

The enormous wave it summoned crashes down from above, drenching Naoki and the surrounding Pokemon like soaked chickens.

Naoki: "..."

The Dragonair is startled, "Woo!"

It quickly flies around Naoki, pitifully expressing that it wasn't intentional.

"It's okay!" Naoki grins, "Just be careful next time, you all carry on playing, Dragonite, come over and introduce the work process to this Dragonite!"

Dragonite Delivery has a new employee joining the team, and as the leader of Dragonite Delivery, Dragonite immediately runs over to introduce the details of delivery duties to the newcomer.

Meanwhile, Naoki goes back to his room to change clothes.

Judging by the performance of the Dragonites and Dragonairs, the new dish Paldea Seafood Rice is truly effective!

It greatly enhances the results of the Pokemon's special training in the sea, truly deserving to be called the sea's blessing.

The only pity is that there aren't many Water Types in the ranch, so that dish can't be utilized by every Pokemon.

After changing clothes, Naoki heads to the living room.

Watching the group of Eevees chasing around playfully in the living room, he suddenly remembers something.

If he remembers correctly, evolving too early is not a good situation for Pokemon.

In game terms, it's evolving before reaching the suitable level, which can lead to missing out on automatically learning certain moves.

Thinking of this, Naoki turns around and digs out his recipe book, attempting to find a Magical Cuisine among those he's crafted before that can help Fire, Jolteon, and Vaporeon strengthen themselves.

"For Jolteon, there's the Lightning Steamed Bun made from the feathers of Zapdos." Naoki mumbles.

This bun can help it enhance its electric power, which should make up for evolving early.

But the problem is Zapdos is currently traveling, and it's not easy for him to borrow feathers.

"Forget it, I'll not rush this matter." After some thought, Naoki reflects.

Anyway, someday Zapdos will return to reside in the World Tree, and then he can visit Zapdos's nest every day, maybe picking up some naturally fallen feathers.

While doing so, he can feed Zapdos a Lightning Steamed Bun to enhance its power.

From what Naoki knows, this Zapdos is a wild one, not the real Thunder God.

Its power is probably far inferior to the Zapdos seen near Shamouti Island in the Lugia movie.

If Zapdos eats the Lightning Steamed Bun, its power might draw closer to that of the Thunder God.

As for Fire and Vaporeon, their issues aren't as easily solved.

He hasn't seen Moltres, so there's no way to gather Moltres's feathers to make Flame Steamed Bun.

As for Vaporeon... this world doesn't have the existence of a Water Flow Bird.

"Oh well, I'll slowly research on my own later to see if I can come up with simple and straightforward cuisine like Grassy Seed." Naoki thinks to himself.
