They planted Berries here, cultivated the land, living orderly lives!
"This is the interior of the World Tree; the natural aura you felt before comes from this tree." Naoki introduced with a smile.
"So that's how it is..."
After a brief shock, Z2 quickly regained its composure.
"The ecosystem of this world was on the verge of collapse; on the land where I stayed, traces of negative energy cores had already appeared."
"Negative energy cores?" Naoki looked at the nearby canine.
Z2 nodded and continued: "They are phenomena produced after the ecosystem is damaged."
"The land would grow many giant plants; humans and Pokemon cannot see them, only I can."
"Until now, I had been monitoring the ecosystem."
Naoki nodded, remembering that in the anime, Ash's Greninja could see the negative energy cores and was left by Zygarde to help cut them down.
"But now, after this tree matured, all that negative energy vanished. I believe its released power repaired the damaged ecosystem." Z2 said softly.
This didn't surprise Naoki too much.
After all, the description of the World Tree includes such effects; upon maturing, it causes changes throughout the entire world.
Regarding ecological restoration, that might be one such change.
