Kyogre's gaze turned forward, seeing a small, closed-eyed Bear-type Pokemon sitting peacefully in a deep sea vortex formed by a massive water dragon, as if comprehending something.
"How should we reply to Naoki, Rotom?" Phone Rotom asked.
Kyogre pondered carefully for a moment, and then a deep voice, like the ocean, resonated in Phone Rotom's mind.
"Tell him, I am willing."
The Sea God was very confident in its current strength.
During its time living on the World Tree, its power not only returned to its peak, capable of transforming into the Primal Reversion Form.
It also, by harnessing the abundant Nature Power, reached a whole new level.
And it was all because Naoki had agreed for them to settle on this tree.

Sometimes, it was as fierce and swift as a tsunami, with a force that seemed capable of engulfing everything in the world.
The Mysteries of the Sea, accomplished!
In the next second, a dazzling white light exploded from the cub's body.
The cub's appearance began to change rapidly within it.
Its body grew taller and larger, becoming exceptionally burly, and its originally off-white fur transformed into gray-black.
Moments later, as the light faded, an Urshifu, calm and steadfast, with an unfathomable aura, appeared in Kyogre's view.
The Urshifu nodded to Kyogre, indicating it had fully comprehended the Mysteries of the Sea.
Seeing this, a satisfied look quickly emerged in Kyogre's eyes.
With a loving gaze, it looked at its dear apprentice and said, "Like this, you can accompany me to help Naoki with that task, and it's a good chance to test your training results."
