According to the original plot, in the King's Memory arc, Bakura's ace before the Great Evil God Sock's body resurrected should only be that devil with a snake tail, "Dark Necrofear," right?
Even in Youyu's impression, in the past Linked World, Bakura's cards were nothing more than circling between Fiend-Type and Undead-Type, changing his deck but never having any other big shots.
But in the past Linked World plot, Bakura never had any contact with the Doma organization.
Could it be that during the Doma period, Bakura really found something from the legacy left by Dartz that could make him supremely confident?

The Three Evil Gods are not unfamiliar to original plot fans. The manga explains they were personally created by Pegasus, opposing the Three Egyptian God.

However, according to the DM series background, like the Three Egyptian Gods, the Evil Gods, even though created personally by Pegasus, weren't imagined out of thin air. Such powerful entities cannot be created by merely a designer's whim.

That is Dartz, who lived for ten thousand years and witnessed all major events and miracles throughout history.
Dartz indeed knows the sealed locations of the Evil God Tablets. However, he never attempted to contact them—perhaps thinking he couldn't control the wrathful power of the Three Evil Gods, or maybe he tried long ago but failed.
Nonetheless, Dartz's documents left in Doma clearly recorded the information on the Three Evil Gods. Bakura confirmed the location of the Evil God Tablets from these records and excavated them at the corresponding place in this Memory World.

Meaning they enjoy the same effect resistance as the Three Egyptian Gods!
