Dark Magician, resurrect!
[Dark Magician, Attack Power 2500]
"At this moment," Youyu said, "activate the effect of the Continuous Magic 'Card of Survival', draw three cards!"
The Supreme King's eyes flickered slightly.
The combo of Sea Stealth Attack and Magician's Array... was that setup just to clear obstacles for the real killer move?
Indeed, if Youyu had played 'Card of Survival' from the start, the Supreme King likely would have chosen to destroy this ridiculously powerful card-drawing Divine Artifact first, rendering both the Magician's Array and Sea Stealth Attack insignificant by comparison.
"Next, activate the Magic Card 'Bonds Between Teacher and Disciple' from hand." Another Magic Card floated before Youyu, "When 'Dark Magician' is on the field, special summon 'Dark Magician Girl' from your hand, deck, or graveyard."
Youyu pulled out a card that popped up from the graveyard area.
"Revive, Dark Magician Girl!"
A pink magic array spiraled open, and a lively, cute girl stepped out with graceful, dance-like steps, her golden hair waving like ripples.
[Dark Magician Girl, Attack Power 2000]
Appearing for the second time!
The girl resolved herself. earlier, she was careless and got wiped out before she could even stabilize her footing.
This time, she'll definitely perform well!
"The follow-up effect of 'Bonds Between Teacher and Disciple'," Youyu continued, "when summoning Dark Magician Girl through this effect, from the deck I take this card..."
Youyu pulled out a card that popped out from the deck, and with a wave of his arm, the surging black magic transformed into a set card at his feet.
"Set the Magic Card 'Dark Magic Curtain' on my field."
"'Dark Magic Curtain', a powerful magic that can only be harnessed by the Dark Magician, capable of destroying all the opponent's magic traps on the field."
The Supreme King glanced indifferently at his last set card.
"The target is my back row, huh? But it's not that easy." The Supreme King clenched his right fist, and his armor emitted a sharp metallic sound, "Activate the set card! Trap Card 'Torrential Tribute'!
When a monster is summoned, special summoned, or flipped summoned, destroy all monsters on the field of both sides!"
The flipped Trap Card unleashed endless blue light, energy transforming into a torrential flood like a beast breaking free from its cage! The claws of the stream indiscriminately tore through the bodies of the Magicians, swallowing up three mages in the raging tide consecutively.

The tide also swept across the Supreme King's own 'Malicious Bane', but since Malicious Bane cannot be destroyed, Torrential Tribute had no effect on him.
"Youyu-sensei's setup... got dismantled again." Ed said impatiently, "Such a troublesome opponent."
"However, since 'Dark Magician Girl' was successfully special summoned from the graveyard, the effect of 'Card of Survival' activated again," Youyu said, "I draw from the deck."
He then revealed another card: "Quick-Play Magic 'Card Destruction', both players discard two cards and then each draws two cards."
The Supreme King and he both discarded their hands, then drew from their decks.
"The card I just discarded was also 'Card of Compensation'," Youyu said, "based on its effect, I draw two more cards from the deck.
And at the moment you draw, activate the Quick-Play Magic 'The Cost of Desire' from my hand. When the opponent draws cards outside of the draw phase, special summon up to two Level 4 or lower monsters from your hand!" (Anime card)
Youyu laid down a card.
"The monsters I will special summon are these two—
—Revival Jam, and Reactor Slime!"
Two slimes emerged separately. One appeared soft and squishy like a blob of mud, while the other, with a silver-metallic body, lazily rose with sharp spiral spear arms and a back covered with a spiky steel boiler.
[Revival Jam, Defense 500]
[Reactor Slime, Attack 500]
The Supreme King lifted his eyelids, exposing those golden pupils.
"Slimes?"
"Reactor Slime, activate its effect." Youyu said, "Once per turn, the breeding machine on it can multiply, special summoning up to two 'Slime Tokens.'
I special summon two 'Slime Tokens.'
At the back of the giant boiler, two blobs of soft slime were shot out and took solid form on the ground, transforming into squishy, muddy slimes.

"Breeding Machine?" Manjome wondered.
"I think I have some impression." Ed said, "It seemed like back in Duel City, it was a Continuous Magic Card used by the Legendary Duelist Marik Ishtar specifically to summon 'Slifer the Sky Dragon'... But what Youyu-sensei is using seems like a modified version based on that Monster Card?"
Manjome thought of something, dropping his crossed arms: "The ability to gather three monsters on the field instantly, could it be…"
"After the effect of 'Jam Breeding Machine' is activated," Youyu said slowly, "during this turn, I can't summon or special summon any monsters other than Divine Beast-Type monsters.
Ed x Manjome: "!"
It really is!
A summoning support card specifically for Egyptian Gods!
"Moreover, this turn I have not performed a normal summon yet." Youyu raised his arm, "I use the 'Reactor Slime' on my field, along with the two 'Slime Tokens' bred from it, as tribute to tribute summon!
Transcending between the Netherworld and reality, appearing amidst the chaos of Heavenly Thunder—
—God of the Netherworld, Slifer the Sky Dragon!!!"
The sky turned black, and the sea beyond churned with winds and waves! Thunder carried a coiling, twisting red dragon descending from the heavens, and the dark clouds seemed pierced by a spear traversing the world. The crimson dragon descended with infinite divine might, shaking the heavens!
Slifer the Sky Dragon, summon!
The domain of the Egyptian God erupted, producing invisible sparks as it clashed with the aura of the Otherworldly King. The Supreme King stood like an unwavering flagpole, glaring coldly at the massive Egyptian God across from him.
"Slifer's attack power is determined by the number of cards in hand." Youyu said, "My hand is four cards, so Slifer's attack power is currently four thousand."
[Slifer the Sky Dragon, Attack Power 4000]
"But next, I will activate the Magic Card 'Card of Variation' from my hand!" Youyu shouted, "Draw two cards from the deck, but during the end phase, I must send one card to the graveyard. If I don't, I take 3000 damage!" (Anime card)
Manjome held his breath: "Even risking huge damage to amplify the god's power?"
"I draw two cards!" Youyu declared, "At this moment, Slifer's attack power increases!"
[Slifer the Sky Dragon, Attack Power 4000 → Attack Power 5000]
[Evil Hero Malicious Bane, Attack Power 3200]
"Battle Phase!" Youyu declared, "Slifer the Sky Dragon, attack 'Evil Hero Malicious Bane'!!!"
