The news of the unrestricted lectures spread, and the area near the Ninja Sect Base became bustling.
Some ninjas from afar settled down early nearby, waiting for the legendary Ninja Master to officially start the lecture.
Since Mokgetsu starts his lectures at nine in the morning, which is quite early, even the ninjas from the nearby Land of Rain who are most interested chose to come and stay overnight a day in advance.
The thoughts of others are still unknown, but the innkeeper and shopkeeper next to the Ninja Sect Base are immensely grateful to Mokgetsu, wishing for him to hold more events like these.
As the leader, Hanzo naturally couldn't rush to the Ninja Sect Base early in the morning for the lecture, so he also arrived in advance.
Disguised as a Wandering Ninja, Hanzo observed the crowds passing by.

Mokgetsu also considered that too many ninjas might cause chaos; his attitude is that fighting can occur, but do not disturb the ordinary people or his lecture.
"Quite a bit of preparation." Hanzo withdrew his gaze and returned to the inn but was attracted by a shout.
"That seems to be the Hidden Sand Hero, Pakura."
Hanzo, expressionless, began to search around and saw the undisguised Pakura at the street corner.

Upon noticing Kitsuchi, the surrounding Wandering Ninjas gasped; Kitsuchi's reputation is no smaller than Pakura's, and due to his status as the son of the Tsuchikage, it's even greater.
"Rock Fist Kitsuchi is here too; I wonder if other significant figures are here, just disguised or not showing themselves." Someone boldly speculated.
Hanzo quietly returned to the inn.
"What a lively scene. No wonder it's Sosuke sensei; a single call and so many ninjas respond. If they all could join the Ninja Sect, the Sect's strength would at least multiply several times." Yahiko remarked while surveying from a high point.
Working alongside Mokgetsu, Yahiko realized his own shortcomings were too many; the former Akatsuki could hardly grow to this step of the Ninja Sect.
"Um, that's probably not possible; even Wandering Ninjas wouldn't join an organization just like that." Nagato thought for a moment and replied.
"And many of them are ninjas from the Ninja Villages. Whether from a personal interest perspective or..."
"Haha, of course, I know, I was just joking." Yahiko interrupted, placing an arm around Nagato's neck and laughed.
He wasn't naive to think such thoughts; strengthening the Ninja Sect isn't achieved this way.
"But Nagato, you've really changed a lot, becoming more formidable." Yahiko praised.
Previously, Nagato was quite reserved; one had to actively search for topics to get him to respond a little.
Now, Nagato not only speaks but does so eloquently.
"Everyone has, thanks to Sosuke sensei's guidance." Nagato responded looking into the distance.
Saying Mokgetsu changed the Land of Rain might not be enough now, but Mokgetsu indeed changed them, making them better.
