After a brief explanation, Mokgetsu began the demonstration.
A large amount of Chakra gathered in Mokgetsu's palm, followed by the appearance of a blue flame above his hand.
When the blue flame on Mokgetsu's palm reached the size of a fist, both Shisui and Obito could clearly feel the heat it emitted.
"This flame, its temperature is so high." Shisui wiped the sweat from his forehead and thought to himself.

"Yamato, use your Water Release with full strength and see if you can extinguish the blue flame."
Yamato nodded and began forming hand seals, gathering chakra.
Obito, on the other hand, felt a bit excited. Could it be that this flame was immune to Water Release?

Obito felt that he had misunderstood Fire Release techniques before; it wasn't that Fire Release Ninjutsu was ineffective, he just hadn't learned truly powerful ones yet.
"Fire Release, you are the best Escape Technique," Obito silently repented in his heart.

As the goal was to extinguish the fire, Yamato used a large-scale Water Release with sufficient water volume.
A huge water sphere was expelled by Yamato, crashing towards the ground where the blue flame burned.

"Teacher Mokgetsu, is this flame undying?" Obito asked excitedly, observing the still fiercely burning blue flame.
If it's a fire that can't be extinguished, then it would be an ultimate technique; once hit, the opponent would either burn to death or have to immediately cut off the affected area.
"It's not truly undying, but most Water Release ninjas in the Ninja World cannot extinguish it."
Saying this, Mokgetsu used Water Release Ninjutsu to extinguish the blue flame.
"I see," Obito was somewhat disappointed, thinking it was a fire completely unfazed by water.
"Could Hanzo extinguish the blue flame?" Obito pondered and asked.
Though he hadn't interacted with Hanzo, Hanzo was someone Obito wished to challenge.
There were two reasons. First, defeating Hanzo would allow him to brag to Jiraiya since the young Jiraiya lost to Hanzo, even with the help of his teammates.
Second, defeating Hanzo might earn him a cool title.
"Probably not," Mokgetsu replied.
Obito's eyes lit up. At least when facing Hanzo, the blue flame was like an undying flame.
"Teacher Mokgetsu is really humble; if even Hanzo can't extinguish the blue flame with Water Release, there shouldn't be more than three people in the Ninja World who can," Shisui thought.
Even counting Mokgetsu's recent showcase of Water Release, Shisui felt three might be too many.
Considering Hanzo is already a highly renowned top-tier Water Release ninja, Shisui estimated that perhaps only the Third Mizukage might have a chance.
The estimation of three also took into account the possibility of hidden Water Release experts.
"Besides compressing the flame to elevate its temperature and burning capability, the blue flame can also be released like ordinary Fire Release techniques."

The principle underlying Mokgetsu's Ninjutsu wasn't the fusion of techniques, but using the blue flame as a base, releasing it with the method of the Great Fireball.
"This means that all previously learned Fire Release can be upgraded!" Obito got even more excited.
Learning this blue flame technique is akin to elevating all other Fire Release techniques from their foundations.
The commotion attracted other disciples and Pokemon who were cultivating.
"A blue-colored flame," Kakashi immediately noticed this unique characteristic.
"Awooo!" Charizard emitted a concerned cry.
If Obito learned such a strong Fire Release, wouldn't it be dangerous for Charizard when 'training' with Obito?
