Twin Dragons City.
This city has a very distinct dividing line.
On the east side of the city, roads are paved with asphalt, and the architectural style leans towards modern, adorned with various types of lights, giving off a feeling of advanced technology, a sort of futuristic sci-fi vibe.
On the west side of the city, there are more trees, the roads are paved with cobblestones and are not very smooth. Most of the buildings lean towards classical styles, with walls decorated with stone reliefs, exuding a sense of past classical flair.
This is one of the greatest features of Twin Dragons City, blending classical and sci-fi styles in one city.
In the middle of the dividing line, stands the city's dojo, a renowned Dragon-type dojo.
Similar to how Natsuhiko carved Dialga and Palkia on his own dojo, the Twin Dragons City dojo is also adorned with carvings of two dragons, distinctly colored.
They are the White Dragon, Reshiram, facing the classical western side, and the Black Dragon, Zekrom, facing the futuristic eastern side.
And they are the mightiest Dragon-type Pokémon in the hero legends of the Unova Region.
Natsuhiko stood outside the Twin Dragons Dojo.
Looking at this massive dojo in the center of Twin Dragons City, it's undoubtedly several times larger than his own dojo.
People coming and going at the entrance of the dojo, some leaving with joy, others with unmistakable disappointment.
"This is what a Dragon-type dojo in a big city should be like." Natsuhiko couldn't help but grin.
Twin Dragons City has a long history, and Twin Dragons Dojo naturally can't be compared to his own dojo.
Most importantly, the current dojo leader of Twin Dragons Dojo, Xia Ka, his standing in Twin Dragons City is not merely as a dojo leader, but also as the city mayor, and the head of Twin Dragons Pokémon Academy...
"Ah! Excuse me, please make way, excuse me!"
An urgent voice sounded not far behind Natsuhiko.
He saw a little girl holding books in her hands, somewhat flustered, running towards the direction of the Twin Dragons Dojo.
The girl's steps were unsteady, bumping into many people.
But when passersby saw the girl's appearance, instead of scolding, they smiled knowingly, seemingly accustomed to her behavior.
"Late again, Alice?"
"Slow down, Alice, don't fall."
To these people, the girl being called "Alice" wasn't unfamiliar.
During her run, she still managed to respond to them, seemingly not wanting to be treated as a child.
"I know, I'm not a kid anymore!"
Coincidentally, as she turned her head, she ran into Natsuhiko standing at the dojo entrance.
When she turned back, Natsuhiko's back was already so close, her face changed suddenly.
She shouted "watch out" but her body rushed towards Natsuhiko's side.
Apparently, her sudden change of direction was likely to cause her to fall.
As she lost her balance, an arm reached out and grabbed her arm, preventing her from an intimate encounter with the ground.
"Phew—"
Sitting on the ground, Alice sighed in relief, patting her chest as she looked up to see Natsuhiko smiling at her.
"Are you alright?" Natsuhiko asked softly.
"I'm fine, thank you!" Alice quickly stood up, bowing slightly to Natsuhiko, her mouth still saying, "Thank you."
Quite a polite little girl, though somewhat scatterbrained.
"Ah! I'm going to be late!" Alice suddenly realized.
But before she could start running again, a few books were placed in front of her.
Looking up along the stack of books, Natsuhiko was who she saw.
"Though you're in a hurry, don't get frazzled, or you can't be an excellent trainer, let alone a 'Master of Dragons'."
Handing the books back to her, Natsuhiko smiled and patted her head.
"Eh? How did you know, big brother?"
Hearing Natsuhiko's words, Alice showed an unexpected look.
Natsuhiko didn't answer, just pointed with his lips.
The cover of the book Alice was holding displayed "Basic Knowledge of Dragon-type Pokémon".
Alice suddenly understood.
"Go on." Natsuhiko patted her shoulder.
"Mm-hmm!"
Alice nodded, clutching her books as she ran towards Twin Dragons Dojo, evidently much better than before.
When she reached the entrance of the dojo.
She was met by a white-haired elder, clearly past his prime, yet with a surprisingly robust physique.
Wearing a white shirt and trousers, with the sleeves rolled up, his arms showed clearly defined muscles, gloved in black, looking extremely serious.
Seeing him, Alice's heart skipped, showing a hint of fear.
Quickly she said, "Grandpa Xia Ka."
This elder was the current dojo leader of Twin Dragons City, Xia Ka, and also the headmaster of Twin Dragons Pokémon Academy, where Alice was a student.
"Late again, Alice."
Xia Ka's expression was stern, appearing fierce, but his tone wasn't that harsh.
"Yes—I'll clean the dojo as a penance." Alice stuck out her tongue, admitting her fault decisively.
She then added, "Grandpa Xia Ka, I just met an older brother who felt much like you, he was right over..."
When Alice turned back, where had Natsuhiko's shadow gone?
