"You can wake up whenever you want..."
"Drink as much as you please..."
"Go to Hogsmeade every day..."
"Do whatever you fancy!"
The two laughed out loud, painting a rosy picture of life after graduation for Kai.
However, Kai just took it as a cold joke. If life was really that comfortable, why would they both have dark circles under their eyes?
It was obvious; they hadn't rested properly for a long time, probably because of matters related to the Order of Phoenix.
The three chatted for a while longer, and that's when Cedric finally noticed something was wrong. His and Cho's clothes were stuck together, and quite firmly so—they couldn't separate no matter how hard they tried.
"Damn it, Fred, George, what have you done."
Years of friendship at work—Cedric didn't even need evidence; he immediately called out the culprits' names.
"Just a little trick to help you enhance your relationship," Fred laughed.
George gave a thumbs up, "It's what friends are for, no need to thank us."
Cedric was almost furious, feeling the heat on his face as more eyes gathered on him, including Cho's parents.
"Hurry up." Cedric glared at the Weasley brothers, squeezing out words between clenched teeth, "Get it off."
"Sorry." Fred innocently blinked, "New product, it only sticks, no release!"
"Do you really think I'd believe that?" Cedric wasn't buying it at all, "From what I know, Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes never sell one-way semi-finished products."
"Thank you for the compliment, sir!" George chuckled, "But this isn't officially for sale yet, so it doesn't count as... ouch!"
Before he finished speaking, a big hand landed precisely on his ear.
Fred on the other side didn't manage to escape either.
"Cho is a girl; get it out immediately." Mrs. Weasley said fiercely, holding one in each hand.
"Let go, Mom... Let go... We'll give it to him."
Fred jumped up, pulling out a blue bottle and tossing it over.
Cedric caught it and poured the powder on the part of the clothes where they were stuck. Instantly, he and Cho were separated.
"Quick, apologize." Mrs. Weasley dragged Fred and George before Cho's parents.
"Sorry!"
"We're very sorry!"
"Oh, it's alright." Cho's parents graciously forgave them.
In fact, they had known Cedric for a while and were very pleased with him.
They had even planned to meet the Digories once Voldemort and the Death Eaters were no longer a threat.
"However..." Cho's father looked at Fred and said, "Could you sell me a bottle of that glue? Our window has been a bit loose lately, rattling in the wind."
"Of course, no problem!" Fred quickly retrieved the bottle of Magic Glue from his pocket.
"It's on the house, no charge."
"If you need anything else, you can come to Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes in Diagon Alley; everything's half price off."
"That's quite a discount." Cho's mother smiled.
Then they took Cho and left.
Mrs. Weasley was still scolding Fred and George.
At this time, Hermione, Harry, and Ron finally emerged from the wall.
She immediately dropped the twins, rushing to give them each a hug.
Kai noticed that when Harry appeared, several originally idle passersby suddenly became tense, their hands unconsciously reaching into their pockets.
Judging by Mr. Weasley's calm demeanor, they must be from the Ministry of Magic.
"Alright, hurry up and follow." Mrs. Weasley took the group out of the station, "It's not safe outside, we should head back quickly."
"Where's Sirius." Harry looked around, but didn't see the person he most wanted to meet.
"He's waiting outside for you," Mr. Weasley said, "Remember? The Ministry of Magic issued a warrant for Sirius among the Muggles before; with so many people in the station, it's better for him to stay outside to avoid trouble."
Hearing Mr. Weasley's explanation, Harry breathed a sigh of relief.
Fortunately, it was just because of that.
