Chapter 1144 - Chapter 817: Solutions and Rent_3

"Once students get accustomed, they'll influence the adult wizards around them, and those wizards will influence even more people.

"I believe if it's a good change, everyone will surely accept it."

"But is it really feasible to add a new course to the school?" Conna asked, puzzled. "Alchemy isn't as simple as just opening up a classroom. I've seen the setup here, and even just a tenth of it requires a huge amount of Galleons. Will the board members be willing to pay for this?"

"And the material conversion furnace you mentioned, it probably won't be easy to acquire, right?"

"You're absolutely right." Kael nodded, "That's why I'm just making a little preparation in advance. Whether Hogwarts can really add this new course will depend on Dumbledore when he returns to really make the decision, since he's the true headmaster."

"I support you." Conna suddenly said.

"What?"

"I mean, I support this idea of yours." Conna smiled slightly. "I think what you're saying makes a lot of sense, although Hogwarts is the longest-existing, oldest magic school, it's also time to make some changes."

"Then we really agree." Kael also smiled.

The two quickly finished their breakfast, and Kael stood up.

"Where are you going next..." Conna asked, "Are you going to visit other classes? I heard the Ancient Runes class here is also very popular."

"I might go take a look, but not right now." Kael said, "Right now I have to go to Beauxbatons' training hall."

"Training hall?"

"It's where students practice magic." Kael explained, "Beauxbatons has specifically designated a section and equipped it with alchemy dummies, and many students without classes go there to practice the new magic they've learned.

"Yesterday I already found out the specific location of the training hall from the House-elves. Honestly, I quite like this place... just not sure if Hogwarts has such a large classroom. If possible, it would be nice to have one."

"But what are you going there for?" Conna asked puzzled, "Do you have some magic you need to practice?"

"No, I'm going to guide those students." Kael said.

But Conna was even more confused.

"You've traveled thousands of miles from the United Kingdom to the France at Beauxbatons to guide the students in magic?"

"Not to mention how outrageous this decision is, the professors here probably won't agree to it, because you can only be considered a guest, and teaching students is the professor's duty, what you're doing isn't proper etiquette."

"I think they definitely won't oppose." Kael smiled, "If I'm not mistaken, someone has already arranged everything."

"Who?"

"Of course, Ms. Maxime, who else but her, the headmistress, would have this authority." Kael stretched his wrist, "We have to stay here for a few more days, we should at least pay some rent."

Conna nodded, somewhat understanding.

Ms.Maxime has always wanted Kael to come to Beauxbatons, so this situation is kind of a way to adapt in advance?

"Then I won't go with you." Conna chuckled, "Last night, Fleur said she would take me to see the Crystal Tower. She described it so beautifully, I want to check it out."

While speaking, Kael noticed Fleur also appearing at the side door of the auditorium.

She was still wearing that big hat, waving at them.

Conna waved back at her, responding in kind.

"It's fine, you go ahead, I'm enough on my own." Kael said.

The two walked over and split up at the auditorium entrance.

Conna and Fleur headed towards the tower, while he took the route described by the House-elves yesterday.

The training hall is also on the ground floor, but it's not here, it's through several courtyards, to the eastern edge of the school.

There are no classrooms there, it's spacious enough, and no matter how much ruckus they make, it won't affect students attending classes.

Sometimes Kael really envies the Beauxbatons students, they received a donation from Nicolas Flamel during the early days of the school.

Nobody knows the exact amount of the donation, but it's certainly substantial... after all, it's Nicolas Flamel, a legendary alchemist who lived for hundreds of years, if he gave less, it would be quite disgraceful.

And this donation allowed Beauxbatons to immediately perfect all its teaching facilities.

In contrast, the Hogwarts board members seem a bit stingy, penny-pinching, using one broomstick for decades without willing to replace it.
