Chapter 945 - Chapter 899: Battle Royale

Under the influence of transcendent dimensional powers, the city was transformed, and the Troublemaker constructed a script within his own mind, rewriting the Cosmos' story with that pen and paper.

The city came to life, literally.

Not far from the Wayne Atmospheric Laboratory, the Planet Daily Building slithered like a serpent; its golden globe atop turned into a head, sprouting a pair of amusingly small red eyes, and a mouth full of sharp fangs.

This living building bent down and took a bite off the lab roof beside it, exposing it to the environment outside.

And Batman actually cracked a joke at that moment: "Your building ate my building, Superman."

Diana had already drawn her weapon and Shield, preparing for battle, but Batman, like Deathstroke, started telling cold jokes, which surprised her.

Just as she was in a daze, the Troublemaker shouted again loudly.

"Freeze!"

It turned out Barry intended to use Divine Speed to stop the Troublemaker, but the Troublemaker remembered a Sino-American drama he'd watched, and pointed a finger at Barry.

Barry, as if struck by a Freezing Spell, immediately assumed a statue-like pose, unable to move.

"Eh, hehehe..." The Troublemaker laughed heartily, pointing at Barry, then at himself, clutching his belly and rolling around, mimicking a monkey's wrist flip, jumping around chaotically.

"Darkness of night, bright of day..."

John launched an attack from another direction, but the Black Lantern Hero clearly lacked the concept of the Fifth Dimension, yet still recited the Green Lantern's oath before acting.

The Troublemaker directly pulled out an Infinity Gauntlet from his pocket, snapped his fingers, and turned the Green Lantern Hero into a pile of black ashes. Then he quickly took out his phone, intending to upload a picture of the ash pile to social media.

"Hahaha, I'm dying of laughter. In the DC World, I only recognize one lamp, and that's the Bat Lamp! What's a traffic light!"

As he was laughing, suddenly several arrows hit his vest, and he clutched his chest, turning with a surprised face to see Green Arrow.

It turns out Oliver, seeing him kill, naturally couldn't stand by and flashed behind him, shooting the Poison Arrow he hadn't used before.

"Oh no, oh no, oh no, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die." The Troublemaker exaggeratedly clutched his chest, staggering in the cage, eyes full of despair, saying to Green Arrow: "This time... the Hunger Games... I can't win, ugh!"

After saying that, he stuck out his tongue, rolled his eyes back, and 'died'.

But Oliver immediately vanished, as monkshood doesn't make someone die standing, it was clearly an act, with acting only describable as painful to watch.

The Troublemaker sneakily opened one eye, finding his 'actor' partner nowhere to be seen, helplessly pulled the arrow from his back, and discarded it on the ground.

"Hey! Don't you know you're not being professional at all?! Your lunch box is gone for today!"

Oliver couldn't understand what the Troublemaker was speaking about, as the Little Demon started muttering about 'Older Cousin's figure,' 'Hawkeye's archery' and such nonsensical things.

But he understood his methods were ineffective against the opponent, next it would depend on Batman and the rest.

But everyone was in a tough spot now, while the Troublemaker was mumbling, his thoughts weren't idle, he 'resurrected' all the cars in Metropolis.

At that moment, the cars, after a Transformation, all turned into Robots, chanting 'For Cybertron' as they clashed with the Justice League.

Whenever a fight was needed, Diana didn't care whether the enemy was human or car; she struck the Shield with the Fire God Sword:

"For Justice!"

Then she fiercely kicked the ground, Charging with Hawk Woman, Sea King, and Star Hero, clashing with the Autobots and Decepticons rushing across the street.

After the Troublemaker's modifications, the Transformers were all composed of memory metal, able to restore even if cut into pieces, with weapons of catastrophic power.

The Justice League was immediately at a disadvantage.

"Haha, I always knew, Metropolis' traffic always wants to devour everyone whole!" The Troublemaker danced tap in the cage, thrilled to watch: "Even so, Superman still loves this place the most."

"Troublemaker! Stop this!"

Superman struggled to hold the incoming giant mouth of the Planet Daily, its foul breath making it hard for him to open his eyes, he could only shout at the Troublemaker.

And Ron at that moment was captured by an automatic oven spitting fire, helpless before the flames, could only transform shape in vain and shout: "We're not your enemies!"

The Troublemaker pulled a Snickers from his pocket, stuffing it into his mouth, chewing as he mumbled back: "I swept you like sweeping hunger, how come you fools thought this cage could trap me? Haha? I'm not listening to explanations, beg for mercy now!"

"Alright, alright, mercy."

Batman's voice came through, as if right beside his ear.

The Troublemaker, eyes closed eating, Snickers sticky in his mouth, nodded: "Yes, mercy, and every one of you must take a pouty selfie."

"Mm, mm, selfies."

Batman replied without sincerity, his voice closer yet.

The Troublemaker sensed something wrong, opened his eyes to find the world restored to normal, his previous changes all revoked.

Batman stood with arms folded, the whole Justice League standing behind him, looking at him icily.

"How's this possible? How could you..."

"Simple, Ron used psychic ability to make you subconsciously read your name backwards, causing all your powers to fail, everything went back to normal, the people you killed revived."

Batman remained expressionless, explaining his tactics to the Troublemaker, it was a plan long set, just waiting for the moment the Troublemaker closed his eyes in glee!

Having researched numerous battles between the Troublemaker and Superman, Batman discovered the Troublemaker likes to gloat with exaggerated gestures such as nostrils flaring upwards, closing his eyes and puffing his chest, this was a chance.

Low dimensional tools are always a ruse, Ron's psychic ability is the real ace.

No matter the Dimension, minds are the same, also probably the only method to defeat the Troublemaker.

Once caught, there's no escape.

Ron approached the cage, his green face serious: "If I intensify the telepathy, you'll fall into a virtual world, never to return home."

The Troublemaker leaned against the cage with some despair, sliding down with a long sigh: "But I wasn't meant to be captured by psychic control... the world isn't at Destruction yet, right? This cage isn't meant to hold me, it's a Brain Wave Amplifier... why would you do this? Just to catch me, humiliate me? Torture me?"

Superman stepped forward, squatted down: "No, Troublemaker, we're not here to punish you, we just want you to listen to the troubles of the Multiverse now, the difficulties of us all, we need your help."

"Sigh, stop, Superman, I already know, no, now we're facing... I've known for a long time..."

The Troublemaker cut Superman off, holding his forehead.
