When most people heard what Yu Shao had just said, their focus would have been on the words "seeking refuge."

Those with merit in the Dao and accomplishments on the earth, who receive the Celestial Book and enter the Celestial Court to govern the world and manage Heaven, are called Celestial Immortals. And above Celestial Immortals were, very likely, Perfected Lords! If that was the case, what was the cultivation level of a Celestial Immortal?
