In a vast hall, a young female teacher stood on a slightly raised podium, looking at the hundreds of nervous students below with an encouraging gaze.
"Okay, everyone. You don't have to worry. You've all prepared for this day since enrolling at Helios High School. I believe you're already familiar with the Awakening Ceremony.", she stated, waving her hand.
"Let's begin."
The teacher, Elena, cast a final glance at the students before pulling out a long list.
"The first to come: Aaron Smith.", she softly called out, and a trembling young man stepped out from the crowd.
Recalling the earlier instructions they had received, he walked up to the podium and placed his hand on a giant blue gem located behind Elena.
"Don't worry.", her gentle voice echoed in his ears.
"Close your eyes and concentrate your mind."
The moment he followed her instructions, Aaron's vision went dark, and he lost consciousness.
