[ -This is the power of Holy Dictator.
-The user can make anyone end their own life in the manner the user desires by fulfilling the criteria given below.
-The victim must say "Holy Dictator" before seeing the user's face.
-After seeing the user's face, an invisible link is formed between the user and the victim.
-Then the user can command the victim, from anywhere and at any time, to die by recognizing the victim's face or the victim's approximate current location.
-And thus, the victim will unconsciously end his or her own life… ]
Teer's face remained slack; his expression suggested that it barely provoked any reaction within him.
Teer (in a low, bored voice): What the hell? What kind of joke is this? Or is this some kind of metaphor for some thing dangerous? At that very moment, Sukhi shouted from downstairs.
Sukhi's voice: Lunch is ready!
He stood up, switched off the system, locked the door, and went straight to the dining table.
Kaavi and Annu had already taken their seats. The two sisters sat beside each other.
Kaavi (whispering into Annu's ear): So, what shall we play today?
Annu ( 🤔 ): Hmm… that is a very serious question. Today, you can decide.
Kaavi: Chess?!
Annu: Badminton—no chess! My brain is too delicate for that.
Kaavi: But we played the same yesterday.
Annu: Aunt Katya will come early today. Let's ask her to play with us.
Kaavi (delighted): That's a very good idea!
The entire family—except Rava and Katya—sat side by side, savoring the meal. At that very moment, the doorbell rang.
Sukhi: Let me see! It might be Katya!
Sukhi went to the door and opened it. Katya had arrived.
Katya (subtly): Oh wow! Bhabhi, you are looking even more gorgeous today! Is there something special?
{*Bhabhi means brother's wife}
Katya teased Sukhi playfully.
Sukhi (with a dim, prideful smile): Oh come on, Katya! I always look gorgeous—your brother told me so.
Katya: Yes, but today even more gorgeous.
Annu quickly ran to the doorstep after washing her hands, while Kaavi continued eating.
Annu (euphoric): Aunt Katya! I saw you on television today. You were looking great.
Katya knelt down closer to Annu and gently placed her hand over her head.
Katya: Really? I was nervous though. Kamya shouted from the dining area.
Kamya: All of you, come and have lunch together. Katya, go and take a quick shower.
Katya (shouting in response): Okay, Mom!
While everyone was having lunch, Katya returned after a couple of minutes, rubbing her wet hair with a towel. She sat beside Kaavi.
Teer (murmured): Okay, so the trio is complete.
Kaavi and Katya laughed, and seeing them laugh, Annu began laughing too.
Katya (whispering to Kaavi): So, how are your studies going?
Kaavi: They are going well, Di.
{*Di is the short form of Didi, which means sister.}
Katya: You always wear this black and pink combination.
Kaavi: I basically like this combination.
Katya: Honestly speaking, it makes you look very cute.
Annu: Hey Grandpa! My summer vacation has started, so can you take us to the beach, please?
Teer: Juhu Beach?
Annu (delighted): Yes, please!
Katya: It's a good idea.
Teer: Sukhi, when will Rava return today?
Sukhi: Dad, he might return very late at night as he has to attend a wedding ceremony.
Teer: Alright then, tell him to prepare his car. We will all go to Juhu Beach the day after tomorrow.
Annu (happily): Yeeee!
After lunch, Teer went to his room. Sukhi and Kamya began arranging the plates, while Kaavi, Katya, and Annu went outside to play badminton. Annu teamed up with Katya, while Kaavi single-handedly handled both of them.
Katya (panting): Wow, Kaavi!
You are such a great player.
Kaavi: You too!
Annu: And what about me?
Katya: You are a grandmaster!
Annu (with subtle anger): Don't lie!
They continued playing joyfully. While playing, Annu whispered to Katya.
Annu (in a stuttering voice due to playing): Aunt Katya, what was the secret?
Katya (confused): Hmm?
Annu: About the news. Grandpa said you told her.
Katya (thinking): What is she saying?
Annu: I mean, why did she kill him?
Katya (thinking): Oh, I got it!
Katya (with a firm expression): Annu, sometimes we have to show fake news to attract attention. It is not illegal when we give a warning at the beginning of the broadcast.
Annu (confused): What? You mean it was fake? But I didn't see any warning.
Katya (in a low voice): It's because we mix the warning at the bottom with the headlines in text form.
Annu: Oh, what a relief! I was wondering how it could be real.
Katya (thinking): Sorry, Annu. It was a lie—the news was true. I hope you will understand my compulsion soon.
Kaavi (shouting): Hey, you two! Why are you whispering? Just play properly, otherwise I will win effortlessly.
This trio was the most energetic, beautiful, and cheerful trio. May fate preserve them!
(Next Day….)
01 June 2026
While everyone was still asleep, Teer and Kamya woke up at 5 a.m.
Kamya began preparing breakfast and lunch for Teer, while he got ready for work. Teer wore a black, soft cotton blazer over a black shirt, paired with black pants and a black belt. He gently combed his hair. Teer loved black roses and always kept a vase of black roses at the entrance of his house.
Kamya (in a sweet voice): Your lunch is ready, dear. Don't forget to take it with you.
Teer walked toward her to take his lunch box.
Teer (jokingly): Sweetheart! Why don't we go somewhere alone?
Kamya laughed; her expression was adorably shy. She stepped closer to Teer and adjusted his blazer and tie.
Kamya: Dear, why not? But you can see that we are old now, and we have our children and grandchildren to take care of.
Teer gently placed his hand on Kamya's shoulder and spoke softly.
Teer: Kamya, we may be old, and it's true that we have children and grandchildren to care for, but living our lives together as partners was our first responsibility—even before their birth.
Kamya (embracing him): Oh come on! We can go on long tours to Jammu and Kashmir, Manali, Shimla, Goa, Rajasthan, and all over India—but first go to the office. Aren't you getting late?
Teer held both her shoulders and pulled her closer to him. Her head rested against his chest.
Teer: Don't you feel lonely when I am not at home? I miss our old days.
Kamya fell silent, her expression drifting into soothing flashbacks, comfortable and tender.
Teer left the house, walking steadily toward his office… On the way, his expression gradually transformed—from that of a cheerful and affectionate husband into that of a blank, emotionless man.
Teer (thinking): It's futile. I keep trying to rediscover my enthusiasm through people. But the way I used to feel in the earlier days has completely vanished. Every day is nothing more than a dull, monotonous routine…
