Chapter 321: The Cloud-Cloud Fruit
High in the Sky
The pink giant dragon sped through the clouds. Its massive body kicked up fierce winds, having already been flying for a full three hours.
The sea below was gradually becoming unfamiliar. Their known navigation routes had long been left behind, replaced by an expanse of deserted, uninhabited islands.
Zoro sat cross-legged at the dragon's neck, hugging his three swords. His face was growing increasingly stiff, his brow furrowed tightly enough to crush a fly.
"Strange... didn't Nami say there were a lot of sky islands around Weatheria? Why haven't we seen a single one?"
Luffy's dragon pupils blinked, his voice tinged with doubt: "Zoro... did we fly in the wrong direction?"
Zoro patted the hilts of his swords, swearing confidently: "Impossible! Absolutely impossible!!"
"My sense of direction has always been great!!!"
"But we've already flown past three islands, and they were all deserted little islands..." Luffy reminded him, shaking his dragon head.
"..."
After a few seconds of silence, Zoro's face stiffened. Finally, somewhat reluctantly, he pulled out the Den Den Mushi from his coat.
Bulu-bulu-bulu—
The Den Den Mushi had only rung for half a second before Nami's furious roar exploded like thunder: "Luffy, you idiot! Where the hell did you go?!!"
"I've been waiting at the Weatheria plaza for four whole hours! And you guys still aren't here?!!"
Zoro: "..."
Luffy: "..."
The air fell into a deathly silence.
"SAY SOMETHING!!!"
The face of the Den Den Mushi, mimicking Nami's expression, looked so angry it was practically blowing steam.
Zoro coughed dryly, biting the bullet as he spoke: "Um... Nami, Weatheria is in the East, right?"
The other end of the Den Den Mushi went quiet for three seconds.
The next moment, Nami's breakdown-inducing shriek nearly shattered their eardrums: "I TOLD YOU GUYS WEATHERIA DRIFTED TO THE WEST BLUE! WEST BLUE!! THE WEST!!!"
"WHICH WAY DID YOU GUYS FLY?!!"
Luffy & Zoro: "..."
The giant dragon's figure halted in mid-air. The expressions of the dragon's head and the green-haired swordsman were surprisingly identical: blank, dumbfounded, as if the air itself was written with the words—
We're screwed.
...
Sometime later, Enel, who had coincidentally returned to Headquarters to report on his duties, was forcibly begged by Ace to make a trip. Wearing an impatient expression, he eventually went and brought Nami back from the sky above the West Blue.
In the courtyard, the cobblestone path paved with white clouds emitted a soft glow.
Nami stood in the center with her arms crossed. Her long orange hair fluttered slightly from her anger, her eyes seemingly ready to spew fire. Her entire aura was like a volcano on the verge of erupting.
A while later, two figures descended from the sky. As soon as they found their footing, their gazes were intimidated by Nami, who was radiating anger like a witch right in front of them.
Even the usually composed Zoro subconsciously felt his legs tremble.
"Lo... long time no see~ Nami!" Luffy forced himself to act relaxed, squeezing out a trembling smile.
"BANG!!!"
Nami's iron fist instantly smashed down on the top of Luffy's head, raising a massive lump in an instant.
"Uwaaah!!!" Luffy screamed miserably, squatting down and clutching his head.
Zoro originally wanted to speak up and explain, biting the bullet as he took two steps forward: "Nami, I absolutely didn't point in the wrong direction, it's just that Luffy—"
"BANG!!!"
Before he could finish his sentence, another iron fist knocked directly onto the top of Zoro's head.
"AGHHH!!!" Zoro similarly squatted on the ground clutching his head, practically knocked to tears.
Ace and Nojiko stood to the side, exchanging glances. They didn't even dare to breathe too loudly, terrified of being caught in the crossfire next.
As for Enel? He had long since turned into a flash of lightning and slipped away, running faster than anyone else.
Seeing Nami's fist about to fall again, Luffy panicked and frantically pulled out a Devil Fruit from his coat. It was pure white, its patterns resembling floating clouds:
"NAMI!!!"
"THIS IS THE FRUIT BIG BROTHER ROY TOLD ME TO GIVE TO YOU!!!"
The iron fist abruptly stopped in mid-air. Nami's gaze was instantly drawn to that fruit.
The fruit was flawlessly white, its surface wreathed in airy cloud patterns, as if it would dissipate into the wind at any moment.
"This is...?"
Anger replaced by curiosity, Nami's eyes lit up like stars as she snatched the fruit.
"Big Brother Roy said this is a Logia-type, the Cloud-Cloud Fruit, prepared specially for you," Luffy quickly added, terrified the next punch would land.
"A Logia-type?!"
Hearing this, Nami took a bite without hesitation. The flesh of the fruit melted in her mouth, and a bizarre power instantly flowed through her entire body!
"VROOM—!!!"
In that instant, her body floated slightly into the air. The surrounding air began to swirl with her at the center.
Clouds and mist gathered from all around the courtyard, condensing into a ball at her fingertips. One moment it transformed into a storm, the next it dispersed into light smoke.
"This power..." A fanatical light ignited in Nami's eyes.
She raised her hand, and the cloud in her palm instantly transformed into a flash of white lightning before dissipating.
"The ability to manipulate clouds, combined with meteorology... Haha, from today onward—"
"I am the 'Master of Weather'!!!"
Luffy and Zoro simultaneously let out a long sigh of relief, quietly shrinking half a step back.
Rubbing the giant lump on his head, Luffy muttered quietly: "Thank goodness Big Brother Roy's fruit saved me..."
Zoro retorted coldly: "If you hadn't flown randomly, we would have arrived ages ago..."
BANG! BANG!
Both of them received two more punches to the top of their heads simultaneously.
"AGHHHH!!! IT HURTS—"
Nami put her hands on her hips and snorted coldly, looking down at the two of them like a queen: "Don't think this is over! If you dare get lost again next time—I'll strike you to death with thunderclouds!!!"
Ace finally couldn't hold back a laugh: "Hahaha, as expected... only Nami can keep these two idiots in line."
Nojiko smiled faintly, her gaze gentle: "Though... this fruit really does suit her perfectly."

Sea Circle Calendar Year 1484 · New World Waters
Over the past month, Roy had followed by Garp's side almost constantly, wandering all over the place.
During their journey, the two frequently "sparred." Iron fist against iron fist, vibrating deserted islands into pieces countless times.
Ultimately, even the usually arrogant Garp had to admit—Roy's fists were already capable of clashing head-on with his own.
Accompanying Garp on his expeditions, they had joined forces to annihilate several pirate crews, both large and small.
Rumors about Roy also swept across the entirety of Marine Headquarters in a short period of time: "That's a monster rookie capable of brawling head-to-head with Vice Admiral Garp!!!"
Because of this, Roy was exceptionally promoted to the rank of "Marine Headquarters Rear Admiral," shocking everyone around.
—Right now, on the vast ocean.
The sunlight was blazing, the sea breeze churning. A massive warship rode the wind and broke through the waves, advancing steadily.
On the deck, two sun loungers were placed side by side.
Garp lay on one of them, sprawling out casually and basking in the sun. He pinched a half-eaten donut in his hand, mumbling non-stop:
"Hey! I told you ages ago! You brat should be my adjutant!"
On the other sun lounger, Roy was leaning back, his gaze leisurely, his smile profound: "Don't you already have Big Brother Bogard for the adjutant position? I don't want to steal someone else's job~"
As soon as he spoke, the swordsman standing to the side slightly raised his head.
The man wore a sharply tailored beige suit. The brim of his fedora was pulled low, almost obscuring half his face, save for a barely perceptible arc hooking the corner of his mouth.
It was none other than Garp's personal adjutant, Bogard.
He nodded at Roy, serving as a silent acknowledgment.
However, the tranquil atmosphere did not last long before an urgent roar suddenly came from the crow's nest:
"Vice Admiral Garp—!! The Roger Pirates spotted ahead!!!"
The deck instantly exploded. Countless soldiers poked their heads out to look, their faces full of horror and tension.
"Nani?!"
Before Garp could even get up, Roy's figure beside him had already vanished.
"SWISH!"
The next moment, his figure flashed directly onto the ship's bow.
Roy took off his sunglasses, looking ahead at the giant ship currently breaking through the waves and sailing toward them against the wind—
Three towering masts pierced the sky, its giant red sails snapping loudly;
The bow was carved in the shape of two overlapping mermaids, with a menacing cannon muzzle prominently embedded in the center;
And in the middle of the ship sat a massive, polka-dot egg.
—It was none other than the ship of the Roger Pirates, the Oro Jackson!
In an instant, the breath of every Marine soldier on the deck seemed to freeze, not a single sound escaping their throats.
Roy stood at the bow, the hem of his clothes snapping in the sea breeze, his falcon-like gaze fixed upon that legendary ship.
A profound, meaningful smile slowly curled up the corners of his mouth: "Heh... the Roger of this era, huh..."
