The pillar in front of me began glowing, and then, in the next instant, I was teleported into the space within the ring of pillars.
About two thirds of the space was sandy and damp, while the remaining third was covered in water, the waves crashing against my opponent's legs as he stepped out onto the sand, narrowing his eyes at me.
Okay, this is it. Really don't wanna die, so I should make sure I win. And if that isn't possible, I'll try to take him down with me, or at least inflict enough damage to weaken him.
"How revolting. Such a weak, lowly creature, with a look in its eyes that indicates that it truly believes it can kill me," He growled disdainfully.
"Well, yeah, I'm at a major disadvantage here, you're clearly more powerful than I am. But, hey, anything can happen," I smirked tauntingly.
