Come to think of it, when Kai my family a while back, he was pretty nervous too. My grandma and aunt, who raised me after my parents died, wanted to meet him, and I was surprised by how on edge he was.
I mean, yeah, I've heard that people tend to struggle when meeting their partner's parents and family, but I didn't really understand it.
I definitely get it now, though, I'm irrationally tense and nervous right now.
