Noise and a little chaos, it was the mood in the main room of Voldemort's mansion, everyone was chatting, they were happy and Nymphadora didn't know why, she had other things to worry though, like trying to keep up with what Pansy was telling her right now.
But suddenly, the chaos ended, as another figure entered inside the place and walked towards the throne, he kneeled in front of the throne before he clarified his voice, it was an older man, in his thirties with dark messy short hair, he was tall and thin, but even if he had a calm expression there was something, she couldn't explain what it was, but she knew that there was something off with this man.
- Who is him? – Aurora asked Pansy.
- He's our leader… Barty Crouch junior, the only man that had escaped from Azkaban! – Whispered Pansy with a grin on her face.
Meanwhile Barty clarified his voice so he could get everyone's attention.
- Good night everyone… I'll be blunt, it makes me sad to say that my journey in search for the rest of our lord's horrocruxes failed, I couldn't find anything – Everyone's spirits went low when they heard that.
All the cheers and the happiness disappeared, on the other hand, Nymphadora had many questions about this situation.
- Hey, what's an horrocrux? – Asked the fake death eater.
- Apparently a special object in which a person can store a part of one's soul, our lord had six apparently – Nymphadora gulped.
Barty Crouch looked around he felt bad because he knew that he had disappointed everyone.
- Don't worry fellas… I'm actually looking for alternatives, ancient rituals from ancient civilizations, and I even have an alternate plan – The whole room was interested – Do you remember the story about the deathly hallows? – Everyone nodded – Right now I'm working trying to figure out where to find the resurrection stone… I know that it is said that it doesn't make people come back from the dead entirely it just makes them return in their spiritual form and I think that will be enough… If I use the stone to bring back the spiritual form of our lord then I can ask him directly where I can find his horrocruxes and how to use them! – Barty smiled.
All the people in the room were surprised to hear that but eventually, everyone cheered, the fact that they had the possibility of seeing their master again was something that made them try all options.
- You may wonder, how can we get that stone? – Everyone nodded at his question – The plan is quite simple actually, not easy though… We will have to infiltrate inside the ministry – Gasps could be heard across the room as he said that – I know I know, sounds like a suicidal mission, but I have heard some interesting things about the department of mysteries, even stuff about time travel, we could even get back in time and kill Harry Potter – Those words made Nymphadora a little angry.
Pansy saw the way she was acting and got worried.
- What's wrong with you? Why are you acting like that? – Pansy tried to ease her anger.
Nymphadora knew that she had fucked up things with what she had just done, her mind was working on full speed trying to figure out a way to not being seen as an intruder.
- It's just that… I hate that name, it gets me angry – Nymphadora said in a fake angry tone, she felt guilty that she had just said that.

On the other side, Nymphadora had thousands of questions right now.
- Hey, what's with the weekly ritual? – Nymphadora had the feeling that she shouldn't ask, but her curiosity was strong, she wanted to know more about it.

As the birds announced the dawn, little by little the death eaters separated and went to their own way, that included Nymphadora and Pansy, the metamorphmagus knew that she had to sleep, but she has an excess of adrenaline right now that she couldn't wait to tell everyone about what she had just heard and she did that.
The night before, she sent a patronus to all the people involved in the operation, so she knew that most of them were sleeping at the moment, but she didn't care she quickly went to the ministry now in her usual form, not her clothes though, but thanks to her wand she had no problems to enter inside the ministry even if there was no one at the moment.
She got a big cup of black coffee, extra strong while she waited for the rest of her fellow aurors and the chief, and as she thought before, the chief was the first one to come to the office, only twenty minutes after Nymphadora.
- Come on in Nymphadora… We need to talk – Said the chief before giving permission to the younger auror to enter inside her office.
- Uh chief… I didn't know you were that blunt, but first threat me dinner or something else – Said Nymphadora before laughing.
- How many litters of coffee have you drink? – Asked the older witch seeing Nymphadora's state.

Before she took her seat, Amelia made some moves with her wand and that made the younger witch to calm herself, her excited attitude quickly vanished and she was now in a normal state and feeling a little sleepy.
- Okay Nymphadora before I get mad and sent you back to your house to sleep I want you to tell me what you got – Amelia looked at the metamorphmagus worried.
- Oh right… The death eaters thing… They're planning to infiltrate into the ministry, they're searching for the resurrection stone, and they think that we're hiding it in the department of mysteries – Amelia was surprised, of all the things that Nymphadora could have heard, this was the least expected.
- Okay, go on… - The older redhead encouraged her.
- There's this character… Barty Crouch junior – That surprised Amelia.
- Wait, are sure you're that's his name? – Amelia couldn't believe it.

- I think I may have heard about them during my school years, but I have no clue at the moment, it must related to forbidden magic if we don't know about it – Amelia scratched her chin – Is that all? – Asked the chief and Nymphadora nodded.
- Yes chief, there's going to be another meeting on Sunday, it seems like it's their weekly ritual, I don't know what it's all about so don't ask me please – Begged the younger witch, too tired to say anything else.
Amelia sighed.
- Thank you for your work… Now get back to your house and rest, I don't want to see you till tomorrow, do you understand!? – The younger witch nodded – Good, you're dismissed auror Tonks – Said the chief before went back to her work.
Once Nymphadora came back to Sirius's house, she felt a little lost, she ended up sleeping in Harry's room as if her instincts were telling her to go there and luckily Harry will not come back to the house till the next week.
Sunday finally came, Nymphadora told the whole group the location of the death eater's hideout, sadly, there was nothing they could do, the hideout was extremely protected only the selected members could enter inside the manor.
On Sunday night, dressed in the same clothes as the other night, Nymphadora in her fake character was waiting for Pansy, she was standing near the manor due to the fact that she wasn't a member yet, she couldn't enter when she wanted to.

- Care to explain more please? – Aurora used her puppy eyes that she knew always work, so she could get more information.

- Good night everyone, before we start today's celebrations and the welcoming for our new members, I'd like to talk to you about a new operation on which we're working on – Barty looked at Dolohov who clarified his voice.
- We have made an interesting discovering regarding our master's resurrection, it seems like we need a very special material… The enemy's blood – All of them were angry they knew who he was referring to – Yes, as you guessed, we need Harry Potter's blood – The occupants of the room couldn't believe what they were hearing, another reason to hurt Harry Potter.
- As you know, we have this pendant – Barty Crouch took a pendant from his neck and showed it to everyone – And we have tried resurrecting him using all the materials asked apparently, the father's bone, the servant's blood, but it seems like we also need the enemy's blood – Barty coughed a little – I don't know if it will finally work, but we have nothing to lose and everything to win – Barty smiled – So from today onwards, it's the start of the operation "The kidnapping of Harry Potter" – Everyone in the room cheered.
They all seemed hopeful, the last reunion was a little depressive for them as they couldn't find more horrocruxes, and now they had the possibility to resurrect their master, they didn't care at the moment that they needed to kidnap Harry Potter, an almost suicidal mission.
- Okay everyone, let's celebrate tonight… For the future – Barty raised a wine cup and everyone cheered with him.
Nymphadora couldn't believe what she had just heard, they were planning to hurt Harry, it took a lot for her to not to murder all of them after she heard that.
- Let's welcome the new members – Said Dolohov before bringing a bunch of prisoners one of them was the one Nymphadora "tortured", Blaise Zabini.
- Newbies… Get on your positions, you're going to torture the one you choose, and you will kill him when we order you… That's the only way you can get the dark mark – The bearded man smiled before he showed a tattooed snake on his arm.
- Well said Fenrir… Come on, let's torture this traitors! Do you have anything else to say? – Barty Crouch mocked the future victims.

Blood, this was the first time on her whole career as an auror that Nymphadora Tonks had seen blood on a mission, until now, all her missions consisted in regular stuff like catching regular burglars stealing from small stores, teenagers making illegal potions in their basements.
But this was the first time she had ever encountered in a situation like this, she was running around the manor trying to escape from many of the death eaters that were chasing her without mercy.
She knew she had screwed things up, she didn't concentrate enough, if she had been smarter enough she might had a backup plan in case everything went wrong, but she didn't she was too confident in her plan, and those decisions are what has led her to this situation.
She avoided another attack and she even responded back attacking some them, she needed to get out the manor to use apparition, but she was surrounded by all the main death eaters, and suddenly something happened, she received an attack on her leg as she tried to ran away, she fell on the ground and now was surrounded by the main death eaters.
- Take those traitors away, we need to figure out who is this woman and why she's here – Said Barty crouch in a spiteful way.
His orders were obeyed without complain, they now had Nymphadora handcuffed and chained and she was forced to kneel in front of Voldemort's throne, everyone was looking at her now, she was scared right now, she remembered the things they did to that poor man the last week and she now feared that will get the same treatment.
- Who the hell are you!? – Asked Barty Crouch not so amused.
The leader was impatient and as he saw that Nymphadora wasn't cooperating, he looked at Dolohov and nodded at him.
- Crucio! – Said Dolohov before a light came out of his wand, Nymphadora's painful screams could be heard around the manor.
This was the first time in her whole life that she had experienced something like this, it was nearly death experience pain, or at least she felt it like that, it didn't take too much time for her tears to start to fall, all the death eaters were laughing at her.
Still, she maintained her concentration, she was still in her Aurora form, there was a thing that a few people know about metamorphmagus, they need to stay in character, they need to focus, if they lose the concentration they might end up revealing their real identity.
- I'm going to ask you again, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!? – Barty Crouch pulled her hair to get her close to him.
Nymphadora couldn't stop crying due to the pain, but still she didn't say anything about her real identity, she knew that they were going to use that spell again on her, but suddenly something unexpected happened.
