But Hermione always thought that there was something more, she didn't know how to explain it, there was a time when some girls were bullying her in the girl's bathroom, they were mocking her due to her teeth, but Hermione couldn't do anything against them, it was three against one and she didn't want to end up like many of the persons who dared to fight against those girls.

And then she understood, it seems like Harry was part of a prophecy alongside another kid named Neville, but the dark lord targeted the Potters, he instantly killed Harry's father and just injured his mother, it seems like he wanted to let the woman live so she could live with the regret of seeing her loved ones dead, Voldemort told her that this attack was her fault for being a mud-blood, but that plan backfired at the dark lord, when he conjured the killer course it fired back at him and the theories about what happened are getting weirder and weirder, what really happened remains as a mystery even to this day.
But the most accepted theory is that Harry is destined to become the most powerful wizard of all time, even more, powerful than Merlin as he defeated the enemy that none had defeated before, the death.
Hermione decided to get to know Harry more and luckily, she was the first person that he searched for on the Hogwarts express, they were quickly accompanied by Harry's friends, Neville and Ron who quickly ended up becoming her friends too.
And that was the start for Hermione and her new life, the seven years she spent at Hogwarts were the best ones of her life, she lived amazing adventures there, she loved, she fought, and most of all, she learned lots of things and enjoyed her time there, and it was all thanks to Harry.
Harry and Hermione were like some kind of younger versions of Harry's parents, everyone expected Hermione to surpass the redhead, but Hermione didn't want that, she wanted to learn as much as she could from the older redhead, she was her idol.
