Chapter 2467 - Ch: 15-16

Chapter 15

Hogwarts)

Harry made his way towards the seventh floor ready to enjoy the room known as the Room of Requirement. Getting Susan to look into Sirius's trial was a master stroke and the trial that promised was going to be very interesting given what he knew already. Arriving at the corridor in question, he saw that a door was already there waiting for him which meant Susan had arrived and taking care of arranging the room herself.

Harry opened the door and walked in to a large circular room with an earthy feel to it. Looking around he noticed a lot of plants but soon his eyes were upon Susan Bones. The lovely redhead was dressed in her Hogwarts uniform without the bulky robes sitting on a large black armchair. "Hello Harry. Welcome to the Hufflepuff common room." Susan said with a blush on her face.

Harry walked over making sure to keep his eyes on Susan the whole time, "It looks lovely but there's one problem. I don't have anywhere to sit." Harry said politely. Susan's armchair was the only one in the entire room and Harry had a feeling that was intentional.

Susan blushed before getting off of the chair, "You do now." Susan said bashfully the blush on her face only growing.

So I do, but what about you?" Harry teased as he stood in front of the chair. It was obvious what she wanted him to do but he wanted her to say it. Susan was absolutely gorgeous, and that beauty combined with her shy nature was something else.

Susan's face went even redder proving she couldn't say it, "Just sit down Harry." Susan said quickly.

Harry decided that he had enough fun at her expense and sat down before spreading his legs slightly. As he predicted, Susan quickly sat on his lap and put her legs between his, "Well that solves that problem." Harry smiled his hands by his side for the moment. For a girl who was as shy as Susan this was a very aggressive attempt, not that he minded at all.

"Yeah." Susan blushed as she tried to keep her composure. She'd been waiting for a chance to spend time with him for a while and now that it was here she was going to try and take full advantage. This was by far the most aggressive she'd ever been but given her known competition, she felt she had to be this way.

Harry wasn't surprised at all that Susan was silent since she was shy, so Harry decided to break the ice, "So. How do you like class so far." Harry asked innocently.

"Their okay. Snape is an ass, and Binns is boring but otherwise they're okay." Susan said calmly/

"Snape is…. unique." Harry replied diplomatically. Snape didn't teach as much as he said to his students, 'This is what you do, do it'. To be fair McGonagall and Flitwick were also that way, but unlike with those subjects, there were far more working parts in potions when compared to Transfiguration or Charms made that approach harder to manage. The fact that McGonagall and Flitwick weren't nearly as intimidating or vicious as Snape didn't help matters.

"You're only saying that because you're in Slytherin. I bet if you were in Gryffindor it would be different." Susan said with a pout. Everyone knew how Snape favored Slytherin's over everybody.

"Yes and no." Harry replied calmly.

"Explain." Susan frowned focused on the conversation instead of Harry.

"If Snape did what he did with Transfiguration or Charms he would be fine because those classes are much less complex than potions. Conversely if he kept the same style in Potions but had the demeanor of Professor Flitwick or Sprout, he would also be fine. Snape's demeanor and the way he's hyper critical of nearly everyone outside of Slytherin is problematic especially if somebody has minimal or no confidence. I'd be fine because I don't lack confidence and most importantly I don't let people just walk over me and do whatever they want." Harry replied.

Susan cracked a smile, "Malfoy learned that the hard way." Susan said with a grin. A lot of people thought highly of the Malfoy's because of their connection to Fudge, and while she wasn't one of them, her Aunt had constantly complained about the Malfoy's way of doing things. The incident between Draco and Harry on the train highlighted that Harry didn't care about any of that and made sure Draco understood as much.

"Malfoy is a perfect example of my way of doing things. Generally speaking, I give people the same energy that they gave me." Harry replied.

Susan could appreciate that and used that a to make her move, "In that case. What if I did this." Susan said before getting up from the armchair. Taking a deep breath, Susan focused her mind to widen the armchair before sitting back down but instead of sitting on his lap with her back to his chest, she was straddling his lap and looking right at him. Thanks to the height difference they were basically face to face and her breasts were pushing right into his chest while her arms were on the side holding her up.

"Then I'll do this" Harry smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist and leaned in to kiss her on the lips. Harry held the kiss for a bit while Susan took a chance to wrap her arms around his neck before she started kissing back. The pair held the small kiss for around 30 seconds before Susan pulled away with a massive blush on her face.

"If it wasn't already obvious Harry I like you as much as Daphne and the Carrows do. I know that your girlfriend back home is number 1, but if it means being with you, I don't care. In fact, I'd be perfectly okay being a mistress to this girlfriend of yours if that's what you wanted." Susan said firmly.

Harry wasn't surprised by the confession, but he was curious why she'd be okay with being a mistress, "Why would you be okay with being a mistress." Harry asked curiously.

"The only people left in House Bones are me and my Auntie and if I want to keep the Bones legacy alive, I can't be the Lady of the House. My Auntie won't have children at this point, so the responsibility comes to me." Susan explained.

Harry was pleased by that, "Well I'll definitely put you into consideration but I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to get off of me." Harry said with a bit of annoyance.

"I see." Susan frowned but before she could get off Harry cupped her face to reassure her.

"Susan it's nothing bad. It's just after a confession like that I'm horribly tempted to tear this uniform off and make you scream my name until you're unconscious. The problem is we have class soon and I wouldn't want you to miss that." Harry chuckled. Susan had an incredible body underneath the robes and convincing her to turn this armchair into a bed wouldn't be a difficult task.

"I see." Susan said with a blush as she got off of him well aware that they were in very dangerous territory.

"Make no mistake. If we should meet during a time where there's… less to do. I might not hold back as much." Harry said with a savage smile.

Susan blushed heavily at the promise of more, "Okay." Susan beamed. The good news was that she would get her man sooner or later, but the bad news is that she'd have to find a time to get away from everyone to do it.

"How about one more kiss for the road." Harry suggested as he got up also.

Susan beamed, "Okay" and quickly wrapped her arms around him once more and enjoyed a final kiss. This one lasted a bit longer and for Susan Bones, it was the start of something amazing. She knew that Harry was interested in her, and that she'd have some fierce competition, but that didn't matter. She found her guy and she wasn't going to let him get away like her Aunt did with Sirius Black.

(Scene Skip)

There were very few things about Hogwarts that Harry truly hated at this point and DADA class with Professor Quirrell was one of them. Whether it was the smell of garlic, or his absolutely annoying stutter Harry always had a headache while inside the class and it appeared that today would be no different, "Bloody hell." Harry cursed as he clutched his head just as he arrived at the classroom.

"Harry are you okay." Daphne said quickly noticing that something was wrong.

"No. Something is very wrong." Harry frowned. Typically he only had a headache when he was in class but the fact he had it while walking in was disturbing.

"Stay out here." Daphne said quickly and Harry did just that as everyone else walked in, a few clearly worried for him. Moments later Daphne walked out.

"We're going to the Hospital Wing Harry and that's that. Don't worry because the Carrows will take your notes for you during class." Daphne said firmly.

A part of Harry wanted to say no but Daphne was very insistent, and she wouldn't let this go, "Got it." Harry replied and they made their way over to the Hospital wing. The ironic thing was that as he got further and further away from Quirrell's class Harry felt better. Still this would hopefully explain why he hated that class so much because it annoyed him more than he cared to admit. When they finally arrived, Madam Pomfrey approached.

"Is everything alright you two." Pomfrey said softly.

"For some reason, I got a massive headache as I approached Professor Quirrell's class" Harry frowned.

"Where is the headache focused if you don't mind my asking." Pomfrey asked curiously.

Harry thought about and came to a very uncomfortable realization, "My scar." Harry answered.

Daphne didn't like that at all and from the look on her face neither did Madam Pomfrey, "Is this the first time you felt it." Pomfrey frowned.

"Occasionally I get minor headaches, but I thought it was because of Quirrell's stutter. This time it was massive, and we hadn't even gotten in yet." Harry admitted.

"And you didn't tell us, WHY!" Daphne exclaimed. He was around her and the others constantly and yet he told nobody about these headaches.

"Because I'm used to dealing with things on my own." Harry replied bluntly. He attempted to get help from adults quite a few times with the Dursley's, but their carefully constructed way of doing things prevented anybody from speaking against him.

His friends at Stonewall knew about his treatment at the hands of his relatives, but nobody could really do anything because the idea of him being in the foster system at his age was not a pleasant one. As a result he had to deal with the bullshit in his life alone.

"I see." Daphne slumped because that was a miserable way of doing things.

Pomfrey didn't like that either but focused on the task at hand, "Well I'll give it a look, I doubt there's much I can learn but I will try." Pomfrey said with a bit of regret.

"What do you mean?" Harry wondered and Daphne was equally curious.

"To this day nobody knows how you were able to defeat the Dark Lord and why you survived the killing curse as a baby. Perhaps if we look at the scar we'll find out." Pomfrey said before scanning his forehead. As she did, she looked visibly uncomfortable by something.

"Something wrong." Harry frowned and Daphne was equally nervous.

"Yes. Tell me Mr. Potter did your… relatives ever take you to a doctor as a child." Pomfrey wondered. Given what she'd heard calling them family was not something she was willing to do

"No. I've seen a school nurse for scrapes and bruises but never a doctor." Harry said nonchalantly to the shock of Daphne and Madam Pomfrey.

"That's… that's insane." Daphne exclaimed.

"I don't know what to tell you." Harry shrugged. He was used to his situation at this point.

Pomfrey was not pleased by the news, but this was an opportunity, "In that case I believe it's time to take you to St. Mungos. I'll have to call and arrange an appointment, but it must be done as soon as possible."

Harry had an odd feeling with the way she responded, "That's fine. Hey Daphne, can you go back and tell everyone what happened? I think Madam Pomfrey can take it from here." Harry asked.

"Alright." Daphne replied before coming over and kissing him on the lips before leaving.

Harry cracked a grin at the impromptu kiss, but he was more focused on Pomfrey's actions, "So. Do I really need to go to St. Mungos or is there something else you didn't want to tell Daphne." Harry asked the matron.

"You certainly do need to go to St. Mungos Mr. Potter. That scar is radiating so much dark magic that the wards for the school should've alerted us to it the moment you arrived." Pomfrey revealed, and this time it was Harry's turn to be shocked.

"The school has wards against Dark magic." Harry said in disbelief.

"Yes but that's enough on the subject. St. Mungos are the only ones who can help you with that scar and we need to go there ASAP. Now relax while I go call somebody."

"Okay." Harry replied and he relaxed for a bit. That scar always bothered him and if they could get it fixed he was perfectly okay.

(Scene Skip)

Harry walked through the Floo as Madam Pomfrey instructed and found himself in a large room with only a woman with long black hair and aristocratic features waiting for him in a blue lab coat with a white dress shirt and black pants with some flats. "Hello there Mr. Potter, my name is Andromeda Tonks and I'll be in charge of your treatment."

Harry widened his eyes at recognition of the name, "You're Tonks's mum." Harry replied.

"Yes but enough about my daughter. Please come with me." Andromeda said with a smile.

She led Harry through the hospital and into one of the specialized wards where she brought him to the first room available. Harry sat down on the elevated seat and waited for Andromeda to speak.

"According to Poppy you've never been to a doctor before, is that right."

"Correct. I've been to the nurse for scrapes and bruises but no doctor" Harry replied.

Andromeda looked visibly uncomfortable at that but stayed calm, "Alright. I'll do a full scan on your body first and afterwards we'll look at the scar." Andromeda said calmly. She really didn't like this, but first she had to do her job.

"Fine." Harry replied. He felt her magic wash over him and he concentrated on the wall. Had he looked at his doctor he would've seen that her expression was getting colder and colder.

"I understand you lived with your Muggle relatives for most of your life, correct?" Andromeda said coldly.

"Yes." Harry replied sensing her rage.

"And they haven't taken you to a doctor before whether it be magical or muggle."

Harry's eyes widened, "Why did you mention magical doctor Mrs. Tonks."

"Because magic has taken care of at least 30 very bad injuries on your body if my scan is correct." Andromeda asked angrily.

"What!!" Harry said in shock.

"You heard me correct Mr. Potter. In fact let me show you." Andromeda said before producing a parchment and waving her wand. Harry watched as the parchment expanded and ended up being close to 3 and a half feet long. Andromeda handed Harry the parchment and he saw the various injuries and he couldn't believe it. Broken bones. Fractures all over his body. Dislocations in a few cases.

"How is this possible." Harry replied in shock. The fact that the Dursley's hurt him pretty bad wasn't a surprise but the fact that he was healed 30 times by magic was unreal.

"I don't know but what I do know is this. The fact that somebody knew about these injuries, and did nothing about them is nothing short of disgraceful. Any doctor worth their salt would've reported you to somebody YEARS AGO for this." Andromeda fumed.

Harry frowned, "Can you tell who fixed me up."

"No. It's been far too long since the last injury, but I do know who's likely responsible for preventing these injuries from getting public." Andromeda replied.

Harry scowled, "My magical guardian Albus Dumbledore."

"Correct. With your permission I can send this information to Madam Bones and open up an inquiry. This level of abuse is inexcusable and even if it doesn't go anywhere legally, if this goes public Albus will have some problems in the court of public opinion."

"Alright but can you wait a bit. I want her to focus on this Sirius Black mess first." Harry replied.

Andromeda smiled, "That sounds like a lovely idea."

"Good but now we have the scar to deal with." Harry smiled.

"You're correct." Andromeda smiled and she focused on his forehead and scanned it. As she did her eyes widened and if looks could kill Harry would be dead right now.

"I take it you know what it is." Harry frowned

"I do and Mr. Potter and frankly I'm amazed you're alive."

"Why is that." Harry wondered, actually nervous for once.

"Your scar is a Horcrux, a piece of dark magic so foul that even most dark families do not approve of its usage."

"Why's that." Harry frowned.

"Typically, a wizard using a Horcrux split's his soul and places it into an inanimate object. Two live souls interacting like yours does is unthinkable and should've resulted in one or potentially both of you dying because of the pressure."

"Is there anything I can do about it." Harry frowned. This sounded like a major problem.

"St. Mungos cannot treat a Horcrux at all. The only people who might be able to help are the goblins of Gringotts, but I'd have to reach out to them."

"Then do so." Harry replied firmly. Ragnok liked him so this should be easy.

"With pleasure." Andromeda replied as she left to make the call leaving Harry to wonder what else could go wrong today.

(Scene Skip)

Harry had waited patiently for about 30 minutes until a knock on the door broke him from the silence. "Come in." Harry said calmly.

The door opened and he was pleasantly surprised when King Ragnok himself walked in, though he was much smaller than before standing a titanic 6 foot 7, "Forgive me Lord Potter. I was so focused on your will that I completely missed this." Ragnok said bashfully.

"It's not your fault King Ragnok. You have a lot on your mind." Harry said dismissively.

Andromeda walked in behind them "So King Ragnok, can you take care of the Horcrux in his scar." Andromeda asked having gotten over the shock of his appearance on the way here.

"I can and I will. Horcrux are so terrible that I cannot allow one to exist and Gringotts will get rid of it free of cost." Ragnok said firmly. Harry's family being a friend of Goblin nation certainly helped.

"Sounds good." Harry smiled and Andromeda was pleased also.

"However I must warn you Mr. Potter this is going to be a long process. You won't be returning to Hogwarts for the rest of the day and possibly longer."

"In that case can you give me a moment." Harry asked politely.

'Of course." Ragnok smiled.

Harry concentrated for quite some time because what he wanted to do would require some concentration, "DOBBY" Harry shouted out and as he wished, Dobby appeared.

"Great Harry Potter sir summons Dobby." The elf said calmly.

"Yes. Please tell Lucretia at her earliest convenience that I'll be unavailable for the rest of the day and to inform Daphne and the others of the same thing. When she asks why, tell her that my visit to St. Mungos revealed something called a Horcrux, and I'm going to get it fixed by the goblins." Harry informed him. He could lie and say things were complicated, but Lucretia had done far too much for him not to tell her the truth.

"Yes sir." Dobby said calmly before leaving.

Andromeda Tonks raised her eyebrow, "Harry that house elf should be exclusive to my niece Lucretia Malfoy and her family. Yet here you are summoning it. Care to explain that." Andromeda frowned.

"Lucretia and I get along and Dobby seems to like me." Harry replied calmly.

Alright." Andromeda said accepting that for what it's worth.

"If that's all it's time to go. This is going to be a for you Mr. Potter." Ragnok smiled.

(Slytherin Dorm)

Normally Daphne would be pleased with the end of class but today was not a normal day due to Harry's absence. The few things that Pomfrey said were troubling enough but the fact he wasn't back yet bothered her far more than she cared to admit. Saying the password Daphne walked into the common room alongside the usual group just to be met by Gemma Farley, "Daphne. Flora. Hestia. Draco. After putting away your things please come see the mistress immediately.""

"Fine. Crabbe. Goyle. Let's get this over with."

"She has ONLY requested you four. Mr. Crabbe and Mr. Goyle are not to be a part of this meeting." Gemma said firmly.

"I see." Draco replied and he didn't like that at all.

"Understood" Daphne acknowledged with a troubled expression of their own. Off to the side the Carrows were silent but the expression on their faces was not a positive one.

The three girls walked over to the girl's dorm and put away their things in silence before making their way back and over to the room. Rather amusingly Draco wasn't far behind.

"So Draco. On a scale from 1-10 how screwed are we." Daphne deadpanned.

"10 guaranteed. If she only wants to talk to us, something bad went down."

"I agree." Flora said and Hestia didn't even give a quip.

"Then let's do this." Daphne replied before they walked over to the Head Girl Suite.

After giving the password, they walked in, and it wasn't long before the group of four knew this was bad because of who was gathered. Sitting on the sectional as regal as ever was Lucretia Malfoy and the expression on her face was not a pleased one. Gemma and Arianna were by her side, and they were as stern as Draco had ever seen them. Alongside her were Marcus Flint and the other high level Slytherin's in the dorm. Basically a who's who of Slytherin was here.

"Bloody hell this is bad." Draco frowned.

Lucretia ignored her brother and got down to business, "Before we begin I want one thing clear to all of you. What I'm about to say doesn't leave this room. Tell ABSOLUTELY NOBODY." Lucretia said shouting the last few words to make it clear. Everyone's silence was good enough and now everyone realized this was really problematic.

"Earlier today, Harry Potter was brought to the hospital wing by Daphne after getting an odd headache in Quirrell's class."

"That's not a surprise. Quirrell might be the most infuriating teacher we have and that's saying something." Draco scoffed.

"This isn't a joke Draco because that's just the beginning. Pomfrey ultimately sent Potter to St. Mungos because he never went to a hospital in his life." Lucretia replied

"Did you just say never. Like not once." Flint said in shock.

"That's right and that includes the night that he supposedly vanquished the dark lord."

"Did you just say supposedly." A 6th year girl with blonde hair green eyes and an oval face said nervously.

'That's right Isabella. Dobby appeared in my room 10 minutes ago and said that Harry summoned him to St. Mungos."

"How can he summon him. He's a Malfoy elf." Draco frowned.

"That's a minor annoyance Draco. What should concern you is that according to Harry they discovered that his scar was a Horcrux." Lucretia revealed.

Everyone was stunned including Arianna and Gemma who didn't know about this until now, "That's impossible. There's no way that Potter's scar is a Horcrux." An older girl with fair skin dark grey and long dark black hair said in shock."

"I wish I was Natalie but it's true. The person who examined him was my dear Aunt Andy who is the one who no doubt told him about it." Lucretia replied to Natalie Rookwood..

"Bloody hell." Natalie frowned.

"Yes and that's what's most concerning. Everyone knows that the Dark Lord intended to kill the Potter's that night, but the fact that he accidentally created a Horcrux in the process is a major problem." Lucretia revealed.

"Mistress… you said accidentally did you not." Arianna said nervously.

"Yes. Something caused the killing curse intended for Potter to backfire, most likely a ritual or something that they set up ahead of time, and when the Dark Lord was hit, his soul shattered and part of it attached itself to Harry accidentally."

"Then how is he alive." Arianna frowned.

"That's a good question, but most important is what it means. It means that the Dark Lord or at least a part of him is alive and given recent events I think I know where that part of him is."

"Inside Professor Quirrell." Flora said quickly.

"That's right. He was the Muggle studies professor last year and I don't recall that stutter or his turban. Then there's the other notable change to this year to his classroom."

"The Garlic." Hestia spoke up.

"Correct. The Garlic is to hide the smell of the Dark Lord's possession from everyone since dark magic has a very distinct smell that all of us know."

"So what do we do." Draco questioned.

"We do nothing. If the Dark Lord is possessing Quirrell, he's up to something and it's best we stay out of his way since nobody knows exactly what"

"Surely we should tell Professor Snape." Flint complained.

"There's no point since Dumbledore knows and is merely waiting for the dear Professor to act." Lucretia replied.

"How do you know that sis." Draco frowned not liking this at all.

Lucretia shook her head because the answer was obvious, "Dumbledore told a bunch of teenage wizards to avoid the 3rd floor corridor or risk certain death. He's been teaching students since long before our parents went to Hogwarts so he should know what a foolish idea that is."

Everyone's eyes widened, "In other words you think whatever the Dark Lord is after is there." Daphne concluded.

"I don't think so. I know so. He wants to prevent people from going there so they're not in the Dark Lord's way. He's likely prepared traps to deal with him when he arrives but he doesn't want students getting caught in the crossfire." Lucretia said firmly.

"So what's the next move Mistress." Gemma wondered.

"We wait and pay attention. We act like actual Slytherins and be cunning." Lucretia said firmly.

"Right" Marcus shouted and everyone else agreed. The last thing any of them wanted to do was mess up things for the Dark Lord because if he did come back, they'd pay the price later.

"That's all for now and everyone is dismissed." Lucretia said and everyone went their separate ways. Things were definitely changing in Slytherin and whether it was for the better or not remained to be seen. The most interesting question was what would happen with Harry once the Horcrux was gone. It was a question for another day because even discussing that was exhausting and she needed a nap.

(Scene Skip)

The tension at the Slytherin table could be cut with a knife as dinner arrived that night. Word of what happened to Harry spread like wildfire, but nobody knew the full story and unfortunately for the Slytherin's others wanted answers, "Hey Daphne where's Harry." Hannah asked curiously as she faced their table.

"St. Mungos." Daphne answered calmly, not bothering to hide this from Hannah.

"What!!" Susan gasped and Hannah was equally concerned.

"What happened to send him there." Hannah wondered.

"He had a headache when he walked into Professor Quirrell's class, and he went to the hospital wing afterwards. When he was there, Pomfrey found out he hadn't been to a doctor his whole life and sent him to St. Mungos to get examined." Daphne explained. There were a bunch of things left out but telling them more wasn't a good idea.

"That's insane." Susan said in disbelief while Hannah was visibly annoyed.

"Just another thing those assholes can be blamed for." Hannah said softly but not soft enough.

"Which assholes." Flora asked curiously.

Hannah swore under her breath, "Harry's Muggle guardians." Hannah spoke up.

"You know them obviously. Being the best friend of his girlfriend." Hestia probed.

"I know of them and what I do know does not paint a pretty picture." Hannah revealed.

"Explain." Flora said with a frown.

"The short version is that to them Harry wasn't family, he was like a house elf." Hannah said well aware that everyone around them would get exactly what he meant.

The fury on the faces of most of the Slytherin's and even a few Hufflepuff's within earshot was hard to miss and that included Malfoy who looked disgusted, "Are you saying that Potter."

"Did almost all of the chores for the house and wore oversized clothes that I believe were just hand me downs from his cousin. They even told neighbors lies about him to make sure people didn't look into things too much." Hannah revealed. This was of course told to her by Lacey but that didn't matter.

"And yet you and Harry's supposed girlfriend allowed that to happen." Flora scowled.

"Neither of us had a choice Carrow. We couldn't show interest in him without revealing ourselves which would lead to the very real possibility that the Dursley's would start spreading the same things about us and that would be an absolute pain." Hannah scowled.

Everyone seemed to acknowledge that point. The rumor mill was a powerful thing and depending on the source it could be incredibly damaging, "Which means you two were handcuffed." Flora frowned.

"Yes. It's a minor miracle that they kicked him out of the house since it allowed us to finally act and help him." Hannah explained.

"Well thank goodness for that." Flora smiled.

"Still, it's impressive that he has the personality he does given all that he went through." Hestia mused and everyone around could only nod in agreement. Harry was a powerful person to deal with the nonsense he did.

"Still, I wonder what's taking him so long. If it was a simple checkup he should be back by now." Susan frowned.

"If he hasn't been to a doctor his entire life there's so many different things to check that it could take a while. Give it some time and we'll see what happens." Blaise said as the voice of reason. If he'd been paying more attention he'd notice the look on Flora and Hestia's faces and realized it wasn't that simple but thank goodness for small favors.

"Alright." Susan agreed and everyone focused back on dinner.

(Scene Skip)

Daphne and the usual group sat at the breakfast table with a spot saved should Harry eventually arrive but even after an hour he didn't show up, "Looks like no Harry today."

"Unfortunately" the Carrows whined.

Daphne was about to say something when the Daily Prophet appeared, "Well here's the paper. Hopefully it will serve as a distraction." Daphne mused. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.

Boy Who Bled

St. Mungos has seen its share of crazy things over the years, but nothing beats what happened yesterday afternoon. Out of absolutely nowhere, the Boy Who Lived Harry Potter appeared at the hospital though why he was there is unknown. What is known is that somehow this was Mr. Potter's first visit to a doctor of any kind Muggle or magical, and one has to wonder why his guardians would be so negligent as to not take him anywhere his entire life. The answer to that question, is a truly unfortunate one dear readers and even I can't believe what I've heard.

According to a source within St. Mungos a preliminary scan of Mr. Potter revealed 30 serious injures all over his body.

In a series of earlier interviews Mr. Potter has hinted that his time with his Muggle guardians was not pleasant but that was clearly understated. I can only wonder what sort of monsters his guardians were but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that the injuries were apparently healed by magic, news that shocked Mr. Potter as much as the healer who scanned him.

In other words, somebody knew what our hero was going through, and instead of getting him as far away from these dangerous muggles, they healed him in secret and brought him back to no doubt face further abuse. This is a disgrace, and questions must be answered as to why and how this occurred.

Rita Skeeter

Daphne was horrified as were most of the Slytherin's reading it, but the most disturbing reaction was from the Carrow twins. The two twins were normally calm in an eerie way but the look of pure fury on their faces was downright terrifying. "You know I've never once felt closer to our father then I do now."

"Agreed sister." The Carrows growled. Their father Amycus Carrow despised Muggles and would've been perfectly okay if all of them were slaughtered.

"I can use my father's connections, and it won't take me long to find them. I may not like Potter at all but this… this is horrid." Draco scowled.

"Unfortunately Draco we will not be doing that." Lucretia interrupted having walked over..

"Sister surely you don't want to let these muggles get away with this." Draco shouted.

"Never thought I'd see the day you defend Harry, but I digress. You shouldn't be focused on the muggles who did that to him. The more important question, and the people who we should be angry with, are the wizard who healed his injury and/or the magical guardian who should've been told of said injuries and did nothing."

Draco breathed, "Fair enough. That is a much easier thing to deal with." Draco smiled and everyone turned towards Dumbledore, whose normally calm expression showed a clear amount of distress and for good reason. Professor's McGonagall Flitwick and even Snape were giving the old man looks of pure murderous rage.

(Scene Skip)

It was the day of the Halloween feast and Harry had been gone the entire week with no news from anybody on his progress, "Any news Lucretia." Daphne asked curiously as everyone gathered for Halloween dinner. Lucretia had taken to sitting with them recently and since Harry could apparently summon Dobby, she was the person to find things out from when they happened.

"No." Lucretia frowned.

"For him to be gone for this long, meant things must be bad." Flora frowned.

"Agreed" Hestia sighed. Nobody wanted to really say anything else as they settled in, but the obvious discomfort was clear to everyone.

"Bloody Dumbledore." Tracey scowled as she looked towards the staffing table and a still uncomfortable Albus Dumbledore. Everyone knew that Dumbledore took care of Harry after the war and following the article's release there were calls from him to step down from a few positions including that of Chief Warlock which would surely be addressed at the Wizengamot meeting in the winter.

"It's nice to see that armor of his find a small chink even though it's at the expense of." Lucretia stopped because the door to the Great Hall was opened, and many looked over hoping to find Harry. Unfortunately it was a panicked Professor Quirrell.

"TROLL IN THE DUNGEON! I thought you should know." Quirrell shouted and most of the Great Hall started to panic.

Students were running around like crazy until Dumbledore cast a cannon blast to put the attention on him, "Students please calm down. Prefects please gather everyone and carefully make your way back to the dormitories." Dumbledore ordered but as everyone started to do that Lucretia shot up in rage.

"Headmaster! Need I remind you that Slytherin has their dorms in the dungeons and Hufflepuff is on this bottom floor not far away from them." Lucretia shouted furiously. That's a horrific oversight by Dumbledore and something he should never have missed.

Dumbledore looked bashful as Snape and McGonagall widened their eyes, "Apologies Ms. Malfoy. Filius Minerva come with me and we'll"

*BOOM*

The large crash caused the students to panic even more, and Dumbledore himself was shocked by the noise. "STUDENTS. Please calm down while Filius and I investigate that explosion." Dumbledore shouted trying to take care of things.

"I think it came from the stairs." Flitwick said quickly. Dumbledore and Flitwick shot out of the Great hall and ran towards the stairs wondering who or what could've made that sound. The answer was a large gray troll that was clearly unconscious with its club off to the side in the middle of shards of wood.

"Is somebody down there." A voice said from above.

Flitwick and Dumbledore looked up and saw a bashful Harry Potter on the right side of the second floor in front of a destroyed ledge. You could also see that the enchanted stairs of Hogwarts were clearly damaged, "Mr. Potter what happened." Dumbledore shouted.

"One second. Since I destroyed the stairs I'm a bit stuck. If you can help me get down I can tell you without yelling."

Flitwick smiled, "Just jump down here. I can stop your momentum." Flitwick shouted his wand already out.

"Got it." Harry smiled and he hopped down without fear. He trusted Flitwick to take care of him and the Charms Professor did just that.

"Arresto Momentum." Flitwick shouted, and Harry was slowly lowered to the ground just next to the troll.

"Now Mr. Potter care to explain what happened." Flitwick said firmly

Harry looked bashful at this and for good reason, "Short version of a longer story was that I was all healed and wanted to come back for the feast, but apparently nobody can enter the wards without the Headmaster's position which meant I needed to get some help."

"From who." Dumbledore asked, since clearly he arrived at the school somehow.

"For a reason I don't quite get Lucretia's house elf helps me out when I call it, so I called him and asked him to take me to the hospital wing. I got in successfully and was going to walk to the Great Hall when I heard a loud noise that seemed out of place. I made my way towards the source of said noise and found big ugly on the second floor by the girl's bathroom."

'My word." Flitwick shouted. They were under the assumption it was in the dungeons and clearly they were wrong. Dumbledore didn't like that news either but stayed focus.

"Tell me about it. Trolls and students do not mix so I decided to do something before things really got ugly. Since the stairs were nearby I lured it over and then ducked under him so I could use the Banishing Charm and send him through the stairs. I figured since powerful spells don't work on trolls that gravity will do the trick. Thankfully it did, though the stairs are a bit wrecked." Harry said bashfully.

Dumbledore smiled, "That's quite fine my boy 100 points to Slytherin for a job well done."

"Yes and 50 points for an excellent banishing charm." Flitwick praised.

"Thanks. So what about big ugly." Harry wondered.

"I will take care of the troll and the stairs. Meanwhile, Filius please take Mr. Potter to the Great Hall. There are quite a few people who miss him and I'm sure the students will want to know what happened"

"Alright." Flitwick nodded and they walked back to the Great Hall where a lot of people would be wondering just what the heck was going on.

Chapter 16

Great Hall)

The students of Hogwarts waited for Dumbledore to return eager to find out what happened and what was the noise. Nearly all the students were sitting in wait in silence aside from Ron Weasley whose loud chewing was the only thing anybody could hear, "Thank god Harry wasn't in Gryffindor." Flora grimaced. Everyone else was focused on the noise and stayed silent, but there was Weasley chewing on his dinner like everything was okay.

"Agreed." Hestia nodded. Seeing the look on Weasley's fellow Gryffindor's told her all she needed to know

After a few more minutes, the door to the Great Hall opened and in walked Professor Flitwick but instead of Dumbledore, alongside him was a smiling Harry Potter dressed in his Hogwarts uniform.

The sight of Harry Potter smiling and in front of them caused Lavender Hannah Susan and of course his group in Slytherin to hop out of their seats simultaneously and run towards him all eager to embrace him, "Hey Professor my arms are a bit too small to hug all of them. Mind helping." Harry said with a grin.

"Of course." Flitwick nodded and with a flick of his wand, Harry's arms expanded allowing him to create a gigantic group hug. Daphne was directly in front of him with Hannah Susan and Lavender Brown on his right. Next to Daphne on the left was Lucretia alongside the Carrows who all took a piece of Harry inside the giant. The hug was held for about a minute before the girls backed off and everyone watched as Harry's arms were shrunk again by a smiling Flitwick.

"So. How's everyone doing." Harry beamed.

'We should be asking you the same thing." Daphne frowned.

"I agree. What took you so long to get back." Lucretia asked with a hint of annoyance on her face.

"My scar was a nasty piece of dark magic that was being sustained by my magical core. Once it was removed, my magic was a LOT stronger. I had to spend an extra day at St. Mungos just to make sure I could cast basic spells without losing control" Harry said bashfully.

"I see." Lucretia replied. Internally she was praising Harry for not telling everyone exactly what went down since that would cause a massive number of problems.

"Did you see the troll."

"There's one roaming around the dungeons." The twins said together.

"Well you're half right." Harry replied and instantly all the girls were on edge.

"Explain!" Hannah Abbott scowled speaking for the group though Lucretia and Daphne both looked like they were about to say the same.

"I used Dobby to go to the Hospital Wing from St. Mungos, but nobody was there. I cast a tempus charm and realized it was time for the feast, so I started walking towards the great Hall until I heard a loud sound that didn't make sense. I tracked the sound to the second-floor girls bathroom and found what I assume is the troll you're talking about."

"You found the troll!" Susan gasped.

"Yep. I lured it towards me and then led him to the stairwell since I needed open space. Once I got there, I dodged his club and use the Banishing Charm to send him flying through the stairs before he fell to his death."

"Brilliant." Susan smiled and Lucretia nodded her approval. Trolls are resistant to magic thanks to their skin, but Harry pressed against the skin, so it worked.

"Yep. All fun and good but I'm pretty hungry." Harry said nonchalantly.

Flitwick smiled, "Then why not go sit down and eat since you were already rewarded earlier. This has been an incredible evening to say the least." Flitwick smiled.

"Agreed." Harry replied and he walked over to Slytherin's table. and his girls sat down. Susan Lavender and Hannah all frowned since they couldn't join in, but Lucretia cracked a smile.

"I don't usually like others at our table, but I'll make an exception for tonight." Lucretia said calmly.

"The three girls beamed and for a small time, the girls all sat together surrounding Harry. Daphne and Lucretia made sure to take the two spots next to him but that was okay for the girls who were just glad to see Harry again safe and sound.

(Scene Skip)

As she stood in her room dressed in her typical ice blue pajamas Daphne Greengrass realized that she was reaching a breaking point. When they got back to the dorm after Halloween, Lucretia told him firmly to stay in the Head boys room for the next few nights because she wanted to be able to get to him in case there were side effects from everything that happened to him. It was bullshit and everyone who had a brain knew it. Even Draco didn't protest too much, which told you everything that you needed to know about the insanity of the situation. "Here's my chance." Daphne said with a blush as she looked at the vial of potion on her desk. It was brought to her an hour ago by Dobby and she basically knew what Lucretia was saying. This was her chance to fuck Harry at last. Admittedly she contemplated whether or not to take the plunge for the last hour but finally the decision had been made and she put the vial in her pocket.

With that done, she grabbed some slippers and made her way downstairs and over the Head Student suite before using the password to enter. Upon her arrival she found Lucretia sitting on the couch in her traditional silver nightgown. "If you had taken much longer I would've gone myself." Lucretia smiled.

'So is Harry waiting." Daphne wondered.

"Harry was in the suite last time I checked. I don't know if he's waiting or not but he's there." Lucretia admitted.

"I see." Daphne smiled as she walked over to Harry's section of the Suite. Knocking on the door, Daphne waited for an answer but found none and after waiting another minute opened the door herself and walked in to find that Harry was asleep.

Daphne chuckled bitterly at that, "I shouldn't be surprised that you're asleep Harry because it speaks to our situation perfectly. Lucretia gave me a potion that would allow you to cum inside me as much as you want with no consequences and just when I finally gather enough courage to bring it, you're asleep as though you knew the truth.

I can pretend that I'm a regular girl all I want, but in the end nothing can save me from the reality I currently face. That much like your girlfriend is lending you to us while you're at Hogwarts. I'm merely waiting for the moment when I'm claimed by somebody to further my father's ambitions as most purebloods ultimately will." Daphne said with clear venom in her voice.

Harry could hear everything, and he owed it to her to answer, "And yet here you are with me in this room. So tell me Daphne what do you want to do." Harry said with his eyes closed. Despite everything Daphne said, all he needed to do was get up and go over and he could probably claim Daphne tonight. She was faltering and they both knew it."

Daphne cracked a smile because Harry did overhear her, "What I want to do is to reach into my pocket take the vial and then give into the desires we both know exist. What I need to do is leave this room and enjoy the small moments we have."

Harry knew what he had to do, and it absolutely sucked, "Then I guess I'll see you tomorrow."

"Yeah. Goodnight Harry." Daphne lamented as she turned to leave. She felt guilty for wasting the potion that Lucretia gave her, but she just couldn't do it, and she hated herself for it more and more.

(Scene Skip)

"I'm CUMMING!" Lucretia cried out as Harry filled her to the brim with his seed as he pounded her from behind. While Daphne had issues committing to him, Lucretia had no such problem, and he woke up to her warm mouth around his cock and he spent the last hour buried inside the lovely Head Girl's pussy.

Harry pulled out of her warm cunt with a smile, "Is it sad that I want to skip breakfast completely and spend the morning buried inside you." Harry chuckled.

"No because I wouldn't be against that. Sadly it's Friday and you need to get back to class." Lucretia smirked as she went over to clean up his cock not bothered by the cum dripping from her quim.

"Fine." Harry pouted though he did enjoy the cleanup blowjob she gave him.

Lucretia quickly and efficiently cleaned up before standing in front of him, "If it makes you feel better, you can spend all of Saturday doing so. Say the word and we can spend all day in bed. Dobby can get us food and we won't have to worry about anything. I've got some potions saved to ensure we can make it work"

"I'm amazed you're able to be this free considering."

"That I'm a pureblood daughter." Lucretia finished.

"Yes." Harry replied bluntly.

"Well rather ironically the reason I can do this with you is thanks to Draco and not because of the agreement about who's better in class."

"Explain." Harry frowned.

"House Malfoy is unique to most houses in that the oldest son inherits the Household and not the oldest sibling. Were I an only child, things would be more complicated but thanks to Draco I have a lot more freedom."

"Daphne's big concern is that her father will use her to further his ambitions. I can't imagine your father hasn't done the same."

Lucretia had a good chuckle at that, "He has. I'm actually engaged to the male Prefect for the 7th year Gaston Davenport. His family runs an import business and my dear father wanted to get his influence and what better way than to marry his oldest to House Malfoy which is currently one of the most powerful in magical Britain thanks to Lucius's influence and the fact that up until recently he was essentially in charge of House Black. The reason I'm in good shape is that Gaston is gay, and we have an understanding between the two of us."

"Understanding or blackmail." Harry mused.

Lucretia should've been annoyed at the comment, but it showed that Harry had taken to their lessons, "Understanding. He has no interest in my body, and he lets me do as I please without getting in my way. He will eventually sire an heir to keep the Davenport family going but until then I can do whatever I want. Which means if I want to spend an entire day in bed with a handsome young man who does like woman, I can certainly do so. However that's a subject for another day since I do need a shower" Lucretia said with a grin on her face.

"Tired of me already." Harry teased.

"Never, but I can tell your cock is starting to recover and if I don't leave now, I might just start my plans a day early." Lucretia said before turning to leave.

'Oh well." Harry smirked before getting dressed and making the trip back to the Head Boy Suite to start his day.

(Scene Skip)

Harry made his way up to the seventh-floor corridor at the end of class ready for more fun with the girls in his life. Hannah handed him a note at the end of breakfast that he read during the first break from class, and it appeared that his friend wanted to meet with him after class to talk about everything going on in his life. Arriving at the corridor for the Room of Requirement he was pleased to see that the door was already set up, which meant Hannah had arrived.

Walking inside he was pleasantly surprised at what he found. Hannah was sitting on a single twin bed but on the opposite bed were Susan and Tonks. The girls were in the Hogwarts uniforms but a glance around the room showed off bluish gray walls with brown desks and dressers off to the right and left. These were dorm rooms alright but not the ones from Hogwarts "Interesting choice of venue Hannah." Harry smiled.

"You know where this place is." Susan asked curiously. Hannah created the room for them, but she had no idea what her friend was up to.

"I do. This dorm room is a perfect copy of the one from the muggle school Hannah and I attended prior to coming to Hogwarts which brings up the question of why she choose here in particular." Harry smiled as he grabbed the chair on Hannah's side of the room and moved it so he could sit down and look at all the girls together

"While you were in the hospital, my aunt Amelia put major pressure on Fudge to get a trial for Sirius Black and he's getting one on Monday." Susan explained.

"I see." Harry said with a small grin. Knowing that his godfather was getting a trial tomorrow was a beautiful thing.

"Yep. Uncle Pafoo will be back and it's going to ruffle a lot of feathers." Tonks smirked.

"Uncle Pafoo?" Susan questioned and Hannah looked confused.

"Bit of an inside joke between me and Harry. Anyway, this is important because with him out and about 2 massive changes are coming to the Wizengamot." Tonks smiled.

"And they are." Harry frowned.

"Well for one, the House of Black will no longer be under the control of Lucius Malfoy. Granted, he never had official control but convinced people that he did. Secondly, you my dear little brother are about to gain a significant amount of power and influence."

"What do you mean." Harry wondered.

"You're already Lord of House Potter because you're the last member of your family, but here's where things get fun. You were Sirius's godson before his imprisonment in Azkaban and if what I remember about Azkaban is correct, that means that you are in prime position to inherit house Black as well.

"How?" Harry wondered.

"While being an animagus prevented Sirius from feeling the worst of the Dementor's influence they still influence his body to the point that I doubt he has all of his facilities in order. Since he needs to have a male heir to keep the family, who better than his godson." Tonks explained

Susan and Hannah's eyes widened, "So Harry would be Lord Potter AND Heir to House Black. He'd have control of two of the most powerful houses in magical England."

"Correct. It would CRIPPLE Lucius Malfoy in the process also which is an added bonus." Tonks smiled.

"Sounds good to me." Harry grinned. Getting to stick it to Malfoy was a beautiful thing.

'Yeah. I suggest whatever books you have on politics you look at again because you're about to be balls deep in politics." Tonks warned

"Thanks for telling me." Harry smiled.

"Sure." Tonks smiled back.

"So Harry. Do you want to be at the trial? I'm sure I can ask Aunty, and she'll get you in." Susan suggested.

"Sure but there's just one problem. The only way to get to the trial would be to Floo out and Dumbledore controls the Floo's. You'd have to get him to sign off on it which we all know isn't happening." Hannah reminded her.

Harry chuckled, "Under most circumstances yes but if there's important House business that must be addressed, I can get leave." Harry smiled.

"That'll do it." Tonks said happily.

"So everything is set." Harry grinned.

"Yep. If the trial goes as planned Sirius will be free and things get very interesting and not in a good way for a lot of people." Tonks smiled.

"Wonderful," Harry smiled.

(Scene Skip)

Harry was relaxing in his room in the Suite Saturday Night when there was a knock on the door. "Come on in." Harry said calmly. He was pleasantly surprised to see Daphne walk in wearing casual clothes before walking over to the desk and sitting down as Harry stayed on the bed.

"I received a letter from my father earlier today." Daphne said calmly.

"And what did said letter say." Harry wondered.

Daphne slumped, "He said that the trial for Sirius Black is on Monday and given what everyone knows to be true, he will be freed. My father fully expects for Sirius to name you as Heir Black. He also said that I should do everything in my power to become Lady Black and if I could, he would gladly sign any marriage contract between us." Daphne admitted.

"And what do you think about that." Harry wondered.

Daphne sighed, "The idea of becoming yours in an official capacity is absolutely amazing, but the problem is that I can't be Lady Black. Like I told you before, I want my sister to find somebody she loves and be with him without having to worry about any potential heirs. If I become Lady Black, any of our kids would be Black's and not Greengrass's. Now Mistress Black would be perfectly acceptable, but the problem is who would you make Lady Black."

Harry chuckled, "Sirius's trial isn't until tomorrow and people are already scheming how to take advantage of me." Harry mused.

"Yep. It wouldn't surprise me if Lucretia was told by her father to charm him enough to want you to make her Lady Black. I know she has an arrangement with the Head Boy, but that can be easily dealt with."

Harry chuckled, "You're probably right, but Lucretia would probably turn him down" Harry said appreciating the irony.

"She would. Lucius Malfoy is a schemer if nothing else. Trusting him with House Black would be incredibly undesirable in any capacity." Daphne sighed.

"Let's focus back on you and me part. I noticed you mentioned House Black but not House Potter."

Daphne smiled, "Look me in the eye and tell me that House Potter's Lady won't be that mysterious girlfriend of yours with Hannah and Susan in prime position for Mistress's."

Harry looked her in the eye, "Half right. My girlfriend will eventually be Lady Potter. I have no current plans for Susan and Hannah when it comes to House Potter." Harry said firmly. Bending both of them over a desk and fucking them as much as he could, was another matter entirely.

"Well played. You might yet be one of us after all with that word play." Daphne praised.

Harry rolled his eyes, "So what now Daphne." Harry replied.

Daphne smiled, "Depends. Do you think you can limit yourself to just snogging me."

"I should ask you the same question. The other day you held back because your father's ambition would eventually get you claimed by somebody else. Now your father has given you exactly what you wanted, but yet the idea almost repulses you." Harry questioned.

Daphne smiled, "As, you so eloquently pointed out, nothing is decided yet. Until it is, I'd rather not get my hopes up." Daphne said before spinning to leave.

"Women." Harry muttered just as Daphne closed the door. His love life was a mess, but it was the type of mess most guys would gladly accept.

(Scene Skip)

Harry was all smiles as he walked out of the Floo fireplace into a large atrium with white walls everywhere. Not far behind him was Lucretia Malfoy who was equally amused and for good reason. As he was about to head to breakfast he ran into Snape of all people in the common room who said that Lucretia would take you to the trial. Typically it was his job as head of house, but he loathed Sirius, so he didn't want to deal with it "You ready Harry." Lucretia grinned.

"No, but I suppose considering my role in all of this, me being here makes sense." Harry smiled.

"Fair enough." Lucretia smiled as she brought Harry to a security gate.

"Name and purpose for visit." A middle-aged wizard said.

"Harry Potter here for the trial of Sirius Black. With Me is Lucretia Malfoy the Head Girl of Slytherin."

The wizard was shocked, "Very well Mr. Potter I'll need your wand. You as well Ms. Malfoy."

"Of course." Harry replied as he and Lucretia handed over his wand. With that done the two walked towards the courtroom and with a smile on their faces Lucretia walked in. The moment they did, a voice rang out.

"What is the meaning of this Lucretia." a male voice shouted out but when Harry looked to the source he found a man with silvery blonde hair and blue eyes. It was obvious who he was.

"Harry asked permission from Professor McGonagall to attend the trial since Sirius Black was connected to his family and as Head girl, I was forced to act as guardian since Professor Snape didn't want to."

"I see. Well Mr. Potter it's a pleasure to meet you. I am Lucius Malfoy."

"Pleasure to meet you Mr. Malfoy. I hope we can have a much better relationship then I do with your son." Harry said politely.

Lucius very visibly fumed since Draco's actions were a source of great annoyance to him and his allies were also rather cross, "One can only hope." Lucius replied.

"I hate to interrupt this wonderful moment, but seeing as how this is your first time here, you must come to this area Mr. Potter." A woman with red hair and striking gray eyes approached. She was in very formal white robes and had a pin that said Head of DMLE on it.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Madam Bones." Harry said with a smile.

"The pleasure is all mine Mr. Potter." Amelia replied as she extended her hand. Harry kissed it as was pureblood tradition as well.

"So. Where should I sit since I assume that you guys have places for everyone."

"Right this way. I hope you're ready because today is going to reveal some very nasty details about your parents."

"I'm aware and frankly it's why I had to be here. I don't want the papers exaggerating things at all." Harry replied.

"Very well." Amelia smiled. She knew that Harry was aware of the details thanks to Susan so this should be interesting. She was also very much looking forward to Albus's reaction since his story didn't quite add up. Speaking of the devil, the familiar bright robes of Albus Dumbledore appeared and his eyes practically popped out of his skull when he arrived.

"Mr. Potter what are you doing here." Albus frowned.

"I got permission from Professor McGonagall to witness the trial."

"I see." Albus said with gritted teeth as he made his way over to the Wizengamot seats.

"He didn't look too happy." Lucretia smiled.

"No he did not." Harry chuckled. This was going to be good.

(Scene Skip)

Harry watched carefully as Sirius Black was escorted into the room and he had to admit for a person who spent as long as he did in prison, he looked okay. He was clean shaven in some regular robes, but he was also completely calm. Sirius looked towards him and their eyes met for a second, but he looked down almost bowing his head in shame. Soon he took his place in the courtroom, and they dealt with some formalities but just as Dumbledore was about to start the trial Lucius Malfoy spoke up, "Chief Warlock, I'm well aware of how important this trial is but I must question the need for having it so soon. Sirius Black has been in Azkaban for 12 years now and the Dementors are unpleasant to visitors much less its occupants. Are we certain he is able to stand trial." Lucius asked politely.

Amelia smiled, "You're correct that under normal circumstances that would be a question. As a result, he's spent the last few days in St. Mungos being evaluated by an independent healer. He is fit for trial." Amelia smiled.

"I see." Lucius scowled.

Dumbledore seemed disappointed also but continued going through some quick statements and asking if Sirius wished to use Veritaserum, a truth potion, and he agreed, "Lord Black please recount the night in question for us." Dumbledore said calmly after the potion was administered.

"Of course Chief Warlock. I was relaxing in my flat waiting for an hourly update from James to ensure that everything was okay. When one didn't come, I panicked and went over there on my bike. When I arrived, I saw the door was open and I knew that things went horribly wrong.

Running inside, I found James dead and ran upstairs looking for Lily. I soon found her dead and… I thought Harry was gone also until I heard him cry. I immediately grabbed Harry and gathered myself but then I heard a rumbling downstairs. I put Harry back in the crib and grabbed my wand but to my surprise I found Hagrid." Sirius said calmly.

"By Hagrid you mean Rubeus Hagrid, the Gamekeeper of Hogwarts." Amelia asked with a scowl.

"The very same. He said that the Chief Warlock sent him there to check on things because he received an alert, and he could not attend.'

"Hold on a minute. So you mean to tell me that a man who should have no magic whatsoever was sent into a scene connected to Voldemort. That's rather sloppy Albus." An older woman in a vulture hat frowned.

"I agree. We will have to discuss your actions on another night Chief Warlock but for now the focus should be on this one. Please continue Sirius."

"Thank you. Hagrid told me that he was there on orders from Dumbledore to retrieve Harry and that he wanted me to go after Pettigrew. I was so messed up at the time I agreed but looking back that was incredibly suspect."

"WHAT!!!" Harry roared.

"Mr. Potter please calm down." Amelia replied.

"Forgive me Madam Bones but how can I stay calm when it's obvious that Dumbledore knew exactly what happened and instead of putting me with somebody who clearly cares about me, sent him away and then proceeded to put me with Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon."

Sirius Black's expression lit up with rage and quite a few members of the Wizengamot were annoyed as well, "Albus what on earth were you thinking. As much as you talked to Lily you should know about her issues with Petunia. Merlin, im pretty sure their wills forbade him from going there. Something you should know about."

Everyone scowled but Dumbledore was calm, "You are the one on trial right now Sirius."

"I don't know about that. Maybe the person who should be on trial is you, Professor. After all he spent 12 years in prison because you hid important matters from this court." Harry scowled.

"The Boy is right Albus. I believe it would be best if you step down as we finish this trial since your actions in this situation are questionable at best, and malicious at worst." The old woman said again.

"I will do no such thing Augusta." Albus said firmly.

Amelia wasn't pleased at all but had to continue, "Lord Black, based on your words Peter Pettigrew is alive. Is there anything you can tell us about where he might be since he hasn't been seen for 12 years."

"I wish I knew. The last time I saw Peter he had just fired the blasting curse and cut his finger off before transforming into a rat and fleeing." Sirius frowned.

Lucretia's eyes widened a look of horror appeared on her face, "Forgive me Mr. Black but did you just say transformed into a rat." Lucretia spoke up.

"Yes. Why do you ask" Sirius replied not liking this at all and neither did a lot of others.

"Bloody hell, I know where Pettigrew is." Lucretia said with a shocked look on her face.

The Wizengamot started to stir from this news, "Impossible. Peter Pettigrew has been out of the public eye since that night. How could you know where he is daughter." Lucius frowned.

Lucretia took a deep breath, "It's very simple dad. One of the most talked about things in Hogwarts over the past few years before Harry's arrival was Percy Weasley and his pet rat Scabbers. It's a running joke in Slytherin that it's fitting a family like the Weasley's has a pet rat, but I digress. My cousin Tonks, was good friends with the family and she remembers seeing the rat once and noticing that he had a missing finger." Lucretia explained and multiple members of the Wizengamot looked horrified including Dumbledore.

"Amelia I'm afraid we must suspend this trial. If Ms. Malfoy is correct, Peter Pettigrew is currently in the Gryffindor boys dorm."

"WHAT!!!" Augusta Longbottom roared since her son was in that same dorm.

Amelia widened her eyes and focused on her pin, "I need a team of Aurors ready to go IMMEDIATELY. We have a class 1 Fugitive at Hogwarts, and we need him captured NOW." Amelia replied.

"Everyone we will resume this trial at a later date. Lord Black you are temporarily freed to ministry custody." Dumbledore said calmly.

"Fine by me. Just don't let that bastard escape." Sirius grinned.

"Trust me he won't." Amelia growled. This was massive and she'd use whatever resources she could to ensure that Peter didn't get away.

(Hogwarts)

Daphne was tense because of Harry being at the trial and being in potions with Gryffindor didn't help. When Harry didn't show up, Ron complained and promptly lost points but soon the focus turned towards class. About halfway through a brutal double Potions the door opened and in walked an older man that looked like a lion. One that Daphne knew about thanks to her father.

'What the hell is Rufus Scrimgeour doing here.' Daphne thought to herself. Rufus was seen by many as the Number 2 to Amelia Bones and one of the most important auror's in the DMLE. For him to be at Hogwarts was a problem.

"What brings the Auror's to my classroom." Snape said calmly.

"I was told that a Ronald Weasley was in this classroom." Rufus said politely.

"That's me." Ron spoke up.

'Please come with me young man. There is a situation that requires your attention. I would say more but this is a private matter." Rufus said sternly.

Snape narrowed his eyes but stayed calm, "Go Mr. Weasley you were going to fail anyway so I see no reason to delay the inevitable." Snape said harshly.

"Whatever wanker." Ron scowled as he got up.

"That will be 10 points from Gryffindor." Snape scowled as Ron started to leave.

Daphne was confused but now she was getting worried, "Auror Scrimgeour." Daphne asked..

"And you are." Rufus said curiously.

"Daphne Greengrass. Has something happened at the trial for Sirius Black."

"I cannot say more due to an ongoing investigation." Rufus replied.

Daphne bit her lip, "Very well."

"I'll be on my way. Have a wonderful class everyone." Rufus said before leaving.

Snape sighed because something troublesome had clearly happened "Stay focused or else your hard work will go to waste" Snape said harshly and soon everyone was back on track

Over at Professor McGonagall's class an auror was interrupting her and brought her outside to say something before she walked back in and dragged Fred and George Weasley away ending class on the spot as she walked them over to the Hospital wing.

"Hey Minnie what did we do?"

"Yeah. This is a bit extreme." Fred and George questioned.

"Boys trust me this is not a joking matter. More will be explained when the others arrive." McGonagall said with the auror who told McGonagall right behind them.

"Others." Fred frowned. He got his answer when they arrived at the Hospital wing to find Ron and Percy arrived with two more aurors.

"Professor McGonagall what's going on." Percy frowned.

"Poppy I need some privacy." McGonagall said since this was going to be tough.

"Understood. Pomfrey replied and she cast a privacy ward around them.

"Professor. What's going on." Percy asked nervously.

Professor McGonagall took a deep breath and began to explain what happened at the trial. As the family rat's dark secret was unveiled the Weasley's were visibly ill and for good reason. For years Scabbers had been a part of the family and to learn that Scabbers was a person was… uncomfortable to say the least.

"Bloody hell."

"This is the worst prank ever." The twins frowned.

"This is not a prank boys. As we speak Aurors are going after Scabbers and it's a good thing all of you are here because it's going to be a long day for your family." McGonagall said solemnly.

The Weasley's were silent in agreement since this changed everything and one had to wonder how this was possible.

• If you thought Harry's love life was complicated, and it is, imagine how things are for the Weasley's right now.

• Keep in mind to this point that the only women Harry has slept with are Hannah Lucretia and Lacey. Considering how often he's with the Carrows that might come as a surprise but it's for a similar reason to Daphne

• To answer a question that people no doubt have. Once everything is revealed Poppy is going to scan the Weasley's for any spells Peter might put on them and it's easier to do that in the Hospital Wing than in another room.

• Gaston is an OC but don't worry about him at all. He's just… there.
