Summary:
Harry's holiday gets extremely interesting
A furious Cho made her way outside after Molly's ignorant statement. 'That damn woman. Does she have any idea how stupid she sounds.' Cho vented. "You don't need to say anything Cho. I told you that I didn't want to come and it's because that is the type of person Molly Weasley is. "That's fine. I'll give you his Floo and we'll see what happens" Cho said calmly. If he was trying to make amends she'd let him. Truthfully, she had no idea what her father would say, but that was between them.

"Now that we've settled all of that, how about we finish enjoying this lovely meal." Sirius said in a cheerful tone trying to break the tension.
"Here here." Harry smiled and the little party ended without any more significant events outside of Harry arranging a trip to Diagon Alley so Harry could get Ron an owl like he promised. When the twins expressed a desire for their own owl, Sirius said he'd do it as a Christmas present, but they'd have to wait until afterwards so it's not as chaotic.

Sirius gave him the deed to the beach house property in Mallorca that Harry visited before the start of the year.
"I figured you'd need a place to relax and escape the Scottish winters and Eggsy really doesn't use it since he lives in France, the lucky bastard." Sirius said with a slight pout. "So this place is ours." Harry replied with a smile.

Harry was about to ask when the Floo firework near them had a familiar face pop on, "Sirius I take it you told Harry about his new present." Amelia Bones smiled.
"Yup. Are Susan and Hannah ready to go." Sirius smiled.
"They will be soon. They're probably panicking trying to figure out what swimsuit to wear. I'll get back to you once they're done" Amelia chuckled.
"Alright." Sirius smiled and Amelia bones left the Floo.
Harry couldn't believe it, "So I get to spend a day in Spain with Susan and Hannah."
"And of course Ms. Chang if she wants. You should probably tell her to get ready and you should take the chance to get ready yourself." Sirius smiled.

A smiling Harry sat on the deck of the beach house ready to enjoy the day with his girls. Continuing to open his presents he had some pretty cool stuff from some of the people in his life. The Jones sisters sent him a Harpies Quidditch jersey with Potter-Black on the back and the number 11 on the back which was Harry's favorite number. The Bones family gifted him a ring that he could use as a Ministry approved portkey that connected to Amelia's office. It could be used 3 times before it had to be reset and that was a massive deal.
"You have some special people in your life." Sirius smiled as he finished opening his own gifts.
"Agreed but there's one gift that I'm missing because I don't see yours." Harry said with a smile.
"That's because, I can't give you a Gringotts lineage test without you being there." Sirius smiled.

"Yes now get dressed in some nice clothes because what we're about to do is a big deal for young wizards. Plus we can use this time to deal with your Cho issue" Sirius replied.
"Sounds good." Harry replied before gathering his new presents and bringing them upstairs. They didn't leave for another 30 minutes because Harry decided to check and see if his theory about the Carrow's present was correct. "The lineage test will be used to help you officially claim House Potter and sort out any other houses you may have dealing with."

The goblin looked on calmly, "Do you have Mr. Potter's key."
"I do" Sirius replied before reaching into his jacket and pulling out a gold key.
The goblin took the key and inspected it, "Wait here. Lord Ragnok the Third has been waiting to see Mr. Potter for a long time." The goblin said calmly before leaving.
"Ragnok the Third?" Harry gasped.
"Yes. For most wizards and wizarding families you have regular account managers but in your case you work directly with the son of the King of Goblins. It's a privilege of being one of the Sacred 28."
"Sacred 28." Harry said in confusion.
"They are families who at the time of the creation of a book called the Pure-Blood directory were true 'purebloods' in the eyes of the author. My family the Blacks, the Greengrass's, the Malfoys, the Weasley's, and the Carrows are all members of this group. Think of us as the elite of the Elite in wizarding society."
Harry was confused, "You didn't mention the Potters in that list."
"To be completely honest, the Sacred 28 is a load of bull. Cantankerus Nott, the writer of the book was a git who wanted to make some families seem like they were more special than others. "Greetings Mr. Potter I am Ragnok the Third your account manager. Please follow me." Ragnok replied. Harry and Sirius followed the goblin to a private office where they sat down in front of a massive table with various books on it. Harry felt painfully small as he sat down but stayed calm. He noticed a smaller Goblin off to the side who was silent as though he waited for orders.
"Prince Ragnok I am Sirius Black, Harry's Godfather and the one who acts as his guardian due to his parent's death. I apologize for not bringing him sooner, but I felt that it would be best to give him as normal a life as possible. However, circumstances have meant that he needs to get a better understanding of his place in the wizarding world."
"Is that referring to the arrangement with a Mr. Chang in China. That you mentioned in your previous correspondence"
"It is. Seeing as how it's Harry's idea, I thought it was time to truly introduce him to the world he lives in, so he understands what he's ready to do."
"Very well. Mr. Potter may I see your left index finger. This is so I can administer the test." Ragnok said calmly before taking out a small piece of paper with a symbol he didn't recognize and a small knife.
"Of course." Harry replied before giving the Goblin his finger. The goblin used the knife to barely break the skin on his finger which caused a small drop of blood to appear on the paper. Harry couldn't help but notice the wound from the cut quickly closed and healed as though nothing had happened.
Ragnok turned towards the smaller goblin, "Griphook prepare the lineage test while I discuss Mr. Potter's accounts with him." Ragnok smiled before taking the paper and grabbing it.
"Yes sir." The smaller goblin said calmly before taking the paper and leaving.
"Now that the test is settled. We can get down to business." Ragnok smiled before reaching for the top book. "This is the information in the Potter account books. Read over it carefully."
"Thank you sir" Harry replied as he grabbed the book and started reading it. As he did it quickly became clear that Harry was loaded. He had close to 500 million Galleons in his account, and he had a piece of various shops in the magical and muggle world. He also had a good 1 million galleons in royalties for the various Boy who Lived items that have popped up, something he was glad Sirius took care of. He also had four large mansions throughout Europe that he could move into whenever he wanted and a few smaller villas and houses. Needless to say he would never be hurting for a place to live.
"Incredible isn't it." Sirius replied.
"I'll say." Harry nodded in approval. He fully suspected that if not for Dumbledore he'd be living in one of the larger houses instead of Grimmauld, but he would worry about that later.
Ragnok looked at Harry with a smile, "Now that we've settled that I understand that you wish to fund Mr., Chang's curse breaking expeditions is that correct."
"Correct."
"You must understand Mr. Potter that curse breaking is a complex expedition. The expedition could be a simple job that takes a few days or a complex job that takes a few months depending on the skill of the person and the difficulty of the task. If you want my honest opinion, if you give him an allowance of 10,000 galleons per trip that should suffice and an additional 2,000 in emergency funds. That will leave him with about 455,000 to work with and about 18,000 extra in case of emergency.
"That sounds good to me." Harry replied.
"Excellent. While we wait for your test results, I can start working on a contract."
"Thank you sir." Harry replied and Sirius nodded his approval also.
Ragnok sat down and worked with Harry and Sirius on the legalese of the contract and thankfully they were able to work something out as they waited but finally after about 45 minutes, there was a knock on the door.
"Enter" Ragnok said firmly and Griphook returned with a stack of papers and a medium sized box.
"Here you are sir." Griphook replied handing him a stack of papers and putting the box on the desk.
"These are the results of my lineage test?" Harry wondered.
Ragnok looked over them calmly and was pleasantly surprised, "Yes and it seems as though you have far more on your plate than I originally suspected." Ragnok said calmly before handing Harry the sheet and looking towards the box.

Sirius smiled, "I believe House Peverell comes from your dad's side. As for Slytherin that's a very interesting one." Sirius said calmly having some idea of it but not 100% sure.
Ragnok smiled, "I suspect that your Right of Conquest is from Lord Voldemort. Personally, I would suggest you keep this particular lineage a secret."
"No kidding pup. That means you quite literally have access to funds from a founder of Hogwarts itself. Forget the gold, and there's a lot of that, the knowledge and artifacts that he possessed would instantly catapult somebody into the wizarding elite." Sirius revealed.
Harry could read between the lines, "Then I'll keep that a secret. On the bright side it does mean I can start sorting my girls."
Ragnok smiled before opening the boxes revealing a series of rings, "Here I have the Lord Rings for House Potter Peverell and Slytherin along with the Heir ring for House Black. Since wearing all the rings at once would be rather garish, you should be able to fuse them all together and choose which one you wear at a time."
"Sounds good." harry smiled as he slowly put the rings on and watching as they fused together leaving the Potter and Black Rings as the ones up top. Then again, he wasn't going to make a habit of showing off any of them unless he absolutely had to.
"With that. Our business is done, and I'll send the contract to our Chinese Branch to begin setting that up for Mr. Chang." Ragnok smiled.
"Thank you sir" Harry replied.
"It was my pleasure Lord Potter and I hope to continue a wonderful relationship with Gringotts." Ragnok smiled.
"I hope so as well." Harry smiled as he and Sirius returned home.

Now that he knew just what he had access to it was time for Harry to sort things out, "I can't tell if I envy you or pity you pup." Sirius teased.
"Tell me about it. I have 3 possibly 4 houses to put the girls in but I have to think about the circumstances of everyone. Daphne wants to keep the Greengrass line going and seeing as how they're a Sacred 28 I can appreciate that. Susan has always talked about how important it is to keep the Bones family going also. Tonks is a wildcard and then of course there's Cho, who I have to put in a house at some point." Harry sighed. Combine them with the other girls he's been with, and he has a complicated mess.
Theoretically you can have as many mistresses as you want per house. Most people just don't because most Pureblood men don't care about anything, but making sure their line stays strong and they only need one wife for that." Sirius chuckled.
"Right now I'm thinking that Susan will take House Potter, setting up an agreement where the second child takes the Bones Name, with Cho as a mistress. Daphne takes House Black with Astoria getting a mistress contract there. Tonks can be the tentative Lady Peverell and set it up, so the Tonks name doesn't go away also. The others can be arranged later based on what they want." Harry replied.
"That's a good start. By making the pureblood Daphne House Black and putting Astoria underneath, the purebloods won't complain. House Potter is already diluted in people's eyes so they won't look past Cho being a Mistress and you can also give Susan power over the House as well as a way to keep her line going. Tonks's situation also works because it honors her family and gives her a legacy away from House Black."
"Can you start drafting the contracts." Harry smiled.

Dressed in a simple swimsuit with a scarlet towel over his shoulder and some black sandals on his feet, Harry made his way towards the pool but when he opened the door, he froze in place due to the pleasant surprise waiting for him. Lying on one of the beach chairs was a tall girl with fair skin and long silvery blonde hair. When the girl looked towards him her eyes widened with fear and Harry realize he had to do something quick or this could end badly, "I'm… going to go back inside." "You… you are unaffected." The girl said in a poor imitation of an English accent.
Harry was confused by the statement but also refused to face the unknown naked girl, "I don't know what's going on but you're naked so I'm going to go back inside now." Harry replied politely.
The girl looked down at her position and a blush adorned her face since everything was exposed. The girl took a deep breath and smiled, "Okay. Please wait while I change, and we can talk." The girl replied still using the poor imitation.
Harry went back inside and closed the door, sitting down on the couch in the living room as he used some techniques Sirius taught him to calm down. He was broken from that after a few minutes when the door opened and the girl from before walked in. While she was no longer naked, the blonde girl in front of him had on an ice blue bikini that barely contained her breasts and a pair of blue sandals. To say she was gorgeous was an understatement.
"You are Harry Potter No?" the girl said calmly.
Harry blinked because he didn't expect that at all, "That's right. Come to think of it who are you?" Harry replied.
"My name iz Fleur Delacour. I am ze daughter of your Godfather's friend." The now named Fleur replied.
"I see." Harry replied. Considering the beach house belonged to Sirius's old friend it was no surprise that his daughter had access. That also explained why her accent was so off since the girl was French.
"While I am quite upset at you seeing me in ze nude, I am more surprised that you are so calm considering the circumstances." Fleur said with a bit of curiosity in her voice.
"What do you mean circumstances?" Harry replied in disbelief. Truthfully he was just glad spells weren't flying right now.
"I am a Veela, well quarter-veela. I zink that should say enough" Fleur revealed causing Harry's eyes to widen.
"Bloody hell." Harry gasped. When Harry first read the books that were written about him he learned about the veela and decided to look into them more. Veela were extremely beautiful women who were also part bird, and their allure was potent to say the least. According to Sirius they could turn most wizards into goo with ease. Thankfully for Harry, Sirius taught him Occlumency as part of his training and he suspected the mental defenses he gained from that time kept him calm.
"Zat is correct. Since I was alone, I let my allure go. Ze fact you were able to resist it was quite a surprise especially given my state of dress." Fleur admitted understating just how lucky she was that Harry could resist her. She didn't bring her wand with her since the house was protected by powerful wards that prevented anybody from coming near the house. If Harry didn't have the control he did there's no telling what would've happened to her and that was a sobering thought.
"About that. Why are you here if your father sold us the beach house."
Fleur had the nerve to blush, "I wanted to swim one last time before I returned to Beauxbatons, and it was raining at 'ome. I figured that I could come here, and I wouldn't have too much trouble." Fleur replied bashfully.
Harry chuckled because this was simply bad luck, "I came here because I wanted some sun before returning to Hogwarts. It gets pretty cold up there and this is quite lovely." Harry replied.
Fleur cracked a smile at that, "My father tells me that it's izz very cold in zat area during ze winter months. France is much nicer most of the time."
"Your English is pretty good. You need to work on the accent a bit but that's fine" Harry praised.
"Thank you. My father taught me since he knew I'd interact with others eventually" Fleur said happily.
Now that the mood was much less awkward, Harry decided to focus on the original reason he was there, "So… since we're both here to swim, shall we go back outside."
Fleur gave Harry a sultry smile, "On one condition."
"What's that." Harry wondered.
"You got to see me naked. As a gentleman, it's only fair you return the favor." Fleur replied nonchalantly.
Harry twitched, "That's a very bad idea Fleur." He may have been able to resist his allure, but Fleur was still beautiful, and it would be impossible to stay soft around her.
"Scared leetle boy." Fleur taunted.
Harry rolled his eyes at the juvenile taunt and could've ignored her. However, he was curious what would happen if she saw just what he was hiding, "Very well Fleur." Harry smiled as he pulled down his shorts to reveal his rock hard cock.
"Mon Dieu." Fleur gasped not expecting it to be that big.
"Now we're even so let's swim." Harry said calmly trying to hide his amusement as he pulled up his shorts again.
Fleur barely managed to contain herself before saying, "I zink I am going to go home. It was nice meeting you Monsieur Potter" Fleur replied as she walked over to the Floo so she could return home. Harry said politely, taking a moment to quickly glance at her shapely rear one last time while she was activating the Floo Network to return home. 'Why do I get the feeling that won't be the last time I see her.' Harry thought to himself as he got up and went outside to enjoy the lovely Spanish weather before he returned to the frigid cold of Hogwarts castle.
Notes:
• The reason for Cho's manic state at the start of the chapter was meant to reflect the backlash from the rune being deactivated and the backlash from everything that it held up being released hence why Harry didn't want to fuck her since she was essentially drunk on hormones. He did need to help her calm down which is why he did what he did.
• This chapter sets the stage for Harry to begin building his harem and in the next few chapters you're going to see a lot of girls slotted together. To make it easier to keep track of I'll eventually post a chapter with the girls 'house status' because it's going to be a large list.
• Fred and George's new pet the appearance matches the Pokémon Corviknight, but it'll be the same size as its base form during its appearances.
• The name Azaroth is a reference to Raven from Teen Titans and the raven going to play quite a role moving forward.
• Harry meeting Fleur this way was a fun chance to introduce her in the story without having to wait for Goblet of fire since Fleur is a fun character to pair with Harry IMO. Bill Fleur feels so random that it's never quite made sense but to be fair none of the final pairings in HP make sense at all.
