Yuki and Tiyara were walking through the streets of OHILO City.
One thing that stood out immediately was Yuki's appearance.
His upper body was covered only by his damaged armor, and even that armor was almost completely broken. Several parts of his skin were visible through the cracks.
Because of that, many people around them kept staring at him.
Yuki ignored every single gaze calmly.
But Tiyara looked visibly irritated.
Her cheeks puffed up like balloons in anger as she suddenly said,
"Can't you cover your upper body with proper clothes?!"
Yuki looked toward her normally.
Meanwhile, Tiyara continued,
"Everyone is staring at you."
Yuki answered with a calm smile,
"It's okay. I'm used to stares and laughter like this."
Then he added casually,
"And besides, I don't have any extra clothes."
The moment Tiyara heard that, both the anger and smile disappeared from her face for a few seconds.
She looked slightly surprised.
Then, with a lighter angry tone, she said,
"Wait... I'll do something."
Tiyara quickly looked around.
Soon, she noticed a small tent shop nearby where clothes were being sold.
Without hesitation, she grabbed Yuki's hand.
"Come with me."
Then she dragged him toward the shop.
The two of them stopped in front of the clothing stall.
"I'll buy you some clothes," Tiyara declared while looking through the items.
The owner of the shop was an old woman.
Tiyara picked up one of the shirts and asked,
"What material are these clothes made from?"
The old woman answered slowly in a trembling voice,
"T-These clothes are made from sheep's wool~"
Tiyara nodded lightly.
Meanwhile, Yuki simply stood there with a bored expression while watching Tiyara look through the clothes.
Then suddenly, Tiyara found a plain red shirt.
She grabbed it and turned toward Yuki.
"I think this would look cool on you. Wear this."
Yuki lazily replied,
"Yeah~ yeah~"
He started wearing the shirt directly over his armor—
but Tiyara immediately stopped him.
"Wait! What are you doing?!"
She shouted loudly.
Yuki froze in surprise and looked at her with a confused innocent face.
"What? I'm wearing the shirt..."
Tiyara shouted again,
"Yes, but take that armor off first!!"
Yuki replied lazily once more,
"Yeah~ but this armor is a gift from someone special to me."
The moment he said that, Tiyara became even angrier.
"This armor is broken!! Just leave it already and wear the shirt properly! Do you understand or not?!"
Yuki's expression became slightly tense, almost as if he was actually scared of her.
At that moment, the old woman suddenly laughed warmly.
"Young man... you should listen to your girlfriend. Otherwise, she'll get angry. Hehehe~"
Both Yuki and Tiyara instantly looked toward the old woman.
Tiyara subconsciously replied in the same angry tone,
"Yes, right! If—"
But suddenly—
she realized what the old woman had just called her.
Her face instantly turned bright red.
Embarrassed, she quickly turned away.
Meanwhile, Yuki silently removed the armor and wore the red shirt properly.
After paying the old woman, he immediately started walking toward the castle without even looking at Tiyara.
"Let's go."
Tiyara's face was still completely red from embarrassment.
But Yuki walked ahead normally, acting as if nothing had happened.
Meanwhile, inside Yuki's mind—
This isn't real!! No no no!! This world is fake! Tiyara is NOT my girlfriend!!
Everyone in this world is fake! Yeah... yeah!! There's nobody real here, so Tiyara can't possibly be my girlfriend!! Hmmm~~!!
Yuki kept thinking rapidly in embarrassment, panic, confusion, frustration, and nervousness all at once.
Meanwhile—
both of them continued walking side by side in awkward silence.
And at the exact same time—
both of them were thinking the same thing.
